I called told the person I just adopted a cat explained I thought he had bladder infection. Since I've never been in she was very rude to me and said we have no appointments and didn't offer anything else. I hung up because what was the point. I called because my friend recommended this place. I don't know why she was so short with me but she was. I called 4th or 3rd of April. This was very unprofessional

I've been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. They always take good care of her. The staff of super friendly and thanks to their skill I believe my dog as no anxiety about visiting the vet.

I've only been one time for our hound Luca's mild double ear infection but the doctor gave me an enzyme to break down the bacteria and yeast helping us to avoid immuno suppressants which I can't stand to use if I don't absolutely have to. The staff is friendly and it's a homey little spot in an old house, too. We will be taking our girls here!

The staff lied to us about doctor being gone and then only wanted us to drop off our pet instead of being with him for the visit. They have treated him for over 8 years and now act like it is an inconvenience. Explained it was to us an emergency and had taken him elsewhere until we could get him in with Dr. Farrah and they didn't seem to care. This dog us a family member and I expect them to treat him as such. Rethink taking your family member here.

This vet has always been very kind and caring with my dogs, over the years we have spent thousands on our animals and she has been worth every penny. Last summer she came to our house to put my aging dog down and she(Diane) was so sweet like it was a member of her family also. This is the only place I will take my dogs and cats!

I highly recommend Town & Country Vet Clinic to anyone who is seeking a caring (and affordable) vet practice.I’m traveling around the Midwest with my Rat Terrier, Crystal, who suddenly became sick and I chose this clinic based on internet reviews. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet techs to the veterinarians were very caring. Fortunately Crystal is recovering now thanks to their care.

This Veterinary Office was so up front with all the charges to have Monte neutered. They practiced Social Distancing at all times! Mask was worn by Lady when She came out and got Monte. He stayed over night. Everytime I spoke on the phone they were very Professional at all times. They were kind to Monte. He is home now and doing well. Dr. Farrar and Her Staff were Awesome!
