Surprisingly decent snack selection if you have allergies or prefer food without extra ingredients. Sun poppers are so good paired with their own brand of organic pistachios. They sell FREE2B sunbutter cups and quinn pretzels. They also sell organic dried fruit and traditional medicinals tea. I also appreciate that they have a selection of organic personal care items for those with a uterus.

The Spencer CVS is fast , they are friendly and kind. I switched from martinsville to this one because they are so nice here.

Best CVS EVER!! They always have my prescriptions on time. Sara is my favorite pharmacy tech. She's so great about ensuring I have what I need and always asks if there is anything else she can help with. The best part is that this pharmacy calls you and asks how you're doing with a new med and or a med change.
