Since today I broke 6 million views on my photos and reviews combined I figured I would give an honest review at the place I work.This review is completely unbiased. Due to my affiliation working with Walmart. Aside from that I do work here at the grocery dairy area.I’m going to review based on my experiences on the other departments shopping experience extravaganza.This was a little after Christmas me my dad and mom was at the photo center I believe the guys name was Jeremy don’t quote me. He was knowledgeable on photo size..pixilation etc etc. what size would come out with less detail at close range view and that big poster prints are things to be seen more from a distance than arms reach. As a professional photography former business owner website is still up with accurate contact info BTW… I was very impressed with how Jeremy knows his products in the electronics department as a whole.Friendly and knowledgeable is key to any customer experience before anything else, we are all humans.conversations should be natural and not scripted customers notice when people conversate or when people are scripting. The way Jeremy conversed with my mom made her feel more like a normal person being helped and talked to more so then just being read a quick script just to be rushed in and out for a quick sell.Jeremy also checked on the printer while it was printing and went out of his way found my parents and even apologized because he noticed that the printer had glitched and that it would take more time. He told us that we could continue shopping and he would find us and bring it to us when completed.That was impressive as well above and beyond that offer of an extra mile when all we wanted was an inch is what keeps customers coming back. Granted we opted out and patiently waited.He also used suggested selling techniques and directed us to the aisle around the corner to find a frame for the poster sized photo.Flawless through and throughDon’t mind the big labradoodle on the couch he’s my dads, my dog is a registered service dog her name is rogue she is a husky, you will see her on my Google reviews photo collection.

I’m literally freezing despite there being warm space on the other side of glass after spending well over three hundred dollars.After reviewing the receipt I discovered they double charged me for cocoa. I'm disabled and without a vehicle so it's a 20 dollar minimum round trip. To recover 3 and change. I have to ask, how many people does this store, and even bigger, this company do this to? I called and after about an hour of ringing until the system dropped the call and calling back I finally reached someone who told me that it was policy to require someone to stand there in person to get a refund for a double charge.They'd use the same technology and computer system with me there that they use if I were on the phone to validate my claim that I only got one box of cocoa. This, in my opinion is nothing short of theft, as if Walmart doesn't have enough money already.If I could shop anywhere else, if I could get nearly everything I need/want from a single point, or even if I had my own vehicle, I'd do the bulk of my shopping anywhere else.It's really disappointing to leave such a negative review when I've had several stellar experiences at this particular store. But it really does only take one rotten apple to ruin the whole bushel.Thankfully I did make it home safely and with my toes, nose, fingers, and ears whole and intact. It was surprising that despite my lack of preparation for the weather and the change of plans relative to the ride I had (they weren't supposed to just drop me off) nobody even bothered to ask about my health much less whether or not I was comfortable. As closely as I was watched OUTSIDE the door, I'd have cost nothing more for them to allow me to not freeze INSIDE the door.Policies either need to change or they need to stop being used to dodge any human decency. Being robbed by a mega-corporation because their management can't be bothered to treat someone else like a person (because they're not being treated like a person) is awful. Being expected to spend 20+ to recover just under 4 is absurd.Watch your cashier like a hawk, this isn't the first time I've had multiple charges of the same thing. They're probably working too long or are stressed about not being able to pay their rent so I'm not suggesting being harsh or hard on them, just make sure to catch it if you're being overcharged. It's likely you are. The cashier doesn't benefit, the corporation does.

Too many employees standing around talking. Have never been able to someone open the knife case in sporting goods. Have stood waiting for over 20 minutes on three different occasions. Won't bother having someone paged anymore. Will be buying my sporting/camping gear at a store that has more/better customer service.

I usually only shop once a week. I dont like self check out so I like to find a cashier. Last few times I went, I was served by a very sweet young lady named Jayla. She is a breath of fresh air compared to most young cashiers. Very kind and knows how to give great customer service.

Ever been to a store where the state of the parking lot makes you ponder the cleanliness of the bathroom? Yeah, that was my experience at Walmart in South Bend. Last week, I opted for a Menard's adventure instead of braving the unknown. This week, I took the plunge, and boy, was it a dive! It's a real head-scratcher how they manage to save on labor by installing fancy self-checkouts while the rest of the store looks like it's auditioning for a role in a post-apocalyptic film. Maybe they should consider investing in more staff hours, you know, for the basics like cleanliness and actually stocking the shelves. And those card readers? It's like a game of 'hold the swiper steady' every time you want to pay. But hey, shoutout to the troopers behind the counters who manage to keep smiling through it all. Kudos for keeping the good vibes alive in the midst of chaos!" 🛒🌟

Go in ask associate where to find coleslaw premade, she showed me and I asked her if it was good. She said she had not tried it but her husband said it was like KFC'S coleslaw. In my cart it went. Walked to bakery and asked a different associate where to find cinnamon rolls premade. She shoe me 2 different kinds and said she liked the second one better and it cost less so, I got the cheaper cinnamon rolls and headed to the cashier. Paid for the items and was back to the car in record time and my boyfriend was impressed and happy to see me back so quickly.

yvone,the team lead (i believe is however you spell it’s name) is the most rudest unprofessional inhuman person i’ve ever met. i know walmart isnt know for good employees but jesus. she was rude, careless, and obviously hated her job. not only that but once we were in line a the register another customer(a walmart employee checking out) needed help and they too got frustrated with her because of her lack of help. it’s 6 o’clock and isn’t bothered to help any customer. go home then. dawn the door greeting was sweet and funny ifw her

Walmart was crowded (top be expected this time of year) but everything was well stocked, they have some amazing deals happening today, and the cashier was so friendly. Quite a change since my last review. I will definitely return.

This location is conveniently located right next to a Lowe's! All the signs say no tractor trailer parking but they will let you park if you're just there to go shopping. I parked on the side of Lowe's facing Aspen Dental Clinic and BW3!It is easy in and easy out with an 18-wheeler, 👍👍👍 also directly to the right is Texas Roadhouse. Plenty of food places here. If your cell service is through T-Mobile and Verizon their stores are right next to each other.Menards is behind Texas Roadhouse about a hundred yards behind.

I've had quit a few issues here they have double charged my card in the self checkout lane before iv also had a problem where i went to the regular checkout linebthey said the card i was using wasnt being Accepted at that time after i had already swiped it thank goodness i new the person at the register in front of me she offered to pay for it and did got home and they still took the money from off of my card and i never received it back

There is a door greeter that always stops me and asks for my receipt... But doesn't stop any of the white people that walk out of there with stuff not in a bag .. I waited an watched all the people that she didn't stop to ask for the receipt.....and she is so rude ..a lot of the cashier's we went thru knew exactly who we was talking about when the subject was brought up .... Becuz I wud ask for all my stuff be in a bag

At one time this store was nice after it first opened, being the largest Walmart location in this area, but something drastically changed. Some areas of this store need a bit more attention than maybe others as far as tidying up. One very serious problem with this store and their Public Restroom preferably Ladies Room in back of store, they need to "Deep Clean" because it is Disgusting. I should have taken photos of the stalls which included Blood Soiled Toilet with the paper in the bowl, the Urination visible all over the Toilet Seat and in another stall what looked like a combination of Upchuck and Feces with some Blue in it. Frankly, the Restroom at Ireland Road and Indian Lakes Blvd in the Mishawaka store both have a Cleanliness problem which needs to be corrected. I know stores are busy, but you are serving the Public and this makes a very bad reflection of your store staff. Don't try to mask odors with Air Fresheners or whatever, get some hospital strength cleaning supplies from a supplier and clean more often too

Went to the Auto Care center and one of the managers asked an employee to assist me, the employee ran over, extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable. Then, a new manager named Shameka or something like that (short, African American), ran around the corner and screamed at the employee for helping me, she forced him to leave and I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for a new employee to help. That Shameka lady is the most unprofessional worker I have ever seen, not only to scream in front of customers at an employee who was simply helping me, but then to abandon me while I stood there for 10 someodd minutes. I feel so bad for that employee who tried to help me, I hope he found a better job.

If at all possible, use another pharmacy. Simple refills take 3 to 5 days. If it takes longer than that, they just cancel the order.

Wow this time experience at the store got me scared for life. I'm still going to concealing for the trauma I've got after visiting the store. I've seen lady with another stomach under regular stomach holding new born baby. Couldn't help but ask who the lucky father is wow just wow
