Horrible service from the lady working by the makeup. I came into the store and I grabbed one lip gloss, the lady who was working was heading to the same space as me and asked me if I found everything I had told her yes. Then I moved onto the next aisle which was hair care the same lady had made it her mission to follow me which I was ok with at first I understand that its just to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. What started bothering me was she asked me again and again and again if I needed help at that point I’m annoyed. If you don’t want me in the store or If you don’t want me having makeup in my hand then tell me that. She was being aggressive and I became irritated from that. I walked off to a different aisle because my boyfriend said something about a deal and the lady again was all loud and embarrassing me asking me if I needed help. So at this point I just said loudly I’m being harassed. Then I walked to the chip aisle and said it again that she was harassing me and it wasn’t right. I just walked to the counter and I paid for everything and left. That encounter left me embarrassed and like I was not welcomed at that store.

This location is one of the best Walgreens I’ve been to. It is open 24hrs, which is a rarity in the post-Covid era. As a night owl, I find the hours extremely helpful. The store is always clean, and the employees make it stand out. In particular, Islam, the overnight pharmacist, is an exceptional pharmacist who is always kind, and is particularly helpful and knowledgeable.

Walgreens is nothing but a greedy mega corporation at this point. I'm managing my parents medications now, and I constantly have issues with things. I signed up for auto-refills to make life easier. Well apparently when you sign up for auto-refills they ship from a different pharmacy with 5-10 business day shipping without telling you. My mother has three days of pills left and will run out. i called them and they tell me they won't do anything until my mother actually runs out of medication. I can't believe the state of the world now- everything is about maximizing profits for corporations with no regard to customers, patients, the elderly, or taking care of anyone. But we are maximizing shareholder profit, so, hooray I guess.

I will never go back. Never received a phone call, text message, or email that my prescription was ready. Then I got there and they closed early at 4 pm!? The person I talked to wasn't sure if they would come in at 8 am. or 10 am.

I’ve been here twice for immunizations and both times they were busy, late, and somewhat rude. Last time we waited 1:15 past our appointment. Today it was 30 minutes.Today we were told it was the managers “store policy” not to accept Notre Dame insurance for immunizations so we’d have to pay out of pocket.I calmly observed that we recently received an email saying we could use our insurance to get immunizations off campus, that I had called ND to confirm this myself, and that the very same day my husband and I had gotten a Covid and flu shot at another Walgreens in town and paid nothing because they were covered by ND insurance. She replied that her manager also worked at Notre dame and it was the managers policy not to accept Notre Dame insurance. I asked more clarification and eventually she was willing to give the Covid shot but not the flu. So it seems the hang up was the flu shot not Covid but she did not clearly communicate this.My husband wants me to mention this worker was trying to get thru a long line.I will avoid this location in the future.

I like that they are prompt. My Dr is located in Goshen. I had a new script roll in after my appointment. Before I got back to South Bend, my new meds were filled and ready for pick up. I'm pleased with my services. Seriously debating on having them handle all my scripts from here on out.

Excellent interaction with pharmacist on Sept 17, 2023. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend the pharmacy to others based on my experience today. Customer service was substantially above what I have experienced at other stores in the recent past.

Good customer service. There’s always someone in there that can help you when you need it. Sometimes the pharmacy can have a long waiting line inside and drive thru. Usually they have everything you need there. Most Prices are different in store than online. Their online pick up orders are quick and convenient. Lately they been out of stock of kids medicine. The store is Clean and organized. You’ll find Great weekly deals!

So, I was there a couple days ago to pick some magnet pictures I ordered online. And a lady named Dawn helped me. She was super sweet and helpful. I messed up on the quantity I wanted so I had some extra pictures and took care of it in the best way! Very cool..

What a joke. The store is still what it used to be but the pharmacy has went down hill since covid and has never recovered. Been there several times in the past year and have never left any earlier then 45 minutes standing in line. Had an appointment for shots today and stood in line for 50 minutes. Then suposed to fill out paperwork and would have wait another up to 60 minutes according to pharmacist staff. It seemed like they had 5 people on staff and only one working on in store customers. The rest was counting pills and working on the drive through while the line was going through the entire store almost up to the entrance of the store. My suggestion would be dont go unless you have a couple hours to spare.

Nice staff except the Middle Eastern gentleman who works alone in pharmacy over night. He's rude and presumptuous. But the ladies in there pharmacy on second shift.... Best around. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

If you’re going to offer things like door dash shopping, Uber shopping or instacart you better put Wi-Fi in your store that’s in a location with no reception. Had to legit cancel an order today on a customer because they don’t supply the means to complete shopping, they say it’s because it will compromise the pharmacy but those don’t even run on the same modern networks and if so run the store on a completely different network, for now I’ll be declining all Uber eats orders I get through here.

They have sales but lack stock. Overall it is a decent store. Parking lot is FULL of people that can't drive/ park a vehicle. It is the main reason I don't go there more often.

I'm newer to the state of Indiana, and I have always chosen Walgreens for all my Rx needs, so being new to Mishawaka, it made sense to choose this location as it's closest to my home.From DAY 1, I have ALWAYS been treated with so much kindness! I felt "cared for" EVERY time I went there. If you have ever moved out of state and must take several Rx's, then you may know how much of a pain it is to find a new PCP and find a pharmacy that works for you. I'm disabled, so I, unfortunately, have to take numerous Rxs due to my multiple health issues. I feel lucky that I found this store because it can be a tedious process needing, one that works for "you." I've lived here now for one year, and I couldn't be happier with the pharmacy I have chosen! Now, when I go to pick up my meds, they know who I am immediately and don't have to ask for my name, which I think is fantastic as I feel assured my needs are all being met, as they are familiar with me. I usually visit the drive-thru early morning or mid-day, and the pharmacy technician is always very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, Walgreens!

I have had so many issues at other pharmacies with my prescriptions & this team here helped me out. Sure they get a little backed up, but come on people - they are doing the best they can. I really appreciate all of the hard work you guys here at this Walgreens do! :-)

This is a drop-off location for Fed Ex packages.I drop off shipping packages roughly 1 time per week.Because I go between 8-9 am parking is always by the door.I never wait longer than 3-minutes to get my package scanned.The staff is always friendly. The service is quick.

About a week ago I took my one year old son in for his passport pictures. I was helped by “Determined” Dawn. Who not only was ever so swift with his pictures, but was determined to correct the name on my profile. I’ve had countless interactions with Walgreen employees in the past. They’ve all attempted changing the name that appears when I put in my phone number. No one has ever been able to change it so I told Dawn that is was no big deal-even though to me it had gotten annoying and tedious. Though I was concerned that I was not getting my reward points but maybe this other person was. I let Dawn try anyways. She tried once, twice and still was not able to correct my name. Third times a charm, I have been known as “Naomi” for years. I was very pleased with my interaction with Dawn. That woman deserves a raise for being so DETERMINED to carry out such great customer service! Thank you again Dawn I am no longer Naomi! 😅

It's a reasonably nice Walgreens. I like that it is open 24 hours. The service here is generally very nice.I had a little bit of an unfortunate experience one time with the photo center. I had hundreds of pictures printed for a special occasion, and for some reason their systems couldn't print the second half of the order. I didn't know about this until after I arrived to collect my photos and they told me that it wasn't all there. They had my phone number from my order online, and said that they were going to try to call me soon, but hadn't yet. I was a little confused why they couldn't have called me earlier so that I didn't make the drive all the way out there. Regardless, they worked with me to get everything printed in the end, though I did have to wait and come back for it the next day. A little inconvenient, but I was happy with how I was treated by the lady in the end.

Just arrived from Alabama.. No.. problem with refill on prescription..Just another corporate store.. Nothing special... Prepare to wait even if only one in line...doing what they can. busy . as always had refills available5.16.22noticed while picking up meds that diabetic test strips on shelf have 2 prices.. one price for cash purchase and for double the price INSURANCE .is it any wonder as to why insurance companies make such huge profits.

The pharmacist had usually been friendly and helpful, but at our last interaction, he was completely unhelpful and uninterested. It took one google search for me to find out my wife's medication has been out of production for quite a while, but Scott kept insisting it would be in the store soon. In the end we had to drive four hours to get the medication when he could have asked the other Walgreens to ship it like we had done twice before. He must have been having a bad day, which made it difficult for us. We will switch stores for sure.

Once in awhile I get a tech that doesn't take 30+ minutes to check me out, but that's happened maybe two or three times in almost three years. They don't call when they say, they don't answer questions well, they are not very pleasant, and I've seen it happen multiple times where the prescription is sold to the wrong person. Each time (3 that I have personally witnessed) have not been handled professionally. If this weren't the closest pharmacy to me, I wouldn't go here. If I find another 24 hour pharmacy you better believe they will get my business!

Disorganized, disheveled staff. Poor customer service. It was all pretty simple. Refill the Rx in the system but they could not do that despite a 1 or 2 days preorder. Waited, waited , waited. Pharmacist not even there. When finally showed up it would seem everyone else was a priority despite me being in line 1st and long b4 anyone else even formed in line behind me. As much as I hate walmart the pharmacy staff is pretty good there. So why waste my time here ever again....Go elsewhere is my advice.

Just went there again to have a prescription filled (my physician uses this location or I'd definitely use another pharmacy) and I waited 10 minutes to hand someone behind the counter a pill bottle and walk away. Worst customer service ever encountered...My advice: go elsewhere to get prescriptions filled. Horrible customer service at the pharmacy counter. The people who bother to come inside the building and stand in line are treated as the lowest priority for some reason. This is why an increasing number of consumers get their medication online.

Employees very helpful. Lines may be a bit long, but the store is busy because it is in a convenient area and a 24 hr store. They take no longer, if not faster, than any other pharmacy/store. I enjoy shopping here.

Pharmacy cashiers move slowly. Don't multitask. I waited in drive thru bout 30 minutes to pick up one script. They waited on 1 customer who seemed to be acting really obnoxious for over 30minutes. There were numerous drive offs.😕😕😕

Truly lost the pharmacy quality and experience anymore. There are people there that don't even need to be working in the pharmacy. There are people who do not care like they used to truly said Walgreens used to be an amazing place now it's something very stressful

They have a 24 hour pharmacy and the night pharmacist is awsome. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can't find a good pharmacist like that anywhere else in this town. He is very communicative and friendly! Love this walgreens its the only one i will go to! I will not and do not go to other walgreens locations.

When using my coupon I'll separate the liquor from my main purchases. On this Saturday AM I did the same when being rung up. 2 of us in line, a man behind me to buy a newspaper. After ringing up the 1st part of my items (4), the cashier asked me to 'step aside so I can ring him up, then I'll finish with you'. I told her, 'no I will not STEP ASIDE..finish with my items, then you can ring him up.' I advised Dawn the manager & she told me 'not to take it personally, she's like that.' I told her 'being a black female, & the man behind being a white how could I not?' Welcome to the new norm.

I'm sitting here at 10:32 at night after leaving the doctor with my child who has a double ear infection double eye infection and a sinus infection all at once and I have been waiting a whole hour. This is ridiculous. My kid is miserable and why am I waiting an hour for meds you have?????!!!!! Never coming back. Ever.
