Came in to get stuff for my daughter's cos-play wigs. Target is a great place to shop, the people are awesome. Very helpful, not like Walmart where they point you in the direction, the people here actually take you where the product is and even offers suggestions with using the product.

I love Target. Everyone that works there is very professional, and also very happy. The employee's really seem to care about the customer. The store is always neat and clean. The store is spacious and everything is of great quality. I plan on shopping more often at Target.

This store is always very clean, well lit, and organized (no stock blocking the aisles). The staff is generally friendly and helpful.I visited before Christmas to buy some of the Marks & Spencer food items they were carrying this year. They were packaged in reusable light up metal lanterns! The display was easy to find, and the prices were clearly marked.

Story is always clean and staff are friendly and always available, but still give you enough space so you don’t feel like you being stalked around the store. I think it’s pleasant to be able to go find an associate if you need help instead of the constant questioning “do you need anything thing?” Bc honestly Amanda, “I don’t need anything… why am holding a the purse & two dresses? I’m here for hair products!” LoL

We were at this Target yesterday and spent over $200 in items for our daughter who was moving back to her college dorm.When we got back to the dorm we realized we had inadvertently left one of our purchased bags at the self-checkout lane.We tried over and over to call Guest Services, but no one was answering....so we drove back to the store to see if any honest person had turned in our bag.When we spoke to the agent at Guest Services we were told that since no one had turned in the bag we could re-gather our items and would not be required to re-purchase these items.Wow!! That is an AMAZING policy and we were ever so thankful for this.(As it turns out, we were able to find our bag at the self-checkout lane. An honest person had indeed turned it in there, so the attendant had our purchased bag.)Thank you, Target, for this amazing policy of permitting us to re-gather our items and not having to re-purchase! It saved us a lot of anxiety!And thank you, Honest South Bend Shopper, for turning in our purchased bag of items!

I'm extremely disappointed with Target's CVS pharmacy. Unfortunatelythe customer service was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, disorganized, and condescending. I will be using a different pharmacy in the future. Other than the pharmacy, the rest of Targey is okay. The rest of the employees are nice and professional.

I don't ever want to check out my own items and continually there is not a live person to check you out. It's ridiculous. I'm going to stop going to this one and move to the Mishawaka Target. Also they only have one person at the pharmacy during rush hour. Almost an hour while I'm the 4th person in line is too long. He gave 2 covid boosters in front of me the night I was there. Those things should never be scheduled during that time.

Impressed with the target employee who was "on it" when a suspicious woman approached me and my child while shopping. He must have been keeping an eye on the lady.Very happy with this Target store on many levels. Great employees and security.Thank you.

Nice shop with a good selection and never too crowded. Checkout and customer service are usually a bit slow. Still worth the wait as you can get things here that the competition doesn't have.

I'm generally not a huge Target fan, but this one is really nice. Always have a good selection, and I enjoy browsing some of the more unusual gift items they usually have in stock. Staff is generally very friendly too. I enjoy visiting the Starbucks on my way out occasionally.

The store is clean and well organized. Employees are extraordinary with helping customers find what they need. This store is not quite a Super Target but employees make you feel super! I hope Target sees fit to expand this store to include a better grocery department.

I had to wait quite a while for my online/pickup order. They couldn't find it. It would have been faster to just go in and shop for the items. I used the online ordering to save time. Items were in great condition. Missing one small item, but I did have a large order. Associate looked stressed, so I didn't bother with the $1 item missing.

Very disheartened in trying to reach a live person when calling into the store. I have been transferred, disconnected, and sent to a fax machine. When a live person came on, they did not give me the opportunity to tell them what I needed they just transferred. My daughter cannot get her W -2 as she no longer works there. Now I let the phone ring and I've yet been disconnected again. This is ridiculous at best.

I love Target in general, just not this location. Returned an item I ordered online around Christmas time, with receipt & everything, but she would not let me return to my original tender. I didn’t even have it for a week. Normally when I make a return, I was ALWAYS told, “the money will be refunded to your target RED card”. Never had an issue until it came down to my last return. Manager only gave me the option to refund on a gift card. But I had the original tender & receipt. So I was forced to return $300 on a gift card, basically forcing me to use that $$$ there only. This was originally a gift but had to return due to it not working properly. We didn’t want to make an exchange either because the product we wanted instead, Target does not offer it. At the end, what she did couldn’t be reversed or voided. Like I said I love Target but the manager really screwed me over.

A new favorite Target location! Clean, well organized, and updated; so much better than the Goshen Target. I wish all of Indiana Targets had the tablet price scanners. I was able to check whether an item was in stock, how many were on the floor, how many were “in back”, and if other area Targets had the item in stock. I love being able to check for myself and not have to flag down an associate.The kiosk scanners around the store were more accurate than my IPhone app scanner. My app scanner listed an item for $23 and the in store scanner listed it at $14.99, which was the correct price.

Convenient. Affordable. I love the availability of cartwheel and red card. However, they need to offer more inventory similar to super target in Mishawaka. They need to renovate and make this location a Super Target so that people are not leaving their neighborhood 30 minutes away for better selections and more variety. In fact sale prices are higher here than at the Super Target.

The most important reason for the score that I selected was the way that I was treated by a store associate today. I am extremely satisfied beyond satisfied with the help that I received today. I did not know the employee's name but it was a female who was working in the cosmetics department at around 4:30ish. She was super nice and patient. I asked her if it was possible to try on a foundation before I made a purchase and she was totally for it! She helped me find the right shade for my skin tone and told me that I could always return it before 90 days. I ended up purchasing a Milani 2 in 1 foundation and even though she said that she wasn't sure if the foundation was good, she did say that the brand was a good one. She also answered every single question that I had about makeup and she was super knowledgeable, more knowledgeable than any ULTA associate. She dedicated her time to me and helped me find what I was looking for. I am super happy and will be returning to Target on Ireland Road for all of my cosmetics needs, I simply love Target and enjoy coming here on a regular basis. Thank you for employing such a wonderful staff member! Not only is it convenient to have a Target in South Bend, but it is also convenient to have knowledgeable store associates that can help you with all of your basic beauty needs.

The barista at Starbucks who “earned her apron” was very defensive and rude when I asked about why the PCCB was completely orange. They did not change their formula as she tried telling me, every other Starbucks has it made it exactly as the photo. Second time I’ve had an issue like this at this location. Rather wait in the long line or just give my business to Martin’s who’ve always been polite.
