I had my dog groomed at pet supplies plus in Greenwood Plaza yesterday. We met a groomer that we had not had before and I just wanted to say how amazing she is at her trade. She was very honest in her demeanor and professional. She explained everything that she did, and you could tell that she was very enthusiastic about doing a good job. The truth is, she did an amazing stellar job like I’ve never seen before on my dog. Please see the pictures. In this day and age, it is not always that we find employees who go the extra mile and take the time to explain their work, and are so very confident with it. My dog loved her and trust me dogs do know people !Pet supplies plus is extremely lucky to have the groomer and I hope they are smart enough to see that. Her work is exceptional, and she is beyond amazing with animals. I have four dogs and I will be back!

Pet Supplies Plus South Bend is alwaysso Kind and HELPFUL in every aspect every time we go there. We took our little dog Sadie for their self serve dog wash and a nail trim/grind, their wash is very easy to use. The grooming department did a great job with Sadie's nails. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience and Sadie is happy too.

I always visit Pets Supplies Plus to use the self wash station. My dog, Buddy, is a 60lb dog and it's so much easier visiting a dog wash station rather than trying to bathe him in my tub. All of the employees so far are very nice and courteous, thank you! Buddy, like a lot of dogs, is full of energy so he will sometimes knock some things over while we're on our way towards the back of the store. I'm not one to leave a mess for others to pick up but the employees here will jump right in to help! Last month, I purchased a punch card for the self wash, and used one punch that day. Dealing with my dog, I misplaced my card, after looking everywhere for it, I decided to call the store and see if there was anything they could do for me. I know it was my fault, I should've placed the card somewhere safe, but wasn't thinking. :( After speaking with one of the managers, she explained that the punch card was like any other punch card and couldn't be replaced. I understood her point but again, I was so bummed about letting 4 washes go to waste. She suggested I go online and purchase the card through there so that I could keep track of the card without losing it, Idk if I misunderstood her, but after visiting the website I didn't see any way to purchase a punch card online. I ended up emailing corporate for assistance. A response was sent the next day apologizing for my mistake and requested I provide them with the date I purchased the punch card so they could look it up and verify. I replied back with my information and they responded back saying that they had reached out to the store and that the store would be happy to give me a replacement card with the 4 punches remaining.To many people, this may not seem like anything, but to me it meant the world that a person was willing to go above and beyond to assist me with getting a replacement card. The store manager contacted me and said my card would be waiting for me when I go in for another wash. Thank you so much for making my day, I am so appreciative of how professionally this was handled. I'll be in with Buddy soon for another bath!

Barb that works there is exceptional. We call her "the fish whisperer" she is very knowledgeable in the aquarium world. She helped us get our aquarium back working correctly. We will be going back for more fish and supplies.

Wish I could give it negative stars. We have been shopping here for years. And today Melissa the Gm was very rude. While I was talking to the cashier about how I was given 21 questions about my tanks the gm came out of the office to interruptAnd confront us about the situation she was very rude and condensing . Told us if we didn't like it to go to petco from now so we will be going to petco on. Since we but food for 4 dogs and 3 cats biweekly. All of our pet need will be spent where we are not treated like this.

Very poor customer service.Shopped here for three years for my dog but when I had to finally deal with customer service and asked for a refund/replacement, I was asked for unreasonable proof.Now I can understand that it’s just part of any corporate System. However, since I had been shopping there for so long, I tried to make my case with the manager. It was the managers word that actually offended me. Paraphrasing him, he said I Need to show proof that I am not a scammer. I was just telling him how much I have bought from the store, and he says “ I have Seen a lot of people who spend a lot, but then they are shoplifting $10”.In any case, I don’t think I need to deal with this doubting of my character. Thank you for treating me the way you did and I will just shop somewhere else.You lost me as a returning customer of three years.

We had a really great visit today. The cat food selection is awesome. Savanna was super helpful and struck up conversation with us.I feel like prices are hit or miss, but Savanna told us they price match other stores! We saved $15 on a cat carrier today thanks to her. Will definitely be back for our fur babies <3

The best pet supply store in town! The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Rayne helped me choose fish and also knew about care and feeding. Suggested appropriate food as well as offering tips. Checkout is always fast. Great management and always well stocked.

Theodore had a bath and Brazilian blow out at the grooming salon. (We call it that so he knows he is fancy!) Harley was fantastic with him. He looked and felt great. I also think their prices are good! So check them out for your grooming needs! I was very pleased

We like to use the dog washing area, we have 3 big dogs and it makes it so much easier than bathing them at home. Staff has always been friendly and the store is always clean and easy to navigate.

Great selection of dog food, love the do-it-yourself dog wash. You can purchase a card for 5 washes. I have 2 big dogs and love to use the upper tub, definitely saves my back.

I get my cat's food from here. The staff was able to help me figure out what foods were available for his needs, for me to choose from. He gets special food because he has allergies. They have the foods in multiple sized bags to choose from. And if you sign up for the rewards program you get coupons in your email. I have received multiple coupons for twenty-five to thirty percent off. I have been able to use these towards his food. I've received by far more coupons from pet supplies plus than any other pet store. Great store for pet needs especially on a budget.

I've been to many different dog stores that have self serve dog washes since we travel often and this one was by far the worse. They only do one person at a time (long wait) , super small and unsanitary. They don't disinfect the tubs after each use and it's full of hair everywhere. They should at least offer an disinfectant spray and id happily spray it down and clean it myself. The blowers says squeeze to turn on but that doesn't work. It's all squashed and unusable. Only a few old stained up rags left to dry your pup. The customer service is nice. Young man at register was friendly and helpful(worth the 2 stars). But it's not a busy store, associates were walking around. Need to find a system to keep those showers clean and it would be perfect.

Always a pleasant place to shop. They have the best prices on the stuff I need and the people are always nice. I have been a patron of the store on Ironwood in South Bend for over 30 years. I even worked there in my early 20's.

I went to the dog wash today (6/16/23) and not only did the blow drier not work, but they watched me struggle to get my big dog (100+lbs) up onto the wash bay for about 15 minutes and then proceeded to come in as soon as I got him all wet and tell me that it is a 20 minute limit. Like yes, I understand that. But you watched me struggle for atleast 15 minutes to get him up there. I won’t be back, Tractor Supply in Niles has a way better set up, more tools, and is cheaper. So that’s where I’ll be going from now on.

Fantastic staff and my GSD loved the store. Everyone was so friendly and loved my dog. I go for the self clean area. The price is fair considering they supply everything and will clean up the mess (be considerate of course) it's a deal I can't refuse.

I called ahead to say that I would be arriving at 9:01 according to GPS, 1 minute after closing. The awesome young lady on the phone said she would still help me with my online order. I arrived and met them halfway to the door to grab my dogs food at exactly at 9pm as they were closing on a Fridaynight. I REALLY appreciate the awesome customer service these ladies provided. Kudos and thank you!! I am a customer service manager and know excellence when I see it! Thanks again :)
