Like always, Gena and her team have done a wonderful job! I have three dogs and when I tell you there is no other place I’d rather take them, I mean it! I always go above and beyond as well as do their best to accommodate your pets needs and your wants. They give fair prices and most importantly, they always make sure to focus on the pups safety.They do very well with communicating by giving you updates on your pups and are always very transparent and honest about everything.They really can do it all as they provide multiple services such as grooming, daycare, boarding and so much more!Support small businesses, especially this one!Thank you Paws n’ Claws Pet Spa team for the excellent service and care!

My dog’s coat was a mess when I first got her and she was not familiar with being groomed, but Gena didn’t even blink an eye when I came to her for help. Since that initial groom, Gena has gone above and beyond to make sure Scout becomes more and more comfortable with the grooming process. She has also helped me craft a grooming plan that will keep Scout's curly hair manageable in between haricuts. Every time I drop Scout off I know she is in good hands and will come back looking great! When I pick Scout up, Gena gives me a full report of how she was that day and how she is improving. Gena truly loves what she does and you can feel that radiate off of her as soon you walk in the doors of Paws N Claws. I know my dog is in the best care with the Paws N Claws team, and I highly recommend Gena’s services to anyone within the South Bend area.

Gena and her staff take excellent care of my dogs while in her care. She is able to do a great job on nails even with the most difficult and skittish dogs when it comes to touching their feet. We asked her to groom our miniature poodle how she thought best, and she knocked it out of the park! From an 8 lb. dog to 140 lb. dog, she has delivered exactly what we have needed. Paws N Claws Pet Spa has been our groomer for over 10 years and we are highly satisfied.

We have used Gena since 2019. I have a a dog that is a little bit of a diva and every groomer has had to muzzle her except Gena. She has worked with my baby and now my little Diva is able to get groomed and is less stressed.I have 3 more Keeshond that she grooms and they all do amazing and Gena will not push the animal more than they are able to take.If you want a groomer that will rush through grooming pushing your animal more than they can take She is not your groomer. If you want a groomer that will love your pet and given them the time they need to be at ease than Gena is your groomer.Gena I’m so blessed to have found you and thank you for loving my babies like you do

After having a bad experience at another groomer my dog was so scared. Gena and her caring staff have turned that around for my older good boi. I now take my puppy here too and both my dogs get treated like family. Paws and claws is the best groomer in our area. Love the job they do and my older dog loves the massage they offer! Gina is the greatest. You can tell she has many years of experience and a genuine love for her client’s fur babies. Today was our first visit and she did a fantastic job on our boys. I trusted her enough to let her do what she thought was best and she delivered as promised. Gina takes the time connect with her clients and ask questions. The calming environment was what made me know this was the place. I was looking for a grooming salon where there was little to no chaos and this was it! If you haven’t settled on a groomer for your fur baby, please give Gina a try. You will be making the best decision for you and your fur babies.

Gena and her staff are like family. She treats all my furbabies like her own. I have friends and family who love her. I'd never go anywhere else! When my schnoodle wasn't feeling well she was the first person I called and Bear LOVED her. I told her the situation and she took such good care of him, he loved going to see her. I have an opinionated, newly rescued Maltipoo who went for a groom today at Paws and Claws. Cooper is a very nervous dog who can be a little snarky at times. Jean took her time and gave him a deluxe spa experience;) He was relaxed when I picked him up and looks like a whole new dog.

Paws N' Claws does an excellent job trimming nails for my two senior dogs. The staff are gentle and patient, and make the experience quick and easy. The prices are extremely reasonable, too! Highly recommend.

I kept hearing about Paws N Claws through word of mouth and finally took my two Goldens there to be groomed. So very happy I did. The owner/groomer is knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, is passionate about her job and the animals she works with. My Golden girl was a bit anxious and extra care was given to her so that she felt comfortable in her surroundings. This will be where I'll take my dogs from now on - highly recommend.

Took my 60-pound goldendoodle there, and I was very impressed. She had some matting, so I thought they would just shave her and leave her looking weird. They actually took the time to brush her out and kept a decent amount of her fur. She looked very cute! They also did her nails and glands and gave her lots of attention. I could tell that she was well taken care of while she was there. I was impressed with their availability, flexibility, and communication when it came to scheduling. We will be back!

Paws N Claws did SUCH an amazing job. This is the only place I will take our pup, Frisco! We have a rescue husky that can have quite a bit of anxiety and hardly any grooming experience. Called for an appointment last minute and was accommodated right away! I was looking to avoid going to a commercial pet store for my pet’s grooming needs and glad I found Paws N Claws. Gina was very knowledgeable and caring. My pup was really nervous and anxious at first, but Gina took her in her arms and put her at ease within minutes! She’s won a new client and we’ll be back when needed.

I highly recommend Paws N Claws! The staff is always very kind! I recently moved about 40 minutes away from the spa and I can’t bring myself to go anywhere but here! We have been taking our cats to Gena since 2020. In 2021 I had the unfortunate experience of losing my cat unexpectedly as I pulled into the parking lot for their regular grooming. Gena immediately started doing CPR on him and tried to save him. It meant so much that she cared. We cried together that day. I love the care she has for my pets and love that she knows what they need. Jessica does an amazing job doing therapy on my senior cat. It has helped his mobility immensely! Thanks for all you do!

Gena has always been a conscientious groomer who listens to what the client wants. When my doodle doesn't let me brush her, Gena only shaves the spots that are matted, not the entire coat. Other groomers have made me feel negligent about brushing, but Gena knows that my dog doesn't tolerate being brushed. She allows Mia to get down from the table to rest when she's had enough. She really loves the dogs she grooms, even when what they need is tough love!

Wonderful service. Brought in 4 Australian Sheppards that needed groomed. All came back smelling good and looking more beautiful then before. Owner was accommodating and stayed after store hours so we could have them groomed asap. Super Satisfied with the service, Highly recommended and will continue to bring our puppies back.

Jena and her team are the absolute best and I refuse to take my Labrador Beau anywhere but to her! (: even though our boy is stubborn, I know he just loves them deep down. He always comes home smelling clean and looking so handsome!
