We adopted a small dog that was neglected and badly in need of grooming. He wouldn't let me even begin to remove the matted fur. We had pampered paws come to help us get this little guy some attention. They were amazing with this pup and also in trimming the nails of our other dog that wouldn't let me even try. I can't say enough about the service they provided and how gentle they were. We will be using this business from now on.

If it was possible I would give them negative stars. He SHAVED my husky. Groomers should know that u do not shave off the undercoat on a husky. I paid that man to make my dog look like an oversized rat.

I was in desperate need of a groomer for my 100lb Great Dane. We had an appointment with Pet Co, as that is where we normally take her, but they had been closed temporarily by the state due to the Covid crisis. I had called other groomers and they were not accepting new clients. I called Pampered Paws, and he was right away very nice and was able to get me in as soon as he could. I took her yesterday, and I am so happy I did. The gentleman that took care of my Myra, I'm guessing is the owner, was very nice with her and did an amazing job!! She smells clean even still today, her nails look great, and he did a great job cleaning her ears. Sorry Pet Co, you have lost a customer to this great place. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you for your great customer service.

The owner was very kind and patient with our elderly dog. Our dog didn't care for the first treat after being such a good boy getting nails clipped and his bath so the owner found other treats and our boy loved them. Cute patriotic bandana which will be fitting for 4th of July coming up. I have a back and neck injury is the reasoning for paying for the service. Well worth it. Great 5 star experience.

If you care about your fur babies at all ....DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!! HE was very very very very rough with my.puppy. grabbing his legs and telling him to stop when he tried to.pull.his.leg away!! He never tried to talk nice to him and calm him down. Luckily I was right there telling him it's ok. But he was still fighting and pulling the whole time. He just got attacked by another dog which he had.to.have surgery because of and this was his first time to a groomer since. And the owner of Pampered Paws knew that. It was a terrible experience. Then they wanted to give him a bath. Haha!!! Nope as.soon as he was done we couldn't get out fast enough. Not only.was he rough with my dog he doesn't know what he is doing there are 20 spots he.missed throughout his.body!!!!!! Please please please do not take your fur babies here I can't even imagine if I wasn't there..the owner was outside the building when we showed up.and as soon as my pup.saw him he ran in the other direction. Not one time did this man try to calm him.down or.talk.nice.to.him I've been trying to post a new review and I'm not sure why I am not able to but I wanted to add that my poor little baby has kennel cough now I noticed it the day after he got his haircut but I thought he was just coughing cuz he first woke up in his mouth was dry no absolutely not he has kennel cough please please please I cannot stress this enough do not take your fur baby here. This place needs to be shut down

We adopted a mattise/dachshund mix dog from the Humaine Society. The Humain Society washed her, but didn't trim her fur. We called Pampered Paws and they fit her into their schedule. The owner's daughter was very courteous and asked how I wanted her trimmed. Never having a Maltise, I wasn't sure and left the trimming up to them. About two hours later, she was trimmed and had a bath. She looked so cute. Pampered Paws did an excellent job! Would highly reccomend.

First time I took my Bibi and I love her haircut not to mention how wonderful she smelled...she came home in an exciting mood.I've taken her to PetSmart and she's gotten home trembling and goes directly to her bed...not this time...Pampered Paws you have gained a new client...

My senior German Shepherd never really went to the groomers (or anywhere else) because he's so old, cranky, and doesn't like people much. He would no longer let me clip his nails at home and they were in bad shape. The staff at Pampered Paws took him on as a client and I cannot tell you how much this grumpy dog LOVES his spa days! He loves going there, and is so happy and playful when he gets done. He loves the staff, and is even happy to let other customers pet him. He's like a totally different dog. He now goes to Pampered Paws monthly. How could we deny such an old doggie this pleasure?! This place (and staff) are a hidden gem!

Took my older beagle there and got her back a very clean, nice smelling, and happy old girl. Was MUCH cheaper for the same service at Petsmart, will for sure be going back in 6 weeks when she's due for another bath!

I took my dog there and they shaved all of her fur off!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FUR BABIES!!!

This place is awesome!!! We took our Dalmatian here today and she came out looking so amazing!! Close to our home and a great price too!! We even got a bandanna, bag of treats and a dog calendar! The owners are so nice too!!

This is the worst haircut I have seen on a dog and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this establishment. The groomer stated that my dog was very well behaved so that cannot be used as an excuse for the poor results. The hair is uneven and it seems as though she didn't care about the end result at all. I'm not entirely certain she even bathed him because his face was still very dirty, she did nothing to remove tear stains and there was an actual piece of dirt stuck in his beard.She cut the hair much shorter than agreed upon, she did not listen to my instruction at all and did what she pleased with my dog. She did not bother to brush off the excess hair before returning him to me so that I became covered in hair, as did the upholstery of my car.Very unprofessional groomer, would never leave my dog alone with these people again.
