Once a year I save up to go to an Irish game, I went to Irish vs central Michigan this year, I was hesitant to purchase any clothes as the prices were very high, my wife talked me into buying some nice Irish gear ( being someone who rarely spends a lot on myself ) when we got home from our 7 hour drive back home I noticed one of the polos I purchased ($195.00) was not in the bag, checking everywhere we could not find the polo. The bag never left the car as we made the purchase Sunday prior to leaving south bend, the only solution is that the Cashier forgot to put in the bag, when we purchased, we were unable to obtain a receipt because they were out of paper from the mass sales over the weekend, I called the inform, and received no help, the bookstore would not assist in anyway to help find the transaction and said they needed the receipt in order to look up the transaction to confirm the sale was made. The representative was very cold treated me as if I was a thief, trying to pull money out of them. When I was simply just trying to get the polo that I had paid for, and that was never put in the bag. I would recommend using fanatics for your Notre Dame gear purchases. The prices are cheaper. The quality is the same and they are not too proud to admit when they make a mistake. I’ve been going to Notre Dame for 35 years to watch football games with my family. This will be the last time we ever purchase from the Hammes bookstore.

Nice alternative to the main bookstore (that is on campus). This one is Eddy street and Angela. Larger than most college bookstores and it has a nice Starbucks inside.

My visit to the Hammers Bookstore and Cafe resulted as a part of a larger weekend to see a few hockey games on campus. We decided to stop by the Commons close to campus and look at the apparel available at this location.The floor is definitely clean and well kept up. Nothing looked out of place, from general displays to clothes hanging on all their proper racks. The staff were friendly and helped me with questions I had in regards to finding a different size for a sweatshirt I was trying to locate.I'd definitely come back here to shop on a return visit to campus. There is plenty to do in the area, both for food and just casually exploring the area. Thanks for a great experience!

The staff was friendly and plenty of shirts and othe Notre Dame novelty merchandise, along with some snacks and drinks to choose from. The smells frome the Cafe were relaxing and intoxicating. 🙂

My fiance is a huge Notre Dame fan and we have gone to South Bend twice now in the past few years and the store is always one of the first stops we make. We were there a couple of weeks ago on the day of the Notre Dame versus Florida State game. As expected, there were crowds everywhere and the store was very busy but it was very well staffed and everything flowed very well. The staff were all friendly and helpful even though it was so busy. The store always has a ton of great merchandise and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this store for any fighting Irish fan.

Here visiting with my two oldest sons, beautiful campus. Attended the ND vs Wake Forest game. Priceless, despite the rain and cold. I look forward to another game in the future. Go Irish!!

Better called a souvenir shop for all of the Notre Dame paraphernalia. Books were available and plentiful, but the Notre Dame accessories overran the book section. Come here if you are looking for Authentic Notre Dame clothing, banners, books, and more. Great reason to explore the campus and see the sights. If you are looking for items at a discounted price I would look elsewhere.

This is a must come when traveling to the Notre Dame campus. They have an insane amount of Irish options to look at and purchase. Everything from hats and shirts and sweatshirts and jackets and coats and joy. When they're you might not want to mention the game against Clemson at the very end of December 2018. Good selection at normal prices. Although there is the larger bookstore closer to the center of campus, this location may have what you are looking for. Staff was very nice and helpful. I was always able to find someone when I had a question...without having the staff follow you around as you browse.

Two of the three baristas in the Starbucks had masks not covering their noses. One of them, after wiping her nose with her bare hand, then offered to help customers. Yecch.

The Whole Complex is Majestic! A Catholic University Looks like its rite out of a Harry Potter Movie.The Dining Hall.The Sports Venues are so well mantained the Slate Roofves.One thing that stuck in My mindwas all the Rusty Bikes Some of the Students told Me,to forget about rideing in the Fall,Winter and Early Spring,they are covered in Snow to handelbars.During those time's of the Year.If Possisble Being Im a Pet Sitter,What would be the price to have My Name printed on The Deans Dog Box? Notre Dame. Location, location, location. The new, recently new, "just off campus" location for those at Notre Dame to go for a bite or go shopping, and it is virtually "just across the street" from the campus of the University of Notre Dame.

Compared to the main location on campus, the racks are spaced better here, making it easier to navigate through. The downside is that not everything stocked at the main location is stocked here.

It's Notre Dame as Always an outstanding experience every thing associated with ND is excellent
