Love this Martins! Super close to my house, very convenient when I just need a few things. Nice and friendly atmosphere, the store is always clean and well stocked. There is a pharmacy, a gas station and a Starbucks. What more could you need!(I probably spend too much money here.. lol)!

I've had nothing but good experience here. : ) the employees are so friendly & personable. The manager is so very kind. If one has a problem, they can simply talk to an employee, and they'll help you.: )) if you're a jerk, then yes, you'll probably get the less happy version of someone. But you'll still treated with respect and listened to. Anywho, 10/10 store. 10/10 Starbucks. Super duper clean. And super duper over all.Update: still great

I love this Martin’s! The upstairs seating area is large with booths around the perimeter and tables scattered throughout and couches for a more informal and cozy seating. The internet works fairly well making it a great spot to do your online schooling or work. I’m glad they have brought back the salad bar but it is open only M-F. On Saturdays and Sundays they fill the bar with prepackaged food trays like fruits, croissant sandwiches, salads, cheese trays, etc., which are nice for grabbing something already premade when you don’t have time to put something together. The store is clean and well laid out.

Make sure your kids have a tetanus shot before you put them into a cart here. Not sure what happened to all the new carts that were here when the store opened but they have been replaced with these rusty carts. Please replace these!

My experience here for the most part is good and I love the fresh food. However I think it should be a training on how to treat each guest at self check out equally. Each time I’m using the self check out I feel so watched like I’m doing something bad I can’t even look at the screen too long without someone rushing over trying to grab my thing’s continuously asking if I need help staring at me making it very uncomfortable & rushing to the screen when it does that , item is on the belt message to make sure it’s correct and while i would like to say they’re doing their job and good at it I notice there’s a difference due to the color of my skin. I watched a caucasian man tonight get that message and without the ladies breaking conversation or rushing over to see what’s going on she cleared it on her screen and waved her hand as if she knows it was an accident , how can you be sure? Is it the color of his skin? I just wish more people display customer service skills like David Martin. He makes all those encounters forgettable and keep me coming back!

Hmm. They must be sponsoring Backstreet Boys, Ariana Grande and Mariah Carey. Here with a business associate grabbing lunch and that is all they play, it seems. Great store otherwise and I like their sushi

Very large supermarket with fresh food and produce. Hot food,freshly made cakes and deserts. Also has a gas station. One stop shopping.

So I am in the parking lot to write this before I leave. Let me say that Kyle M in the deli was an absolute pleasure. He was so helpful and friendly. Then I went to express and Angelina (red hair and great makeup) was so happy to see the next customer. She was awesome too. So happy that I stopped on my way home from work. Y'all made my day......thank you!

Employees make the difference! They are always helpful. I never have to wait in the checkout for very long. Regardless of the time, or amount of customers. Checkout is always easy, even with a full cart. The side door deli is always a fantastic option. If you only need a few items, you can get in and get out. Need a quick dinner? Don’t go to “fast food” restaurants. Martin’s paninis are very good. Amongst their other hot food offerings. Save the headache, and go where the food is good, and the workers treat you like you’re an actual human being.

Best grocery store I've ever been to. Had the best kale salad and sugar waffles. Stopped in while heading north for vaca. Will stop in again on the way home. Great deli with lots of options.

Set up kind of weird, feels like everything is crammed into the store and not a lot of room to move when there's lots of people in there. Nice for a oh gosh I forgot an item... but I certainly wouldn't be doing major shopping there.

Love that they have a Starbucks bar, Salad bar, and their Liquor selection is one of my faves close to home.I used to be a loyal Kroger customer, until I started shopping at Martin's and yes its more pricey but the fact that they have a better lit parking lot and a safer environment with a cop outside in the lot most days turned Martin's into one of our preferred stops when doing in person shopping.

If I could get this place 0 stars I would! The store manager is awful, rude and disrespectful! I have bought a lot of from here but after today’s experience I’m NEVER coming back here this place is awful please don’t waste your money here! They are not as good they “try” to make themselves seem to be! You’re better off going anywhere else! The stuff here is just horrible! Please go somewhere else! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

When I tried to place an order at the deli this evening, the woman working was clearly trying to avoid me. I was standing in front of the case trying to get her attention, and she kept walking and looking around as if she was trying to not make eye contact. When I finally did order, I placed an order for two paninis with sauce. I got home and both sauces were wrong. It was soaked into the bread so I couldn't scrape it off. Because I live close, I decided to go back and get the correct order. The lady had cleaned up the panini case and was again pretending to not see me. The time was only 7:45. I spoke with someone that looked liked a manager, and she said they sometimes clean up early, even though the deli says it is open until 8pm. I wouldn't have even came back if I thought the deli would be closed early. She told me she could help me with a return of the paninis though. So now I am left with no sandwiches after two trips to Martin's. This is ridiculous. You need to make them write down the sauce because this lady has messed up this way too many times. Also, if the deli is going to close before 8, do not make the hours open until 8. This just makes people waste their time.

Writing this due to customer service counter. I use flashfood often along with shopping at Martin's. Twice, they gave my order to other people using this service. They are supposed to make sure people grab the correct items for which they ordered. And they do not. And now it's my responsibility to contact flashfood for a mistake made by Martin's. If you have this service, then check the items. If you cannot, or are unwilling to check, then stop using this service in your store

I had some items that were priced incorrectly from the meat dept and didn't have a basket, I asked the cashier if I could just leave the items in the bag since I had to go back to the meat department, and when I came back I'd pay for everything. Instead of answering me like a normal human being, she just takes the items from me, gives them to a coworker whom STILL brings them back priced wrong. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, or apologizing to me about the wait she chuckles, and just leaves me waiting on someone to come correct the issue that never even acknowledged her call. Then she comes up with a hand calculator and shows me a number and just expects me to go with it, and then treats me like I'm being problematic
