I had several people ask me if I needed any help in the various departments I was in today. The lady in the garden center outside knew a lot about grass seed which was what I was looking for. She was very helpful. And the lady at the self checkout is always kind and greets people or wishes them a nice day. Bathrooms are nice at this Lowe’s too. Their lighting department isn’t as cool looking as Menards but it is sufficient.

We've never experienced this level of customer service at any location. Ever.We were helped as soon as we found what we were looking for. I needed a battery operated heater. I walked in the store and saw a Black Santa and a White Santa. It was joy. As a child growing up we did not have Santa's that looked like us. This is progress. Thank you Lowes

—————SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK—————Went to Lowe’s to pick out new appliances for the new house with my wife. Paid $5,000 for a Samsung fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and was told my order would be at our address 4 weeks later between 2pm-6pm. I took half day at work to accommodate and 6pm came and no one showed up. Called and was put on hold or hung up on for 2 hours, until finally I told the girl answering for the 20th time I’m not going to be put on hold that she will walk and find a manager or I will personally come to the store to talk to someone. Sarah answered, apologized- made excuses- and said they would be here in 15 minutes. When the delivery of my appliances arrived they brought me two washers, no dryer, a damaged fridge and my dishwasher. So I once again almost helplessly tried to get ahold of “Sarah” again, I told her the story and she said it was what I ordered. I told her I ordered a washer AND a dryer that why would I order two washers and hookups for a dryer? She said her employee must have made a mistake- Ya do you think so?? I asked for some compensation for my hassle now that I won’t have clean clothes for another 2WEEKS and she told me that I was already getting a discount because the washer that her employee accidentally ordered was less than the dryer that comes with my washer.... WOW. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve ever had in my life- they are extremely unorganized & unprofessional- and I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE- who took the time to read this to do the same. If I could give zero stars I would. Update lowes made it right.

Horrible excuse for a store. I have ordered a custom fence for my yard which they screwed up ordering and delivery of twice. I bought a refrigerator which they ordered and delivered flwrong twice also. Incompetent. Complete and total waste of time and will NEVER SHOP WOTH LOWES AGAIN. NOT EVEN IF ITS FREE.

I needed help ordering a paint color for my classroom. Cassie was in the return center and came right over. My son is very inquisitive and asked tons of questions. She was so kind to answer every one and even show him the process! She went above and beyond to make his experience a memorable one! He hasn't stopped talking about it all night! Thank you Cassie!!!

Good location, plenty of inventory. I don't know that I've interacted with the staff much and based on the comments I heard during their floor meeting and from employees they are currently understaffed (but hiring).Checkout system at Lowe's in South Bend is strange to me. One store has several self checkout stations and the other one does not. Not sure why it's done that way but affects the wait time to get out of there

Bought a heater for the garage opened up the bike and there were parts missing took it back for an exchange I was told I had go get another one and get charged for it until I got my money back from the first one very piss poor customer service

Pretty decent garden selections and very dog friendly. It’s pretty much what you expect of a Lowe’s or Home Depot. We’ve come here for construction supplies as well as seeds and plants and it always gets the job done!Located in a bit of a mess of a concrete jungle by the Walmart and stakehouse and other shops.

We visited today to get some new gardening gloves and look at the clearance plants. The employees at this Lowe's are always helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Unfortunately, the pricing on the clearance plants has increased, so I'll just buy on Facebook marketplace instead.

Definitely one of my favorite places to do some browsing & obviously for home & business construction materials or just tools!My husband & I are huge fans of Lowe's.We love that we can bring our dogs in with us while we do our shopping.All the staff is always very cooperative & welcoming

Got some stuff for a project, didn't need an item and my purchase was registered with my phone number. Went to return the item as I didn't have the receipt with me but when they tried to lookup my purchase with my phone number, no luck, hmm. Somebody screwed up and I noticed 3 other people were having trouble returning items while I was trying to get my money back as well normally not a big deal but right now I needed the cash and not a in store credit. Booo!!!

Would not recommend buying any appliances or anything from the online order pickup area for that matter. Ordered a refrigerator and went to pickup and waited in line for 25 minutes while only being 3rd in line. No apologies or reassurance that we would be helped anytime soon. Finally left and came back hours later and luckily there was a different employee working that did great. Got the fridge home and unboxed to find dents all over it. I emailed the customer service team days ago and still no reply. Do yourself a favor and save your time by going to menards or Home Depot.

I went to buy 3 sets of steel storage racks today and decided before I went to grab them that I would ask customer service to assist with grabbing them. She pages someone and then asked if I had a cart. I didn't so she sent me to the other side of the store to grab one. I thought no big deal but at the same time that's why I was asking for assistance. I then go to aisle finding no employee to help me I decided I would load it myself for efficiency. Once I check out I then asked for help to place them in my car and she pages someone. After 15 minutes I just decided to do it myself. There were employees all over the store and standing around. This wasn't a task I was incapable of doing but if a customer asks for assistance it should be done. In a timely manner considering the abundance of staff.

Friendly and helpful associates. I didn't care for the only display for Duke Cannon products was at a checkout. I wanted to look thru the assortment, but was in the way of the checkout line. Ended up not buying, because it was too awkward to make a decision. Still, it's a great store and will go back.

Lowes came to install my door. They did break a part of mine i purchased and WILL NOT fix it. Be careful. I was warned myself and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Now my $150 lock is broken. The best they can offer is I buy my own lock again and they come install it for a FEE!!!Thank you lowes for breaking rather than fixing. Will NEVER use for projects again.

Clean store. (Ireland Road, South Bend, Indiana)Excellent help by employees.We needed a specific size of plexiglass for a home project. The gal who helped us didn't know how to cut it, but immediately found someone to help her, and in minutes, we had our two cut pieces, exact the right sizes we needed. Thanks to all involved!
