They got our system working after 2 trips to our property, but the collar was still not set for our puppy's needs. Even after training, she would cross the line without the collar doing anything but beep. I called the office 3 times for them to come out and increase the setting on the collar, and I was told I would get a call back to set up a time. In that time I recieved bills for both service calls, after being told I would only need to pay for 1, since they didn't fix it the first time. Several weeks later, our puppy got hit on the road, because of their negligence to get back with us. We still had not gotten any call or response from Invisible Fence of South Bend. When I called them to let them know what had happened to our puppy, and to ask about our bills, I was again told I would get a call back in 30 minutes. 2 weeks later I still had not received a call back from Jim, when the receptionist called me to ask how I would like to pay for my outstanding bills. I was then told that in order to return the collar (that did absolutely nothing for us), I would need to bring in the the transmitter board as well, which they replaced, but is a part of their warranty. I took the collar and board back, but still had to pay for the service call of the first visit they made to our house. Will not be recommending them to anyone now or in the future. Very disappointed with our experience, after only seeing good reviews, before contacting them.
