The prices are really high considering it's a thrift store and most people shop there because they can't afford to shop elsewhere. I wouldn't be surprised if they jack the prices up even more right before 50% day, so in reality you only end up getting a 10 or 15% discount. Don't forget the Goodwill stores are not a charitable organization. All the money that is spent goes into some rich guy's pocket. Look it up.

Highest priced Goodwill store I have come across. Items that they get donated to them are really expensive. Shoes up to $60 and $70 coats. A lot of items that are within 25% of the cost of the item new. Had items that had a manufacturer label on them of 2 for $10. They were trying to sell for $7 each. Thought this store was built on helping people, just crazy prices.

I spent a good portion of my day at a loaded Goodwill. Minutes in, I found a vintage white duck feather down lounger couch in amazing condition. I immediately got the tag. $49.99... after speaking with 2 different employees and a Manager, one of whom was trying to talk me out of it given how large it was. After measuring everything, I decided I'd get a uhaul rather than strapping it on my roof. They refused me paying for it without taking stating that after I buy it, they will place it outside the donation door and if someone takes it while I get the uhaul, then they're not responsible. Meanwhile while booking the uhaul, I over the worker (she didn't see me) speaking about me and ridiculing me and then stating she had her friend on the way with a truck. I left letting them know I'd be back with the uhaul, and was 35 min later. Couch gone. The couch had been there for 5 days (per the employee). So after spending hundreds of dollars I was out the $50 for the uhaul and totally let down by the assistant manager selling the couch to her "friend" 😕😡😥

The stuff they put out for sale is old, dirty, ripped, and EXTREMELY overpriced for things they were given for free. Who is gonna pay $1 for an empty 35¢ baby food jar without a lid?? $6 for the same tank top I bought at Walmart for $2.48? Watch em too.. cuz they'll change prices on items at the register.. and the people "stocking shelves" will literally follow you around the store like a toddler on a leash.. it's extremely freaking rude. A little personal space goes a long way people.. it's goodwill.. not a coach outlet!

I know goodwill is known for overpriced things on donated items but this place. Lol I needed a cheap pair of shoes , the sign on top had prices of women shoes, men and kids. Nothing about tagged items, or etc. okay I found a pair went to check out and they told me 17$. But why does the sign say 5.99, and she said it’s on certain items. But what shoes? None was tagged or specifically said certain items. But I went to Ross for 20$ and got a brain new pair, just make sure to check what you are getting.

I work at a diffrent goodwill. Compared to our prices clothing is slightly high but, they had the friendliest manager. His name was Alonso and I reccomend having a quick conversation with him because he is just a genuinely nice person and nice to talk to. :)

I went several weeks ago and purchased a recliner chair from this store. When I got it home and sat in it, it was full of bed bugs. I was under the impression that Good Will sprayed and laundered their donations. They do not! As many bugs that we found in the chair and as many bites as I have on the right side of my body, the place must be infested. I am a senior citizen and the cost of this is outrageous. Shame on the Good Will for not protecting their customers.

Wish I could give negative stars. The assistant manager named Jetty is a HORRIBLE bitter woman. And NOT kid friendly. Not only was she horrible to other customers in front of me. But gave me a horrible first experience at the store. A lot of stuff is over priced. And she snatched items out of my children's hands. Do NOT recommend.

You’ve lost a loyal customer today, I’ve been coming to this story on a regular bases for 4 years now. Found a nice tv box set with no price tag, cashier was sure it was 9.99 which I thought was kind of high. Then she calls the manager up and she counts all the DVDs in the set. Then she says $2 x 53 DVDs, wow! This tv box set isn’t even that price brand new! Nobody is paying $106 for a used box set, no guarantee it all works, and it’s non refundable. Worst Goodwill in the area! There’s much better places in the area to spend my money.

Although this store didn't have overflowing items on the shelves like they usually do, they had quite a few things to browse through. I blame the sparse selections on Covid. I generally find something that peeks my interest. The staff were very friendly and polite. I know that the money spent there is going to a great cause.

What’s up with the prices and organization!??? Also the floor supervisor Jettie was just on her phone instead helping me when I asked: where can I find utensils? She just pointed it with an attitude bc she was busy talking to her daughter on the phone; and then the “store manager” Erin ring me up and I told her about Jettie attitude and she also with a “don’t care face” said: oh well ! … If they can’t do their job just look for another one! Customer service is a big plus for me so I’m not coming back!

If you're looking for a excellent value for your money this is the place to go. We wear jeans where I work. I can get great jeans (some still have the original price tag on them!) for a $6. In my opinion this is the VERY BEST deal for work clothing! Plus it is always a quick trip..no waiting to check out!

This goodwill is kept pretty clean and organizedBUT what is up with the prices now???? This location for the last 6months has had ridiculous prices on their items. It seems to have become the most expensive goodwill in the area. I've been seeing items from Dollar Tree at this store that are priced at +$4.99 and up. It's not worth it to spend way more on something that is used and not in good condition when I can go get it brand new in stores for a cheaper price. I've also have seen items that are apart of sets or identical to one another, but one is way more expensive than the other. I've heard other customers make the same remarks in store. Remember who your customers are and please look into pricing items correctly

Most expensive goodwill I have ever been to, and no daily discounts. Couldn't find a shirt less than $7, no matter how outdated and worn it was. Workers were nice but that's about all this goodwill had to offer. They should rethink their pricing before they go out of business.

Called n asked a person to look n see if they still had a certain item that I saw in store. Told me she couldn’t because she was ‘in the office counting drawers and couldn’t leave.’ Didn’t say she’d get someone else to look. Poor customer service right there!!

The assistant manager Jetti was so helpful to me yesterday. I accidently locked my keys in car, with my purse and phone when I pulled into drive thru to leave donations. She called a locksmith for me and did not make me feel the least bit uncomfortable. Could not have asked for anyone to be any nicer. Thank you Jetti from the lady in the red Hyundai.

Prices are really great on 50% off days l. Usually can find several nice things, but most of the time I come away with less than what I started with. That's frustrating, but you gotta learn to deal with it. It's a relatively friendly environment...it's better to come in the morning.

A mother was playing with her child who said "no" (playfully) several times and the manager of the store ended up saying "Well at least we know who the real boss is". The mother replied something (Didn't hear what she said) and then the manager said "We don't don't them to shop here. Customers do fill our paychecks." (May not be the exact reply but it was some rude remark along those lines). Won't be shopping here again and will be calling corporate come Monday...

Came here for the 50% off sale. It's 8:09am, the store "opens" at 8am. The parking lot has customers, the store has zero employees. Update your hours, or open on time and stop wasting everyone else's.

Horrible place, rude people, I don’t understand why everything is overpriced after getting it for free. I’m all for recycling but not to goodwill, at least not anymore . I got a very rude comment from a manager while trying to return something I bought the night before for store credit. I don’t think they understand customer service at all. They seem to hate their jobs and take it out on the customers.

The Staff are wonderful at this location. However the prices are horrible. You can buy brand new at Dollar General..Walmarts. This is 100%profit. I call them GREEDWILL. It's sad.

This place is nasty, they charge way to much for everything. Management always has an attitude shes sits there on her phone talking about her personal life in front of customers and when she does help a customer she is nasty and rude.

Nice and clean store. Friendly employes. But you have to have your id when you use your goodwill card now.
