They recently updated this store (needed it bad it smelled like a dog food factory) now that’s its updated they barely have anything in the freezers and they have expired products On the shelves I’ll Include A pic down below ! Make sure you check dates going to this establishment. The cashiers always have they kids on duty behind the counter or running around the store (todays date is July 30th 2023 .

I always enjoy going into this family dollar location as opposed to some of the other ones. This location does an excellent job of actually stocking their new inventory in a timely fashion. The store manager is very friendly and helpful as is most of the staff as well.

Right next door to the Save-A-Lot makes a good combination for sort of a one-stop shop area to get a little bit of common goods, generic and name brands alike. The downside is delayed opening times by as much as 45 minutes to 2 hours which is a recurring thing with multiple locations. I have waited patiently. Quite often their system will be down again and will have to be closed for a while longer. It sometimes happens to its grocery store neighbor on rare occasions but is up and running within minutes.Some folk have claimed this place is filthy, which I hadn't noticed since my idea is to get what I need, pay and leave, not be a health inspector. Its typical layout is easy to navigate so shopping can be done in less than five minutes. Employees may not always be attentive, are right at the door smoking something, or derping around on a mobile device. Anything over a $1 is thoroughly inspected. In summation, it works as intended and is well stocked. Lock up those cell phones and you're golden.

A CRAZY mess as always! Customer service wasn't bad though. I just wish I could easily be able to access isles. If someone were hanicapped they wouldn't be able to move through the store, neither would someone pushing a stroller. A convienant store needs to be just that...convienant.

The trailer park trash girl wearing grey at the register on 8/27/22 has no customer service skills and should not be working there! Also, store was very dirty!

I've been to this store twice now and where prices may be ok on most things (they literally sell some of the same shower curtains as Walmart but they are packaged with all the accessories and the whole set is less than buying just the curtain at Walmart) they are high on other things (food items are higher and they sell the same products as Dollar Tree but they charge higher prices) and you have to really want to find things because it's not very organized and the employees have no clue where to find things or you can't find an employee. It's messy and nothing is straightened and they had out dated food both times I stopped (there was tiny cans of Christmas Coke by the front registers still full price and expired and it's May). I waited at the register for just under 5 minutes for an employee to show up (I would have left but I needed the item I was buying and there was no place else to stop and pick it up before the Post Office) and then she was just there, no conversation or eye contact and the first visit the two women working spent the whole time talking to each other and made me wait for them to come to a stopping point before helping me. I've been to Family Dollars in three states and this one really isn't up to company standards from what I've experienced. I can't say it's the employees, it may just be the circumstances and the location, but I think it could be a great quick trip place to shop or a great place to browse and find most of what you'd need to set up a new place. I'll be the optimist and try it one more time befor I go a different direction to the Post Office.

Store is cluttered, a lot of things are over priced (better off going to the actual dollar store) the employees are a waste of space in the store....they're usually on their phones, having a conversation among themselves, or you may be at the register for 5 mins or more and NOT see a employee anywhere!!

Waited at the register for 10 minutes to get waited on. No one even knew I was in the store. Just ended up leaving and took my business elsewhere.
