Extremely poor and rude. The manager tonight had music playing in his ear, and when I'd gone to ask him a question at the cash register he had not heard me, but had rather rolled his eyes at me as he took the music from his ear, "What."I'd asked the question again and he said that if it was not in one of the sealed boxes in the back that they'd not had it.Very unorganized and very rude. Poor management behavior and a very unorganized/messy store.

We stopped here one day (just after 9 a.m.) and an employee stuck her head out the door and yelled "We're not open yet" and closed the door.We tried again today, but there's a handwritten note on the door that says they're closed due to maintenance.

they have a decent supply of things and its usually quick to get in and out. however on my last visit there was only one cashier and the line got really long. that's not necessarily anyone's fault tho, and I understand. plus if you start talking to someone while waiting, it goes by fast.

Said hello to the cashier, he just ignored me, rang my stuff up, didn’t tell me a total- nothing. Completely ignored me. That was such an awkward experience.

Zoe the manager stayed calm and we very respectful to a customer. The customer was very rude and started cussing so she declined the transaction and went on with doing her job and rang me up next! Thank you!

This location has issues with not keeping shelves maintained and stock replenished on a regular basis. Certain items sell out fast and if something is out of stock, be prepared to wait weeks for them to feel like restocking the shelves. Do not even attempt to ask for a particular item, because they will give you the run around how they cannot put merchandise out yet, or just walk away and ignore you. It's faster to drive the extra distance to another store location and find the missing item at that location rather than waiting.

Most of the time they have all I'm looking for, but also most of the time they never have enough cashiers available. Management could do a better job of calling out cashiers to the front so when there's a line of 8 people and half of those got full carts, customers don't have to wait almost 20 minutes to be checked out.

Surprisingly good selection of items. Best picks are 50 cent greeting cards and hygiene products.Everything is one dollar, yeah!Cashiers are polite, but sometimes the lines are long.

I used to enjoy shopping at this particular store but they are starting to go downhill, The people they are hiring do not care about the store or what it looks like floors are dirty, shelving unorganized product sitting around unboxed, and the people who they have employed do not dress for the job, I was there yesterday and I think it was a young man and it was dressed like something you would see in a cheap Burlesque Show, I mean play dress up at home 🏡 on your own time not at Work try to show some class and be professional and also the person was Rude like whatever it was supposed to be Didn't want to be there. Maybe some of the other locations are still somewhat professional.

You should probably just close this store. The employees would rather just lean on the register than stock the shelves. Truly a joke of a store. It’s been 6 months of walking into this store to find nothing on the shelves. Place is a joke

Used to come in this particular DT weekly or more often. Haven’t been in there for about 1-2 months. I was shocked to see how filthy the store was!!! The floor was dirty, the front door window was so dirty you could hardly see out. We have some nice DTs in the area. Why is this one not kept clean? Needs better management.

What is going on here?! The shelves were empty and it was trashed! I actually asked the cashier if they were going out of business...she was very nice and apologetic. I really like shopping at dollar tree but this store fails in comparison to ANY others. I feel bad for the employees....there back room was stocked to the ceiling. Odd...

Overall, I find great treasures here. I do wish there was more in the area if art supplies for kids... Washable paint and construction paper. maybe I'm not looking carefully enough, but I haven't found it at this location.

Just the biggest dollar tree I had ever seen so I had to run in and browse it out. This place was packed with people and more of everything they all otherwise carry. Same excessively long line of folks hoping another lane will open up so they can get home faster than they will.

2 1/2 stars. typical dollar store. Sorry $1.25 store short staffed not stocked stuff in boxes. always under staffed is company norm. sure we go there even though items can be purchased at other stores for less.

As usual, the price and selection is great, however, when there are 8 or more people standing in line for the only cashier...why is the other employee filling balloons instead of opening another register??? Seems to be quite common...

Dollar Tree in Erskine Plaza is full of great deals and fast lines. This Dollar Tree is very clean and organized. Great place to go if you need to pick something up real quick.

They're pretty cleared out because of Christmas time but I was able to get everything I needed and some extra stuff that I was actually going to get from a different store for a bit cheaper

I’ve always loved this store, just the fact that everything was a dollar but because everything is a dollar, they are cheaply made and break easily and done expect them to last long.

Most organized dollar tree in town. Staff was abrupt but they work at dollar tree so probably underpaid. For those moving or needing cleaning products: you can get the good stuff for a dollar.
