This store is the most nasty store in southbend the store manager doesn’t do nothing but sit on her behind and watch everybody on those cameras and never come work and she always want to talk bad about the stocker maybe you get off your behind and stop watching people maybe some Products can be pullout

Better make sure you call before you waste the time and gas going to this store. The past week they have been closing at 4:00 today they closed at 2:00. They post a sign on the door sorry for the inconvenience but not enough workers this seems to be the case with most of these Dollar tree's lately. I guess the new normal is to allow the employees to choose their own hours

This store looks like a it was hit during a riot and never recovered. Merchandise is placed in pockets all over the aisles with no reference to the aisle signs and even separated from similar merchandise with which it belongs. Whole shelves are empty. Boxes choke the aisles and items are strewn all over the floors. The store was warm and smelled like body odor, sweat and armpit. There was no one on the checkout lines to cashier and a bell there with a sign. The manager was standing at the end of checkout and instead of ringing up my purchase, slammed the bell around for an employee to come off the back of the floor to the front to ring up the purchase and proceeded to berate them verbally. I feel terrible for the employee to work in an environment where their managerseems to think teamwork is less important that treating staff like a dog. I gotta find a better Dollar Tree than this location. 😰

Update: I never got my order, and I was charged. I went in person to pick it up, and they said that the drivers must have not wanted to drop off my order. I provided my order number and left them my information and a call back number and NEVER HEARD BACK... I LOST $70I AM SO UPSET. I am no longer going to be returning for some years, at least.This is my last review: Their inventory is always in boxes, but I do believe that is due to understaffing.I always go in the mornings, and they are very nice and fun to talk to in terms of customer service as long as you, too, are nice.I would not say they have the best customer service, but it is acceptable.

I was there today an notice some changes being made. They're moving some stuff around the store an some of the prices have gone up to $5.00!! I talked to the manager and she stated that the store is going to a "Super" Dollar Tree. So prices will vary from the $1.25 to $5.00 now. So be careful at what you buy an pay attention to the price

I went there today and the place was a mess. No shelves were organized. Looks like it had been hit by a tornado. Sorry to see this in our neighborhood. Management needs to hire some people to help with the shelves.

Went there for a picture frame...got a whole lot more! Called Corporate! Manager fought with an employee while myself and at least 10 other customers were in store! I don't exactly know what it was about, b/c there was so much yelling but I witnessed employee ask a question to manager she slammed clipboard, began shouting this is my store, I make the rules etc etc then began making very inappropriate comments to employee, employee asked couldn't you just tell me your problem in private why are you making a scene. Manager slammed door, came back out with clipboard and started slamming it again and told employee to leave her store and just kept yelling at other employees after employee left the premises. Very uncomfortable to listen too, manager wanted to charge at employee 😳 b/c employee kept asking can we do this in private! Well to me manager was looking for attention and very overdramatic and hostile. Well she got attention from me and other customers we talked after and everyone's calling corporate! She may not like the attention coming to her! Always an appropriate time to deal with things, not while customers are shopping 🙄

Store was stocked up..but manager was in a bad mood cause she had to close early.. and she was rude when i got out cause i opened the door i guess if u know u closing early because of lack of workers put a sign on the door and then close js. Other than that cashier real friendly. This was in southbend indiana on western ave.

Store is ok but 1/2 the shelves are empty. Employee don't usually wear masks even though st.joe is a mandatory mask county. Don't feel comfortable shopping there anymore.

Real disappointment not the store, but the fact that they have scaled back their open time and now close at 7pm everyday starting with September 1, 2019. I think someone had better notify the appropriate people so that they update the business hours accordingly. Perhaps with this change, it goes to say that putting this store at this location was in someway a mistake as I can only conclude it has something to do with theft. Really sad...

My first time ever being to this one and my visit was great! The products were awesome and so much to choose from! The cashier was fantastic, very friendly. I definitely will be going back more often!!!

I am happy that this location is so close to me. The associates are friendly. The two negatives are 1.) The shelves go bare quickly, and 2.) The store is always messy.

I never got to go in! It was 5 minutes to close and I just needed one item but the blonde told me they close in 3 minutes and wouldn’t let me in. Guess I go to the better and less rude locations.

They had at least 5 people working and 1 at register line was long lady getting multiple balloons and she should of called for help. I couldn't stand and wait like that I have back problems. I doubt I will go back to that one again

Went to the store today...grabbed a handheld basket and once finished went to the checkout lane. (Which it’s always just one open, while all the other help stands by and watches the chaos) First the cashier kept coughing and hacking,(no excuse me or sanitizer) which is gross...then she tells me to unpack my own basket!! I don’t work for dollar tree...I dont understand why I gotta Unpack it when I’m not clocked in. As a cashier I would guess that’s part of your job along with sanitizing your hands...but whatever

Went to buy a few solar lights and boxes were not opened so I wait in line tell cashier I needed 3 more from unopened box and she says she cant do it because she has people in line. After I was in line. Was VERY rude and not helpful.

This place is horrible, waited outside 15 minutes for it to open along with 8 other customers and at 10:02 am And employee put a sign out stating they are not open until 10:30am! What an inconvenience for us that live down the street from this one every time I come in here it’s something different and the staff are so rude!! And then when we called and asked why it wasn’t opening she said it was a need to know basis I said I would call corporate she said she didn’t care do I need the number

Dollar tree had now become "dollar twenty five tree." Everything in there is now $1.25. it's still my favorite store regardless.

Good deals on quality goods. You need a quarter to use a shopping cart here. You get it back when you return the cart.

This store is the worse one I had ever been in all the products on the floor someone needs to be coached for not showing the employees how you do there job.
