No problems here. Staff was friendly and the store had what I needed. The front sign and entrance need an upgrade (the store doesn’t look so good from the outside). Huge liquor selection and greeting card aisle.

Used to be fine enough here, but it’s gone down hill. Last time, the pharmacy guy on the phone insisted on using his discount codes and ignored me when I told him twice that the GoodRx discount was better than his, because his codes are ‘the best codes out there’. Wasted like 45 minutes of my day because I had to wait around in a new line to get a new label printed because he was wrong but obnoxiously confident in himself anyway. Now they won’t fill my prescription before I leave town. Company policy says it should be fine to fill early, but this store adds an extra day for their store policy, so the text alerts are lies and you won’t find out unless you call and by then it’s already too late. Don’t know what difference a day makes except that I’ll already be on a plane. Time to switch to somewhere reliable I guess.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten! First no one lets anyone know about shortage of medications, now they don’t order prescriptions on time... I have a order sitting there since Tuesday and they still don’t have it in....I understand it was late Tuesday around 4 pm but it shouldn’t take a day and a half to get a prescription ordered and filled..This is getting ridiculous, cause kids or adults need the medication and no one seems to care...

When you are trying to pick up mes for your kids when the pharmacy opens at “9”. Not only is everyone back here rude but can’t even show up on time. And no sense of urgency. Even a cashier said they are in there I don’t know what their problem is.

I usually go here for prescription fills and have not had issues until recently. Need antibiotics but because the Dr whom prescribed is not enrolled in medicaid they will not fill it and refuse to allow me to pay cash. From here on out I will not be using your pharmacy or even stopping in this location. I have never heard of a business refusing a cash payment.

I arrived Sunday, January 15th, around noon to find the clearance sales, as announced in my Facebook group. I asked the cashier in front on that day with the dark Brown hair, where the clearance items were at. She said that she had no knowledge of a 90% sale and that I would have to go through the store and find my sale items . Once I found the clearance items, which were Christmas items approximately 50 feet away from the front register. I selected 3 items and went to the front counter. It was at that time that I informed her that these were the things that were 90% off. She told me that the price for the popcorn that comes in the tin can was originally between $50 and $70. In other words she tried To discourage me from purchasing the popcorn and when the African American cashier returned to the counter, she suddenly got a moment of clarity about the sale items and where they were located in the store and what 90% means. Now that I think about it, the customers in front of me had a lot of items . Please watch the video surveillance when you see me walk in the store with a brown coat and beige boots on that day.

Pharmacy staff was barely cordial. Acted like they had better things to do than help me. I even signed up for the fly shot online to cut down on work. Also don't tell people your having a terrible day and can't wait to get off at 2pm right before you administer a shot. Unprofessional.

Lost our business. Waited 3 days to get a prescription filled. Went to use another pharmacy just for them to say CVS had already filled it. Said their systems weren't working properly for texting. No phone call no nothing. My kid had strep throat and needed the antibiotics. No more with this ghetto place.

Absolutely filthy, inside and out. I filed complaints by phone and email. Inside lobby has not been vacuumed in at least two weeks and there is dust and dirt on all the shelves and some of the merchandise. Even after receiving an email from the district manager, none of these issues have been addressed. Clearly CVS does not care about stores in lower income areas.

I have gotten my meds here for many years from Osco"s and then CVS when they replaced Osco"s And i feel like CVS has done nothing but gone down hill. Called my meds in at 6 am before work to be picked up at noon. Didn't get there till 4 and medicine wasn't even started. This happens all the time. No point in calling it in if they don't start it till you get there. I guess it's time to give up on this place and search for better. Employees are very nice and courteous but that means nothing if you can't get your medication.

Been customer since it used to be Osco's. Love the team and especially the Pharmacy manager, Andrea. Along with store manager, always willing to stop what they are doing to find something I am looking for. I choose to go no where else for my pharmaby needs. Thanks.

I come here often, nice employees..l am an old Osco customer..l think often of Scott, Traci and Connie..l know it's been a long time..but l haven't forgotten..p.s. l am glad the memorial plaque is still hanging up, just inside the doorway.. Most people probably don't have a clue what took place back on Aug.25 1990..but maybe a few remember

Absolutely the worst drugstore ever. They do not answer the phone when you call, they told me that they were too busy! How can you get prescription s delivered if no one answers the phone!

Terrible service. Pharmacy staff are extremely rude slow and extremely unprofessional. The pharmacy technician named grace is rude and constantly sighs and rolls her eyes.. everytime I go there they say 15 20 mins and it takes at least 45 mins to an hour to fill..

I wanted to get my prescription transferred but The pharmacist over the phone was rude. She didn’t even try to transfer it just had me call the pharmacy where the medicine was at. She sounded like she had an attitude. No help at all
