Good place Horrible workerHer name was Katie and she #1 doesn’t know how to manage a staff even tho she called herself a “Manager”She yells at employees in front of customers and she also cusses way to much and she also would be rude to customers as well.She smokes on the property and I’m a regular there (not anymore) but every time I go and she’s there she is always messy and doesn’t look like she came to work and instead looks like she just rolled out of bed.She has Horrible Customer Service and needs to be fired immediately the amount of rudeness she gives employees in front of me and others make this place loose my business.Never going here again as long as she works thereStore 10/10 Employee 0/10

I absolutely love Big Lots as a store, not only for the variety of items they sell, but the price point on their merchandise it really helps, especially if you're on a budget.But unfortunately the employees aren't the friendliest, but i like would like to assume they were just having an off day, so go check it and find a good money saving deal, and fingers crossed you get good service also.

When you walk in to see an employee, begin making your way towards them, and they make eye contact, instantly turning to walk through the door employees only can enter. I guess my question in price that had yesterday been of no knowledge to the cashier, hadn't been of imperishable, so let's make our way straight back our and to Dollar General.

If your looking for things at discounted prices for the most part this is a good idea to start at. Nice and helpful staff. If you can't find what you are looking for in this store you are obviously on a different level than most of us. Mostly because the staff can almost tell u what your looking for while standing not to far from you with their eyes locked on you waiting for you to mess up. Respect the protecting your stuff as long as I'm respected in my space.

I used to love shopping at this Big Lots, but since they changed the lay out it's been a nightmare and I avoid it.As an older person with mobility issues the store is difficult to navigate. Aisles are often blocked or too narrow for the shopping cart. The items most frequently purchased (groceries, cleaning supplies) are located all the way at the back of the store. I understand, as a marketing plan, they want people to have to walk past the high dollar items like sofas and mattresses. These are not items that people buy weekly. Groceries are.Items are often lacking price tags or labeling. There used to be a wonderful selection of unique foods from around the world. Now it's the same stuff you find at any local grocery and the prices aren't much of a savings.Finding the check out is another issue. It is poorly marked and hard to find the tiny opening that runs you through a maze of more merchandise before you finally find the check out counters.I doubt I'll be back very soon to this Big Lots. It was great while it lasted, but this latest change has me shopping elsewhere.

This Big Lots store is consistently clean, well lit, and the staff is very friendly and happy to help find anything you're looking for.The new, expanded layout is a great use of space and is now as updated as the McKinley/Grape Road location. I updated this review to 5 stars because of the incredibly nice staff and the improvements in keeping the store clean and well stocked.In addition, we learned that this location welcomed people to bring their leashed, well-behaved pets in with them! This is great news, as our rescue dog goes everywhere with us! Now my husband and I have another store we can visit together with our dog, instead of one of us waiting in the car with the dog :)

If I could give 0 stars I would, the manger had the WORSE attitude, she closed all the registers at 8:00 and left only one opened, (it closes at 9:00)didn’t wanna take my coupons and walked away, if your gonna work in that type of stores you have to be patient, and work with the client, I know you wanna to home and rest, but it was your own choice to work there.

First time in this store. Was greeted nicely and all employees were wearing face masks. The store look disheveled and was in need of a good cleaning and some major repairs in the front. Staff was nice and helpful.

Would put zero if I could. Worst customer service I've ever had in a store. I called to ask about bed frames she wouldn't look anything up so I came in and asked where they were she recognized my voice from the call and asked if I had and told me she couldn't tell me but she was very rude about it. Haven't been here for a while but never had a bad experience here. 10/7/19 went here found everything I was looking for.8/2/21 Today I went to Big Lots and they are done with the remodeling and it looks great. Selection is good as well

Never thought I'd see the day where I had the comments at Big Lots was overpriced. Half the stuff they have I could get cheaper at Walmart. Only maybe it would be better quality. And it's Walmart that's saying a lot. Simply the most shocking Discovery post covid lockdown. Hopefully it's one of the stores that goes under. Not only that but it was dirty and disheveled and there was very little product to choose from. Not the Big Lots I remembered.

The store is not the same after remodel. Shelves are empty. It used to be the place to go for holiday decor..not anymore..they have nothing.

My kids and I checked it out one day cause we had just missed the bus it was my 1st timing going to this location and I was amazed with all the stuff this store offered I enjoy cooking and in past 2 yrs I've been experimenting with new and different spices I go to see if they had any and boom there's like a half a isle filled with all these spices look around the food section and there's all these kinda cooking oils electronics were a decent price I got us some ove gloves for about $10 they have cute pet outfits they even have dog socks which is good cause I got 2 dogs on top of all this the staff are awesome been in there twice since and still the staff was awesome I have already recommended it to others and will keep recommending it to others

Nice variety, prices are too high, just even the deodorant is at least $1.50 more and I can get it at the grocery store, like I said nice variety but prices are ridiculous for shampoos and deodorant and silly little paintings that are 15 bucks with just a writing on them of something silly like welcome 15 or 20 bucks
