This store goes through so many employees and it’s clear why.I see the so called regional manager that came to “clean the store up” standing outside with other DG employees from other locations out front smoking when I’ve arrived to shop then meet someone for a FB Marketplace purchase. They are still outside cursing, gossiping, arms swinging and leaving 1 employee inside to hold the store down over 30 mins later. So unprofessional. No wonder they can’t keep good help. This isn’t how a team works and leaving your employees feeling like far less than a team member is a huge problem.

Nevermind that the restrooms and water fountain are right next to check out and not even behind and employee only door - no public restrooms. No accommodations for basic human needs = no desire spend money at your store.

This is a nice big store with a wide variety of food and other merchandise. They do a pretty good job keeping things stocked and organized too. Unlike many Dollar Stores, this place doesn’t leave large rolltainers’ loaded with unstocked merchandise blocking main isles where customers shop; and they don’t leave fallen items on the floor for people to step on or walk over. Needless to say, this place has a staff that’s been working hard this holiday season. Hopefully Dollar General will be kind and give them a Christmas bonus because they deserve it.

Advertised prices are always different once you get to the checkout. I purchased 3 Dr. Pepper 2 liters advertised in the store this week as 3 for $3.00, however I was charged $7.50 at checkout! False advertising? This has happened multiple times at this store and you can never get a straight answer from the clerk.

For this place being a new building, it is so dirty and dark looking. All the Dollar Generals I have shopped at are all so cluttered and VERY unorganized, for instance they have candles in one isle and around the corner are a whole bunch more, baking needs in one section and more down another isle there's more but to many to list.

I like this dollar store close to home out in no where Ville and has a bit of everything and will try to get u things I was stopping in twice a week I love the cheap stuff but u get what u pay for just keep eyes open I get frogs , food. adult. Coloring books expensive like at Barnes &nobles $20 and higher for one book get for 3.00 to 12.oo my favorite close to home burg to shop..enjoy. Smile

The lady who was working tonight was rude inconsiderate and was rushing us out the door at like 4 minutes until 10 they had the doors locked at 9:58 right behind us if they don't like their jobs maybe they should find other jobs where they get off at 4 in the afternoon instead of 10 o'clock at night I'll be back in this store only because it's 5 minutes from my house and that's only if I forget something in town if that's how they want to run their store and despite what other people say about good prices here I just gave more for a half gallon of milk here than what a gallon cost in Bloomington their prices here are higher than they are in Bloomington

You arrive at 10 minutes till the store closes they announce it when you come in. 5 minutes later the worker tracks you down in the store to tell you they close in 3 minutes...you check out at 2 minutes till and they have to let you out of the store....
