The BEST ice cream in Indiana. Better than Social and better than The Chief. The amount of flavors is crazy. And the ice cream is super premium. And they have some of the best prices and serving sizes. This is my go to spot from now on. Sincerely, an ice cream enthusiast.

Its a carry out ice cream shop. Igloo Ice has a nice hometown vibe. They have a bunch of different favors of ice cream at reasonable prices. They sell sundaes as well. We really enjoyed the ice cream favors we ate. You can also order pints/tubs of the favor you want. The outdoor seating area is nice, spacious, and looks like it’s cleaned regularly. It’s nice to see a place visited by locals of all ages; teenagers, young families, and older folk. This shows you it has to be good in order to attract such a mixed aged audience. Definitely worth the visit. Add to your stop if your in the area.

I can’t say enough how much I love the vibe and options at this place! The menu is clearly communicated with pictures at the front window. Cute lights and decor. I appreciate the brochure menu and the fact that you can get a gift card at any price point. So many delicious ice cream flavors. I want to try them all! The staff was clearly working hard and kind. Our family go-to ice cream place in Kosciusko County.

Worth the hike but nice drive to get there. Tasty ice cream treats and pleasant employees always make this a nice treat. Over 25+ flavors to choose from as well as staple sundaes and soft serve. Hurry before they close for season on Sept 25

Love this place, fantastic ice cream every time, always great staff. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is the speed. Their treats are definitely worth the wait...if you have the time. There is almost always a line.

I have heard really good things about the Igloo. So, when passing this ice cream shop through silver lake, with a 6-hour drive ahead of me, I thought it would be a great place to stop and get a treat! I step up in line a couple minutes before closing, which was 10:00 p.m., and there are two people in front of me who order and get in line to receive their treat. I was right behind them, looking at the menu, and when I stepped up to the window to order, the staff told me it was closed and would not be serving me tonight. I was flabbergasted at the rudeness I received. I was one or two minutes past closing with multiple people in front of me that got served. And with that there were 15 plus people waiting on there treats as well! I will never be coming back here again because of the staff I encountered here tonight. I make this drive quite often and quite often I want a treat on the way, but I will not be stopping here. I will be going to McDonald's before ever stopping here again.

We went there on 4/30/2022 and had a horrible experience. First, the young lady taking our order could be less enthused and seemed bothered that we were even there. When we picked up our order the gave me the soft serve ice cream cone first which we were taking home, so by the time we got the rest of our order ( which took a very long time ) the ice cream cone was melting all over the place . It didn’t seem like the people working in there had a clue on who was making what and couldn’t Prioritize what item on a ticket should be made first. I felt like I wasted over $20. I would hate to go there when it’s actually summer time and busy.

Always so good! The ice cream is fantastic, and the service was wonderful. There is one female to watch out for, that can't take orders properly, when you ask for a double coop, and have to explain several times how to make it, lol, but every other employee is fast, and happy and quick to fill your order. I recommend the lemon blueberry crunch, without the crunch. So good!!! But then, everything is. If you haven't tried it, you don't know what you are missing!!

All seating is outside. No tables out and limited product. Only open 1st and 2nd weekends in December. KILLER icecream. Worth the wait and drive if you're not local.

Went here for a family ice cream outgoing! We have been hearing about how great it was! It really was excellent! I had there hot fudge sundae. It was heaping... hot fudge, almonds, whip topping, and soft serve vanilla ice cream. Delicious! Hubby got two scoops of chocolate hand dipped ice cream and the kiddos got an brownie avalanche and the other twist soft serve. Yummy.. we are from Columbia City and it is worth the drive! Watch for the neon ice cream by the road! 🍦 🍨🍧

Always packed because everyone loves their ice cream as much as I do. My top favorites are the brownie sundae or the black cherry. So delicious! The workers are always friendly and try to get you in and out as soon as possible even when they have a big crowd.
