This Walmart is probably the worst in Northern Kentucky. The only other ones that have been worse were closed. Which is crazy because it's location and lack of competition should make it dominant. But they just never seem to pull it together. Store managers come and go and they never improve or make smarter decisions. Which really makes it look like the regional is very inattentive. The grocery inventory is very small and they consistently have half of their inventory missing. On any given day your first, second, and third choices are going to be missing. The town would be vastly better served if they would increase the size of the store and fix their perpetual inventory issues. They know they have the problem. They've had it for years and years. They just never fix it.The town deserves a company that cares.

Some of the employees are awesome. The older employees on day shift in auto are great and the only reason I ever return. The auto night shift employees are rude and worthless at their job! I’d rather chew nails than to ever deal with them again!

This was the best Walmart that I've ever been to. I live in a rural area though so keep that in mind. They had everything that I was looking for and can't ever find at the ones around my area. It was just so nice, neat, and stocked.

Can always find what I need here and they keep it clean and well-stocked. I'm not a huge fan of self-checkout, but that's the way everything's going, so what are you going to do? The staff is always really helpful, and they will help you find whatever you need. Parking lot is clean and the hours are good.

DO NOT buy TV at this Walmart. I just bought a THC TV and when I came home I tried to turn on the TV and when I did the TV screen was broken. I went back and put the TV in the box and returned to Walmart approximately 35 minutes after purchasing the TV since my house is quite close to Walmart. When I went to customer service they took my receipt and the TV and began to verify the serial number of the TV and apparently the serial number of the TV did not match the serial number on the box or the receipt. They did not want to give me another new TV nor did they want to refund me $211 that I paid for a broken TV, nor did they give me solutions, they just looked at me and told me that they could not do anything. I don't care about the money but it's incredible that these things happen and maybe another person changed that TV before and they didn't verify and I was the stupid one who chose that box. For me that was a horrible experience.

This might be a weird thing to be passionate about but this Walmart was honestly on top of things. All the small details that you expect a large retailer like Walmart to satisfy (but doesn't always hit the mark) this location does!Everything was in stock. Maybe I just went at the right time (which was around 6pm on a Monday) but literally everything was in stock and neatly organized on shelves, instead of being carelessly thrown near it's place (which makes it difficult to tell the price of some items).They have a wide and different selection, across the board, of food, kids clothes and sizing, technology, and even furniture than most Walmarts I've been to (from Greensburg, In through Indianapolis, Cincinatti, OH to the west coast, I've been to a lot of Walmarts.) I was just so impressed with their selection; instead of having to stop at multiple stores to find home storage solutions or childrens clothing, I only needed to stop at this one store. I was excited to find various options for healthier foods that are uncommon elsewhere.Another thing I really can't get over is the SIZE OF THE ISLES! Again, maybe it's so weird for me to get excited about but, oh my, it was amazing to be able to walk down the isle without the rush of the guy behind me or someone trying to squeeze past. There was just room for all of us!Something else that very much stood out about this location was just how friendly everyone was! Returns are normally a pretty anxiety inducing situation for me because, honestly, most customer service reps don't want to be there and it shows... but this experience was very easy and even pleasant. They all seemed to like their jobs and want to be there. They were helpful and we even had a laugh about the product I was returning and how it failed. This kind of set the scene for the rest of my shopping experience that night and it made a difference for me to be treated kindly.I would definitely go out of my way to shop at this Walmart; they met my expectations for a retailer and that can be difficult to do.

Love this Walmart! So easy to shop get what you need no lines usually to pay. They have cashiers every time I go. The jewelry counter has amazing sales often too.

It needs some attention, the employees are great, awesome attitudes. But the Walmart store itself could use a little something, Just worn down. And the parking lot is a truck stop, but that's a whole nother story

Their jewelry is completely wiped out. But more importantly I came in for razor blades. The razor I use was unlocked but the blades were lock. I waited 15 minutes. I watched one associate walk by and she booked it so fast by me I couldn’t catch her as she deactivated the stupid button. I eventually just ripped the damn box off the peg.

If you have a choice in Walmart locations choose a different location. At 5:15 1/8/2024 All the half gallons of GV chocolate milk and most half gallons of GV milk were not on the shelf. I also saw the pallets of milk in the cooler behind the shelf, and an employee. I asked him if he would pass me a half gallon of GV chocolate milk. The employee looked at me and then went back to doing something else. The only reason you have a job that you perform poorly at is because people like me buy products from the store. In the bigger scheme of things that is your contribution to society. People like the products that Walmart sells and you ensure that the items are available for people to purchase. He's such a POS as a person he'd prefer to not help a customer rather than help a customer whose purchases have provided him with a job, a productive purpose, and an income. The fact that all the chocolate, skim, and 1 percent half gallons were not on shelves but sitting in pallets behind the shelves in the cooler speaks to the poor quality of management and workers at this location. I was only purchasing 2 items so my exposure was limited, but I'm addition to this employee in the cooler, the greeter was seated on a stool not greeting customers as they entered and exited. The point is, if you're passing through as I was, and there is another Walmart on the way, you'll be best suited to skip this one an go to another location.

Waited over 15 minutes in the fabric department and pushed the button for service several times. When we asked an employee for help, we were told to push the button, and she walked away. I called the store which got an overhead announcement, but still no help. After 5-6 more employees walked past us without even asking if we had been helped, we cut the material ourselves and went to the front with the fabric bolt to check out. I guess checkout isn't the only self service anymore. Your customer service model could use some work Walmart.

Wanted a pool and Connersville only had 1 in stock of the one I wanted, the day after I picked it, it was gone. So I scanned the tag on the shelf to order online, and the closest stores that had them in stock were Shelbyville and Hamilton, OH. So I ordered store pick up at Shelbyville.

Why am I waisting money paying for delivery or pickup when my gas cost so much returning stuff? Dented cans that could be filled with botulism, rotten fruits/vegtables that belong in the trash, they use the most expensive substitutions even when an item is in stock just to rip you off. Every Walmart that I've used for delivery does the same.

This Walmart is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Never have any issues with this Walmart. I do wish they had a better selection on something's but otherwise it's a good place to shop

I’ve been shopping here for the last 10 years and everytime I would check out I would say goodbye to the best employee there Gail Lewis. Gail was always there when I needed help with self checkout, printing receipts, and of course one time my bag was stolen and Gail went after the robber and tackled him for my bag back. Gail Lewis you always will be remembered at this Walmart

Great location. I don't live in Shelbyville, but I find myself frequently visiting this particular establishment whenever I'm traveling up north towards Indianapolis. A great place to stop by, grab the essentials, and relax for a bit in the parking lot before hitting the road again.

Pay attention to prices when ringing up your things in the store and on the app and things on sale. 9/10 you will get charged the more expensive price until you ask for a manager. Also pay attention to the prices of 12 packs of Pepsi/Coke products. A 24 pk is cheaper by almost 4$. If you buy 2 12packs Walmart is ripping you off for almost 4$. And can Walmart fix the huge pot holes all over the parking lot? We know you guys have enough money.

Great store, but the management allows parking in no parking zones, semis to park and clog up the parking lot. The store itself is one of the best. But lacks true overall management of the complete facility

This is the nicest Walmart I've ever been in! It was clean, very well lit. It was very spacious and didn't seem cramped at all. Everything was organized. We found everything we needed. The employees were nice too.

Never got a live person when calling, so I gave up and ordered from Amazon
