Went in today to look at a hunting item as I have hundreds of times before and the lady behind the counter which I’ve never seen before demanded my drivers license to which I replied wow that’s weird I’ve never been asked that before just to see an item and she very rudely replied yeah well I’m the department lead, if this is how they are training employees to treat customers now I will take my business somewhere else from now on. In addition the item I was looking at was being sold as new but had substantial damage on it that would require it to be reconditioned, In my opinion without a substantial discount that is hardly fair to the consumer. This particular department was dead and I have never seen that before, it seems that destroyed inventory and negative employees have pushed everyone away!

This was a nice store. The customer view from the minuet I turned in was spectacular.Trailers were nicely aligned. The parking lot was nicely done as the cold weather promotes auto browsing to stay warm, I was able to do so.Rural king is a farm country store. The old grain mills I browsed as a kid are disappearing fast. As most of them were priced for convenience we never bought much.Rural king has a great mixture of products very clean and nicely arranged. The employees were eager to help at this location, they were also knowledgeable on the products which made my experience simple.

Good prices on things, a wide selection. Only bad this is there ammo and gun section seems to be lacking. They run sales on ammo but are always out of stock a day into the sale. And theire online catalog seems to have hundreds of items but only about 10% are ever in stock

I have purchased several Stihl products from them with warranties and this particular location insists on charging me for work done on my Stihl equipment when the Greensburg location maintains for free as they should. Very unacceptable from management and their mechanic! I will not return!

Our first time here. Found a broad selection of jeans for my husband (though no Levis brand, unless I missed them), and he was able to try on multiple brands and buy what fit the best. Will return! 🙂

The store is very clean and well organized. The staff are ready and willing to help. My dog loves shopping here and meeting all of the people. All of the employees are so friendly here, it's the main reason why I keep coming back.

Took and exchanged a battery for a golf cart and was a nice smooth process. While in the store I found an awesome deal on Realtree Outfitters t-shirts for $5.99. I bought 2, lol.

Used to shop here frequently, but every time I need something they are out and “expecting a truck tomorrow “. Shelves are always empty and getting emptier, seems like they only stock seasonal and ignore everything else.

We were on a mission for a car battery and OMJ much more complex than I had thot. So now gotta call the BIG WIGS.....HELP ME I NEED A BATTERY AND CANT FIGURE IT OUT....WEll the man came from his gun dept to help us in car dept and he did a FANTABULOUS JOB...BUT they didn't have what I needed. So the man felt bad and double checked for me and yada yada no battery. But thanks for being so nice and patient with us Gun Dept Man. Great job

I absolutely love to go to rural king. They have everything. They have amazing workers. Free popcorn and coffee. They have a beautiful lawn and garden selection and firearms not to mention woodworking items and cleaning products. They have work boots and clothing and even petcare and baby chickens and ducks too. I love this store

one of my favorite stores. Usually have everything u need but supply of catfood is down to nearly nothing. They said its due to manufacturing., but TSC isnt having this problem. Other than that great store and my favorite thing is their choice of music they play over their store PA.

Called to find out about ordering chicks. Patty said she was in an interview and would get info and call me in a little bit. Three hours later I called again, she was at lunch so I left a message for her to please call me back and I was told she would be back in an hour. I waited another 2.5 hours and called again just to be told that she was sorry she had not called me back "in a timely manner". She then proceeded to keep me on the phone while she checked for the information I needed on her computer. She then basically told me that they couldn't get the chicks I wanted until May. Three days later, I spent my money elsewhere and have the chicks I wanted plus other breeds. I know it was only $100 sale but.....

Wish they sold roaper. Boots with the thin soles short boot in hieght for rideing horses they have plenty of boots thow none I whould ride in the sole a are too thick you could get hung up in the irons if something happened just saying wish I could find a pair of roapers 💪🏻🇺🇸

Good place too buy work clothes if you can afford their prices. Staff is very friendly but a select few has no clue what they are talking about when it comes too tools and hardware.
