Our almost 2 year old Malteese pup Levi stayed at Pine Ridge 19 days. To be honest we were a bit nervous as we rescued him last Fall and never left him. First couple days out we emailed to ask how is Levi doing? Staff responded very timely as to time difference and per their hours of operation. Said he was doing fine and a happy little boy. A few days later we emailed again. Response was good again. Last email a couple days later they affirmed he was eating fine. We didn't email after that as we felt comfortable with him being there. When I picked him up he was happy, rested and not anxious at all. Thank you staff for a great retreat for Levi.

Never boarded my dog here, but we have been customers of the groomer Jill for more than 8 years now and I absolutely love her! She is so great with our dog and cares so much about him and his health. She always has such great suggestions or ideas for things like tooth care and flea and tick protection. We have never had any problems with her or her grooming, she is amazing!!

The staff is kind and understanding. They took such great care of my Boxer while we were away from him for the 1st time since we adopted him a year ago. They enjoyed having him and had great things to say when I checked up on him. Very much recommend them to anyone looking for great people to care for your fur-baby while you have to be away!

Amazing owner and staff. My GSD Puppy is very anxious and scared but she went back to their doors after every visit as though she was home. This was my first time ever using a boarding service and I will recommend and use them from here out. Can't thank them enough for caring for my family member while we moved to a new home. Amazing!

Our pups haven't been there for 2 yrs and they remembered they took meds, that was awesome. So caring.Have to add, one week after our 4 pups stayed, one had kennel cough. Vet says this is not uncommon, but we still hate our pup being sick.

I did not board any of my pets myself but know someone who has. Zeus was a young healthy dog who was left outside unsupervised and had a heat stroke! The boarding facility took the dog to a clinic and wouldn't take any financial responsibility or sympathy towards the owner! They now deleted their Facebook and won't speak on the situation. Im glad some people have had good experiences with them but I wouldn't take the chance. The dog died due to neglect of the boarding facility, which they will not take any responsibility or own up to! #JusticeForZeusEdit; Their Google review stats keep improving but lately its all negative reviews regarding the baby Zeus, they are really trying to cover this up and improve their reviews.

My friends dog went there while on vacation the next day they called and said he had a heat stroke and was going to the emergency vet. Dog did not make it out of the stroke and the resort never attempted to call or contact them in anyway after the passing and doesn't take any responsibility for his passing, when their ONE job is to care for the pets in their resort. Needs to be shut down and the owner needs to be facing some type of disciplinary action.

I have been taking my dog there for 7 years now and she actually likes going there . They are very friendly and really great people they have many times stayed after a little late since I was running behind so I could pick my dog up. Also they are very reasonable on there rates.

The entire staff was great, Darma was kind, knowledgeable, & reasurring that my fur baby will be taken care of. My GSD Mazikeen stayed at the resort from 6/30/20-to 07/06/20.

Jill is an awesome groomer. My Kitty Sam loves Jill & the lavender calming sent & most of all his lion cut. He also 💕 his 1st dry bathe. He sure is strutting his stuff.🐯🐱🐈🐱🐈🐈🦁😍😍

Just this month they had a dog die of heat stroke and refuse to claim any responsibility, even though their sole purpose is to monitor and care for other people's family members, these dogs. Absolute garbage people and I hope they are sued out of business.
