This location is absolutely pitiful. The shelves are bare and aisles are a mess with boxes. Customers are literally shopping out of boxes that are on the floor because nobody is putting this stuff on the shelf. I have never seen this store so bad. If they are opening until 11am why arent employees in there stocking shelves before the doors open? Also they close at 7. Have someone come in afterwards and stock. Its not rocket science! I'd rather shop in the hood at least their shelves are stocked up and the store is clean.

I have been to A LOT of Dollar Trees and the one located in Shelbyville, Indiana is by far the best about checking out their customers and this store is always clean and well organized. No cluttered aisles or items just sitting around waiting to be shelved/ stocked. I recommend even other store managers of the same brand and of other brands to come through and check out what a great shopping experience looks and feels like by visiting the Dollar Tree in Shelbyville.

I went in there today (March 6, 2021) and it looked like a Going out of Business sale. Empty peghooks all of the store, merchandise on the floors, etc... I posted pictures of it with my review. I seriously doubt I stop here again.

Depends when you go, they are fairly stocked holidays are always hard because everyone is always quickly grabbing and the shelves go empty quick aside that it's a decent store to look around and have an open mind of randomly buying

Found everything I went for with ease. The shelves did seem a tad bit bare, yet were being stocked. I went around 10AM and there was no wait to get checked out! The cashier was friendly and counted my change back to me correctly without the register giving her the change amount due to the customer. Impressive!

Got lucky and found these ceramic mini loaf pans. I had been looking online a few weeks ago and the cheapest I could find them was for $22 for 4 plain white. Very very happy with my find.

Was a pretty good visit. Wasn't as surprised to see no Easter items in there since I decided to do late shopping, as I am of how clean and well managed the store was during all the shoppers coming and going. Keep up the good work!

What's not to like about a store where everything inside of it is only $1, lol. They have a large variety of household items, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, snacks and candy, soda pop, and a variety of other convenient store type items. They also stock various gifts and a large selection of birthday and other cards to send to friends and family. The store is normally busy. The parking lot is huge with plenty of spaces. The staff is normally friendly and helpful, and they try to keep the shelves stocked as quickly as they can.

Went there today. The store was a mess. The workers looked sloppy. They were not wearing their masks properly. When I checked out the cashier did not even acknowledge me or say thank you or say goodbye. The store was dirty, shelves were empty. Just really frustrating.

Today will be my last attempt to shop there. I really like the store & have good stock, but checking out is really a joke. I feel sorry for the clerk, because she is only one doing checkouts. I really don't understand that. Today is not an isolated occurance. It was my 4th attempt in last few months to shop there, because I wanted to give them another chance to service our town. I really want them to succeed! I counted 15 people waiting in line to check out. Why is there only one cashier. God bless that poor lady today trying to do her job...😥

The store was clean and Employees were nice and helpful But they weren't stocked. The Merchandise was there but still in boxes I'm assuming because they had a lack of employees But overall one of the best dollar trees I've been to

I love the Dollar Tree. I can buy household cleaning items and kitchen utensils. I have found their plastic food wrap is just as good as the national brand, and it's only one dollar. My only complaint about this location is the store is too small. It needs to be about twice the size.

SAW THIS ON FACEBOOK JUST NOW:I'll NEVER be shopping at the Dollar Tree in Shelbyville again. I was in there today and there was a woman with disabilities at the register, an old lady behind her, then me. the Two workers helping her were very rude to her, and they let customer in front of me make a snide remark as well. That is NEVER okay.SHAME ON YOU DOLLAR TREE!!!!

I would like to give a negative star. Some employees there are rude. When they gave me my change back some money fell behind the counter and the cashier would not do anything about it. So I guess that cashier received a $5 tip today
