I don't think I've ever had a hard time trying to fill meds that I NEED TO *FUNCTION*. I have spent over 2 hours calling and trying to figure out this complicated, touchy, hard to use call system. It requires voice prompts and I have a mild speech impediment. So pronouncing a long a** medication name is living hell. I have been out of some of my most important meds for days now and it's definitely starting to show. I will be IMMEDIATELY switching pharmacies and I recommend you do too...

The pharmacy staff (pharmacists) are horrible. They are paranoid about filling ANY controlled medications, even the ones that aren't popularly abused. I get all of my meds from 1 doc... always have. They still act like you're asking for one of their vital organs. I use walgreens and drive to Franklin CVS as I refuse to use this place.
