Lovely first experience. They gave us the wrong drinks, but corrected it and we ended up with 2x the amount of coffee. No complaints here!They had Crazy Frog playing, which really set the mood, and the employees seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Loved it!

Normally this place is good. However, this morning's experience was awful and I'll probably just start going back to Starbucks or making my own coffee at home. They had 2 girls working this morning and one was dressed more like she was expecting weather in the 50s instead of the teens so she was obviously freezing to death and had to keep ducking back into the building instead of taking orders. The other girl seemed like she was the manager but she was taking orders and making drinks so she was out of the building even less. The one that was acting like the manager was clearly disassociating and was hardly paying attention when I gave my order so I had to repeat myself 3 times even though I was speaking perfectly clear, slowly and articulating my words. Didn't look when handing me back my card and nearly dropped it. Just weird interaction tbh. She kept looking off in the distance like she was expecting to see someone else finally showing up for work instead of looking at me when she was talking to me. Anyhow, if you don't have the staff to run your business, don't open. I got stuck in a line I couldn't get out of and waited 45 minutes for coffee that was clearly slapped together in a rush this morning and that's unacceptable. I won't take this risk again when Starbucks is right down the road and the only thing they've ever been guilty of is smaller portions and slightly higher prices. Ownership should protect the reputation of the business rather than put the 2 workers that actually showed for their shifts through hell and make people have to wait forever to get something that's supposed to be quick and easy.

Come here for coffees that you can't find anywhere else in Shelbyville, Indiana. Their selection is without equal and their prices are a little better than their well-known competition. As far as the atmosphere goes, what atmosphere? You are in line, in your car, waiting for coffee! The music is OK, but you are in line for coffee, and "No One" can get it to you fast enough. Lol.Vegetarian options: It's coffee!

Staff is very friendly and lattes are good. So happy they stay open later! Some times you just need some hot coffee! And they have a great selection of sugar-free syrups! bonus points for that!!

The staff were incredibly friendly! Got the Honeybee on ice and a peach smoothie, sizes for the price were great. Both drinks were amazing and fresh. Hope it stays busy. We'll gladly go again!

Staff needs to pay close attention to brewing. I often get dead shots in my drinks (stale coffee). The lines have been taking a lot longer, and today after waiting for 15m both of our drinks were wrong. The staff needs to do better.

This place has some very great coffee. I went here for the first time today and the dude who helped out with the menu was super charismatic and friendly. I highly recommend if you like good coffee and great service.

The first few times we came through when this location opened, the drinks were great. Recently, it's hit or miss. The espresso tends to be pretty bitter. We come here often, so it's disappointing that quality has been so inconsistent.

I was hoping with 2 drive thrus it would speed things up. The issue is one line was moving and the other one wasn't. No one ever came to take my order after waiting in line 10 minutes. Also I noticed someone coming out to all the cars lined up in the other drive thru, and had their orders taken
