Awful. Lots of damaged merchandise sent to my home. Company does little to help.Update: Their delivery company damaged my home. Was told a claim was filed and Sedgwick would contact me. Received a sketchy static sounding voicemail and called back. Sent to an automatic machine that said to call the number on my paperwork. What paperwork? I was never sent any. Obviously Home Depot has no plans on taking accountability for my damaged driveway. I have them on camera damaging my driveway, yet Home Depot does nothing but tell me they filed a claim. Where is the claim number? I wasn’t given one. What a scam and con to not pay for damaged property.

Pat is a horrible, condescending manager. I bet his employees hate him. We keep getting damaged materials and replacements that are also damaged. Don't give them any money. I'll never buy a single item from them again. Bambee is your only saving grace! Do Better Home Depot!!

They have the stuff you need but it isn't managed well and most young staff honestly don't care to help. It can be hard to get anyone to help load or get a forklift to get something down or anything related.

HeyWish only they could bury Lowes here they offer more for Veterns and they are a lot more friendly than Lowes..I would go to Home Depot before going to Lowes any day

Cause it's close, I know where everything is so I never have to spend too much time searching. Usually, I just have to worry how many plants the wife is going to want to buy for me to plant in the yard. Not complaining, I enjoy gardening just as much as she does. I just like to make light of it. Cause I think it's funny. Staff is always helpful and friendly store is always clean.

I wish I could remember his name but there is an older gentleman who works the paint counter quite frequently. Over the last 6 months, I've gotten paint from here multiple times. Like 6 times since we staged our house to sell and tried to match colors and got a new house. This trip was straightforward just getting 4 gallons of colors, not trying to color match or anything. Of those 6 times, this gentleman has helped me 3 times and he is probably the most informed, helpful and fastest employee they have had work that counter! Even when he's got multiple orders lined up and I'm getting 4 gallons myself, he is so friendly and fast! They were ready by the time we did a little shopping and came back for them. I hope he gets a raise or is at least greatly appreciated there! I almost stopped going there for paint with a couple of the people who just aren't cut out for working the counter. This man is honestly their saving grace! He's tall, has a nice voice and white hair. I truly hope someone who sees this knows who he is and he gets some recognition!

Wrong advertisement the dishwasher that we choose wasn’t the right one when we got home. No paper instructions the dishwasher was junk. We took it back, it was just inconvenient. the staff was nice and helpful and we exchange it.

Always have what we need here. Very friendly employees, very helpful. We needed plywood for a raised flower garden my husband was building, and they even cut it the size we needed! That was very much appreciated.

My husband could spend his entire day in this store. I love it because everything is organized in a neat fashion and easy to find. I also love that there is always staff near that seems eager to help if I have a question. Lighting is my favorite department with designs on display with lighting to show the actual appearance and with a range of prices. Great store.

I really don't like going to big stores like this. I was impressed at this Home Depot. The staff were very helpful, they knew where things were located, & when I asked a question they didn't go hide. They went out of their way to make sure that you found everything you were shopping for. I highly recommend going to HOME DEPOT!

Purchased carpet from this place over over 7 months ago, and we're still fighting with a resolution for the poor installation. The crew that Home Depot has contracted is absolutely awful.They've been back three times already, and want to come back a fourth time for rippling and to fix the transitions between the bedrooms and hardwood hallway floors that is STILL showing up.Home Depot doesn't care to stand by their contractors and fix the issues. We don't trust the installers to come back AGAIN. This is not how carpet installs are supposed to go.DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

Complete Incompetence all I can say..I've been waiting a month for a delivery they kept telling me was on backorder well it finally came in they pushed my order up to have it delivered since it had already been a month and I'd already had to make a payment on my card for something that I had not even received yet and the day of the delivery I'm contacted at 4:20 telling me it's been rescheduled...I would shop at Lowe's if I were you interested in appliances anywhere other than this idiotic place

Love getting my plants here. But definitely don't ask someone to go in the back and find something for you. It's a waste of time. It's back there, but their too busy to dig it out. Other than that overall still better than lowes

We came in to talk about buying a 54 inch zero turn john deere lawn mower. The girl at the desk was very rude about not having any in stock. We had told her there were two sitting in front of the store the size we wanted. She informed us that those were probably sold and that we probably had an old out of date system showing they still had some. Instead of seeing if one could be ordered for delivery she said there was nothing else she could do to assist us. We took out business elsewhere since she couldn't be bothered to assist us.

The guys at the point counter are super helpful, they got us the paint we needed, the right shade, and went over everything with us! This was majorly helpful as we wanted to make sure we got exactly what we needed for our front room renovation and they went above and beyond. The paint he directed us too was a bit pricey but it was the best we could get and didn't disappoint. If you got questions ask them they will get you in the right direction!!

Customer service is terrible in most departments. Lumber department is the worse. Bought a slider door- missing parts. Went back all doors missing parts and open packs. First gave me a left hand door when I needed a right. Uninstalled frame when figured it out and took back. Missing clips. Went back for missing same clips in second door and saw my returned box for someone else to buy and have missing parts. Told them about it- who knows. What a fiasco. Found clips that worked in hardware. Did not have to pay for.

They didn't have explicitly what I was looking for, large rubber blocks, but I was able to find a rubber wheel chock that I cut to make what I needed. I asked 1 worker if they carried rubber blocks and they said no, and referred me to the pro desk, which also said they don't carry rubber blocks and pros had no other ideas for me. Customer service wise as in the effort taken to help me, I'd say 2 maybe 3 stars, but because I was able to figure something out with what they had to choose from I'm leaving 5 stars.

Absolutely the worst experience purchasing an item. Would not recommend using them for a major appliance purchase.I purchased a Samsung fridge on Aug 29 2021. We were told it was back ordered and wouldn’t be delivered until Oct 5 2021. We were fine with this.On Oct 5 2021 the delivery team calls and says they will be their in 30 minutes. The heads up was appreciated. They arrived 3 hours later. They told us they were not experienced enough to pull into our driveway. Then drove off without saying another word. We had to contact Home Depot and the delivery company to get another delivery set up. We scheduled it for Oct 7 2021.Oct 7 2021, the delivery team shows up. The fridge is damaged. We had to call and schedule another delivery. We were again told it was back ordered and would have to wait until Nov 4 2021.Nov 4 2021, the delivery team shows up. DAMAGED AGAIN! Now I’m told they will deliver it on Dec 1 2021.When you schedule these deliveries you always have to call multiple times. They always state “we will call you back in 48 hours to set up a delivery”. Nobody ever calls back, you have to hound them just for them to do their job. Would recommend avoiding them at all cost for anything that isn’t available in store.

Close by. Store merchandised pleasantly. Prices seem to fall on "high side" on same items elsewhere. Need more and better electric wheelchairs. Many times have none available. Makes for wasted trip.

Update to this review - Home depot did call and issued me a refund for the 3 cases with broken product.Home depot is by far the worst customer service experience i have experienced in this country. I recently hired them for a flooring project and everything was a disaster. They charged me full before delivering the product, i had to call twice to figure out what happened to my order. Then they outsource to a third party to drop with whom you have to fight to get the product inside your house. He would insist on dropping it in the garage even if you have paid full price. Then comes the installation which is outsourced to another 3rd party in my case called Crew2, who on the day of installation charged me extra $312.50. No clear explanation of what that is, all you get is time and labor to level your flooring... by how much time? What area? No answers from crew2 or Home Depot. Then broken products. Three of the 26 cases were damaged, when i called for help, the manager left for the day at 4PM, no one called me back, Good Luck! go figure out on your own. When I called back the next day for refund, they want me to bring in the broken tiles, pictures are not enough for refund!! They will charge you $79 to send someone to pick the broken product but won’t refund your money. They have no shame in sub standard service or dropping off broken product but will promptly charge your card for everything. While i was trying to understand the $312 charge, they ordered the installers to stopped working. So what choice do you have once your house is upside down and work has stopped? I have never seen an unscrupulous organization ever in my life. I will take my business to Lowes! Much better customer service!!
