Great Customer Service! Prior to arriving at the store I spoke with someone on the phone about my online order. I met Kristyal at the store to pick up my online order. She was so kind and helpful that I showed her pictures of my project (yard) Thanks to Kristian, in addition to my online order, I purchased a Mini Cultivator, Fuel, and a Wizz Hand Held Spreader. Thank you! I will return to pick up more items ordered online and for the "Friendly" service.

My son and I always enjoy coming here to look around. We've been getting our pet food here every two weeks for going on 5 years and there's only been two or three times what we needed was out of stock. The staff is always incredibly friendly and very helpful, they always offer our dogs treats when they come with us. My curbside orders are always quick. I've never had a bad experience here.

It's always fun to look around and check out the baby ducks and chicks. But my last visit was so much fun. Leon was helping us. He went well and beyond the call of duty. He even went to the back to get a forklift and retrieved a large bag of nesting straw. He was happy to help. The manager is on the job for hiring great customer service personnel. The manager at this location was very argumentative with me on 4/8/23. I called to see if I could drop off 3 trailers they ordered . I was yelled at about how the driver already called him and he said no deliveries until Monday. I am the driver and I most certainly did not call him the day before because I didn't get loaded with the product until 6pm the day before in Wisconsin. All 3 other tractor supply stores before him were gracious and unloaded me prior to this location. I guess he'll just have to wait until Tuesday after I finish my other stops. I'll be letting the other drivers that work for me know not to take loads to this tractor supply location in the future.

Bought bolts for the Chicken Tractor we built. They sell them buy the pound,cheaper than anyone else. These were big bolts for the wheels.

I love this store. I have pets and the food choices are great along with pet treats.Tractor Supply has a lot to offer other than for your pets. They carry items for horses as well as Guinea pigs. Need outdoor apparel? Look no further! TS offers up durable work clothes for the farmer to the cowboy along with just a great selection of boots. Don't forget to take a look down the hardware isles!

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this store many times in the future based on their impressive first impression. Plus, they have the best per gallon price for propane refills I have found locally.

I've called this store on several occasions looking for items. I always am treated with care and professional demeanor. Always patience as well. I have to travel a distance to get there, so sometimes I call ahead to see if they have what I need.Also, in the store, folks are always asking if you need help finding anything. I've gotten many Christmas and birthday presents there for family and friends.I always enjoy their sales, too. Great products at reduced prices are always on my shopping list!!

Tractor Supply Co. has really cute chickens and ducks! This place has everything you would need for raising animals. It is so nice and they’re candy selection is very good I love circus peanuts!

There are 2 reasons I didn't give 4 stars. 1) bathroom was a wreck and no running water in urinal. 2) other than main isle ways, I had to leave my cart to get around, not very much room. Otherwise it was a great place. They definitely have a larger selection than the store I use in Virginia. The people were very friendly too.

I dealt with a very nice young man at this store named Trevon (not sure on the spelling). My wife called to inquire about buying a bolt cutter. This young man told my wife not to worry about buying a bolt cutter, that he could cut the lock for us at no charge. Who does that? I am now a customer for life!

I normally love this store. Great location in Sellersburg. Last night the husband and I went in this store and when we checked out, the young man that checked us out had a big wad of chew in his lip and while telling us our total he had to spit. Which he proceeded to do in front of us in a fast food cup! He could barely even speak to us because of it. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but that was disgusting!

Great place. Usually have some good sales going on, especially near Memorial Day. Customer service was good as well. The cashier that rung me up, Robert (I believe), a swell Brantley Gilbert fan and good with people. Plan on coming more often as summer rolls on!

Dog, cat, horse, rabbit and even worm food all in one place. Everything to get your busted piece of farm equipment back on line. A selection of clothes and shoes to make you look good doing it. And enough other stuff that makes this store work. The staff is courteous and willing to help with anything you need.if you know what a lynch pin, drawbar, and clevis are, this place is for you!

Friendly greeting and helpful staff. Today I lost my fitbit but didn't realize it until I got home. I called them explained what happened and what I purchased. John went out of his way to check the store and at the register. John found it at the register, such a blessing. My dog loves Tractor Supply, they have special food for her. Baby chicks we can view in bins. Plus, the staff is always nice to my pooch! Sometimes her favorite treats are missing from the shelf, they will special order if you ask.

Sold out of items I went there to get, lime and fertilizer. Not really helpful, I had to search for someone to ask questions. The prices are not marked very well to go with the products. Rural King has better service. I'll be going there next time.

Customer service is horrible. Store is way understaffed and it shows in the people that are trying to run it. Corporate America bean counters. The problem is they can't do it but on paper it looks good. When they lose customers and sales tank they are all dumb founded and can't understand what happened. Seen it all the time look at Kmart and Sears and Hh Greg etc.
