Looks to be very poorly managed. The entrance looks like a tornado had resently went thru and the floors was much worse with filth. Large trees growing out of the gutters is proof of lack of respect from management level. Carts full of merchandise blocking every isle with no employees around to unload and restock. Why have them out in customers way if they are not going to be unloaded and moved anytime soon? Or, maybe they are hoping the customers will restock the shelves for free.

I stopped in at this location tonight at 09:50PM. I knew exactly what I was going for and was at the register within 3 mins. As I approach the register, I hear the worker (who was obviously a boy) talking and you could tell he wanted the customers to hear. He says “I’ll go get my gun and that will teach them to walk in at 09:50.” Luckily I had my boyfriend, who is a police officer, with me. I’m just completely disappointed in this behavior and attitude. It really doesn’t cost much to be a kind human. I’m not posting this for bad reviews against the store, but I feel this is the only way to reach out to the manager. Threats like these are serious and not taken lightly. Had the right person heard this, they would have called him in. Respectfully, please reconsider your staff members. I understand this is a difficult time for everyone and especially employers, but this is uncalled for.

Sometimes this store is fine and sometimes it is in total disarray. Most likely they need help. Seems to be the norm at most locations. One thing I can’t ever understand about all DG is why they stock during business hours. Practically impossible with limited help. Could get a lot more accomplished if you weren’t constantly bothered by helping customers.

This has got to be the worst DG I have ever been too it's ALWAYS a train wreck in there stuff just thrown everywhere NOTHING organized can't even get down aisles from ladder/boxes on the floor the employees are rude. I just stopped by there on my way home and they had a sign on the door that states they can not accept cards ....CASH ONLY🤬🤬 THEY NEED TO GET A MANAGER IN HERE THAT ACTUALLY CARES OR THEY NEED TO JUST GO AHEAD AND LOCK THE DOORS FOR GOOD

I give this location 3 stars because it's never stocked with items i usually buy at the Dollar General. Aside from maybe one friendly sweet young man that runs the registrar, the rest of their employees are not friendly or accommodating. I barging shop. Any time I have had my phone out, scanning for coupons or deals, they watch me like I am doing something wrong. A manger walked up to me once and told me, you won't find any peonies in here. I asked about some items on clearance and he actually went and removed them from the floor and refused to sell them to me. The only reason I go into this location is because of hope. I 'hope' they will have what I am.looking for so I don't have to go to Walmart, which I usually end up doing anyway.

I am not a big fan of the Dollar General, but this location is fine. It is just like all the other ones. It was clean and the employees were nice. I stopped in to look at pool toys and they had a decent selection. This place had nothing to avoid.

Where do I start.... We are new to the area and there are 3 Dollar Generals in Sellersburg. Everything seemed fine, not the cleanest DG I have been in but not horrible. The checkout line was huge and after checking out and getting home I looked at the receipt. Just about everything was priced incorrectly from the store tag. Banque meals that say $3.95 they charged $4.75. They had Chunky candy bars on clearance for $0.25 each. I purchased 9 and they charged me $.0.25 for 18 of them.....REALLY!!! There were other items that were price incorrectly but you get the idea.....

First I'm not against wearing mask we are in a pandemic. I was in there I heard an employee tell a customer it was state law they must wear a mask I corrected her (I own a small business) I pulled up the email to show her its recommended not required.On their door it also says recommend .I told the lady I'm not against them but I dont like she was lying about it being law she then said its company policy so I opened their website again says recommend not required.These people passing information as facts when its wrong is what's upsetting I called another dollar general less then a mile away I was told its recommended but not required or enforceable so this employee is kicking out customers on her beliefs not company policy.

I rated this store a 1 because there was nothing lower to use . I was so excited when this store opened , only to be let down . The store is FILTHY !!! You can’t maneuver the isles because of ladders,boxes, and such . Bathrooms out of order or filthy, freezers out of order ... or sign says anyway . There needs to be some management in there that actually cares . I have seen good employs and I have seen bad , that is normal I understand that , however it seems this store has no guidance . STEP UP YOUR GAME DG!!!!

Every time I stop at that location it's cash only. The machines couldn't possibly be down that much. At least today there were six signs saying cash only all through the entrance so you don't waste your time. Corporate needs to look at this store.

The sign says they open at 8 am and close at 10 pm I was there at 9AM and they wasn't open and I set there until 9:30 am and still no one was there to open I was not happy

Love my local Dollartrees. Bought a lot of garden items, the tulips, hanging frog with bell, butterfly with bell, house with bell, I have one of their flags an stand. I buy all my craft items there. Many things I buy there. Love my Dollar stores!

I was buying something and it was 10.00 dollars and it rang up at 10.50 and they would not make it right.so I called the corporate office and that was a waste to.I feel I was stolen from this was the 2nd time.

The store was very neat and organized. Nothing in the middle of the aisles. Employees were friendly. The store had what I needed. The biggest issue I would have thought there would be, getting put of the parking lot.

Well for the store located in Sellersburg, stay away from this place between the hours of 4:00 and 6:30 evening Rush hour because it's crazy then!
