Both of the practitioners that we have seen at the Minute Clinic have been so helpful and kind. We really appreciate being able to get in quickly and the quality of care. Also, the pharmacy is AMAZING at filling scrips very quickly and we appreciate all their hard work!

I hate writing negative reviews, but as a years long customer of this CVS location, I am so terribly frustrated and disappointed in the service (really the lack of) that has been occurring for the last year or so. Every single time my Dr. calls in a prescription, it isn’t filled - it just sits in “processing” or “hold” status (per the app). I have to call (which often results in an indefinite hold or loop of automated messages that makes it incredibly difficult to reach a live, talking human). Lately, I’ve been driving to the pharmacy and asking them to process my pending prescription, which means another delay (“it will be ready this afternoon”) and yet another trip to the pharmacy. It shouldn’t be this hard to get your doctor prescribed medications filled in a timely manner. My family and I will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere.NOTE: There are a few pharmacy techs who are friendly and helpful, but you can tell they aren’t being given adequate support from their supervisors or company leadership..

As others have experienced, I've called and been yelled at and hung up on as well. It's clear this pharmacy just doesn't care and for some bizarre reason the pharmacy keeps these employees even though surely everybody there must know exactly what's happening. The most recent encounter, I waited an hour on hold only for someone to pick up the call and immediately hang up without even speaking. I waited another hour on hold only to have someone scream at me, "I can't hear you!" several times and then hang up. They simply don't want to deal with customers. I've used this pharmacy for years, and it's only the past several months these things keep happening. Pretty sure they'd be glad if we just go to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is generally rude and it takes days to get prescriptions filled that would take an hour or two elsewhere. I only go here to save money because of my insurance. Dealing with this pharmacy is almost always a negative experience.

BEWARE OF FRAUD GHOST ORDERS: I got a text alert saying they were processing my Rx order and they claimed my Dr. requested. I had not seen my Dr. and had not ordered this Rx for over a year. I called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes, they finally answered and said their system will sometime process orders on its own! this is fraud! they charged it to my insurance and told my Dr. I wanted it, which was not true. I quit using CVS Sellerburg due to service issues. Last year they promised me I could pick up my Rx the next day after 1 p.m. and when I came to pick up the next day at 3p.m. they said we dont have it and dont know when we will have it in stock. they had a truck full of meds but were too busy to check it in. so I left and got it via mail order pharmacy. CVS staff were rude and hateful and refused to let me talk to a pharmacist, so I took my business elsewhere. I had that Rx transferred to the mail order pharmacy and 1 year later they try to ghost order it. Not good! How is that even legal?

The pharmacy manager is extremely rude, she hangs up on you, yells at you and refuses to listen. She misread my account and refused to fill my medication even though it was due and when she realized her mistake, refused to admit it, called my doctor and lied about me yelling and cursing at her and told him that she will no longer fill my prescriptions. Then told my husband that picked up my medication that I yelled and cursed at her and refused to fill any more of my medication. Fortunately, my husband heard two of our phone conversations where she yelled at me and hung up on me while I remained calm and just tried to talk to her and he told her so. I called 1800SHOPCVS. If you have had a bad experience, please call and speak with the corporate pharmacy manager and make your complaints known. That’s the only way to make change. I am calling every other day until they tell me I can fill medications there again because I did NOTHING wrong.

Terrible service. A Doctor calls in two prescriptions and 4 days later it is still not filled. Was told they are behind. Sometimes they don't have my meds for a week or more. Tonight they said just call us and we'll get it ready. I would not use this CVS if my insurance didn't require it.

Never really write reviews, they’re so understaffed and the people working are obviously over it. The older ladies are rude, and the people really just don’t have a work ethic. A couple super solid workers, but that’s about it.

Have used this pharmacy for several years as a family. Over the course of the past year or so, issues began cropping up. Delay in refills, Rx's sitting in "processing" for days on end, increase in pointless texts, and poor service when picking up scripts.Today will be the day we look for a different pharmacy. A family member needed a prescription picked up that they needed today since the last dose was yesterday. It sat in processing for several days. Did not receive any texts that it was ready to be picked up so drove in to see about getting it picked up.The pharmacy was closed. All the stupid texts of YouTube videos they send and they couldn't let their customers know they were closed today? They couldn't fill the scripts prior to the day they needed them since they were going to be closed?This is a huge failure on CVS and the Pharmacy. If this happened to my family how many other people did this impact?

Pharmacy really needs to step it up with their attitude and customer service. (Always rude with customers or eachother) The cashiers at the front were wonderful. Esp while watching them train a new employee on her first day!

I hate this place! I'm forced to use their pharmacy which is never fully staffed. I've waited 30 minutes for them to answer their phone. Prescription refills are always late. This place needs a major overhaul!

Our family recently transferred our prescriptions to this location. At first, everything was ready in a timely manner. However, last week a prescription was sent over, and after four days I called because I hadn't received a text that it was ready. I was curtly informed that they were running at a week fill time. I stated that was unacceptable and needed the prescription that day. I was rudely informed it would be ready in an hour and hung up on. Also, our auto refills haven't been filled on time. I called regarding one that my husband takes daily and only had two left, which should have already been refilled. I went through the automated system to request the refill and it stated the prescription would be ready that day at noon. It wasn't. The following day I called and asked for it to be filled due to him running out. I was told they would "expedite" the refill and have it ready that day. How is it expediting when it was supposed to be ready the day before per my calling in for it, and actually per the auto refill schedule, several days before that? I have also been in the store picking up prescriptions and seen two different pharmacists be incredibly rude to other customers. We will certainly be changing pharmacies immediately.***Update: Upon transferring our prescriptions to a different pharmacy, I was advised I should request CVS cease all auto refills, so as not to interfere with our insurance. When I called, I was actually speaking with the pharmacist manager. After giving her the first name, she hurriedly said thanks for calling and tried to hang up. I told her, I'm not finished, there's more than one person I need to do this for. She took the next name and did the same thing. I again told her I wasn't finished. She was incredibly rude and I pointed out that her attitude and the fact that they are always rude and in a hurry is EXACTLY why we had transferred pharmacies, along with the fact that actually getting the prescriptions filled is an issue. She was unapologetic and seemed to think I was being completely unreasonable for wanting prescriptions filled in a reasonable amount of time. I've got news, a week turn around for a prescription sent over is not reasonable. Even our doctor's office warned us when I said send them to CVS that this would be a problem.

The employees of the pharmacy wear a strong “I hate my job” attitude that they proudly display. Rude to practically everyone in line. When it was my turn I actually did get a nice tech. Unfortunately when I asked if they carried a basic item a white coat in the back snapped at the tech and told him that I would ‘have to find that at a home or health store’…. An address - a recommendation - isn’t CVS a home health store? Everyone in line was like a fire they had to put out, not a person in need of medication, not someone who needs care, simply an inconvenience to their shift. I called my mother to tell her about the experience and she has switched to Walgreens a few months back due to the same issue! Get it together CVS!

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!! They didn't call when RX were ready even though I signed up. Problem with RX and they lied twice about when they got it. They didn't contact the Doctor and said they did. They didn't want to answer questions even to tell me what I needed to do to get things resolved. When I asked for a name they hung up on me...twice. They are rude and treat customers as if they are doing you a favor letting you breathe. I am a new customer because of insurance and have been there five times and have been treated poorly every time. I am going to pay more and go back to Walgreens.

The Pharmacists and staff are extremely knowledgeable and hard workers. The store is always neat and organized with the latest products I use or need. CVS offers a lot of advantages over their rivals. Lots of great products and savings.Well done CVS!

The phone service is impossible to get through to talk to someone, once you say the right combo of words and prompts and get transferred you will be on hold until You either give up or die from what ever it is you are needing meds for

My daughter's prescription was transfered to this CVS due to insurance. I went and spoke with them and they said they would take care of it and would send a text once it was ready. Hours later I went back, after not receiving a text, they said they just received the prescription. Told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I told them that I would pick it up the next day. Well here I am at 6:30pm and they lost her prescription and then found it it in a pile of paperwork, still not filled. So now I am sitting here after they said they could have it ready in 10 minutes. We will see I guess.

This place is a complete joke spent nearly a week for the manger who said she needed people and had a interest in hiring proceeds to base my ability to get hired on a complete different individual that allegedly had a bad performance but how would that have anything to do with me lol. The bathrooms are also very disgusting! Someone needs to do their job!

I've used this CVS store for probably 5 years, always with AETNA insurance, and I've gotten 3 prescriptions from this store in the last 3 months. Today, they had no insurance information, although nothing has changed in my coverage. Tried to give them my AETNA card information, they could not get it to work, the only way that my spouse could pick up the medicine was to pay full price. Now I have to go through a LOT of hassle to submit a claim to AETNA, and I suppose that I will have to start working with a new Pharmacy. We are very disappointed in CVS and their systems and personnel, this was very poor customer service.

no idea what happens in the pharmacy. Meds never on time. Auto refill always put back on turnover every month with employees. Some meds are always out of stock. When I ask about it is ok to go without as there is nothing they can do no one there ever seems to know what is going on because the staff is in constant turnover.

They don't have a clue on what they are doing in that drugstore. They kept my husband from getting some prescriptions filled from his stomach doctor before his health insurance lapsed. Now we cant get it because of how expensive it is without insurance. Sellersburg CVS has the most ignorant techs and very rude. Now thanks to them my husband will have to go without some medicine that he really needs.

Pharmacy Tech “Katie :)” should have a better attitude and not be so rude to people getting pain meds for their mother. Very annoyed/rude. This pharmacy has always been nice to our family. Maybe they should remove rude employees 👍🏼 You never know what someone is going through.

CVS called my daughter's Dr to tell them that the Rx they sent in was OTC, but didn't bother to tell me when I went to pick it up. Instead they just told me nothing had been sent in for that specific medication.A couple days later, my daughter's labs came in, went to pick up another Rx, found out the Dr accidently sent it to a Walgreens across town by accident. Went to the Walgreens across the street from where I was at, and they said to have CVS call them and they could transfer it. Went back to this CVS, and they said they could do that but wouldn't be able to fill it until the next day. I told them our situation, that my 5 year daughter is in a lot of pain and that we already had to wait several days for labs and still they didn't have time to fill it. I went back to Walgreens (my insurance doesn't have a contract with Walgreens), and told them the situation, and with a long line of people said that they would go ahead and move it from the Jeff location to theirs and get it filled asap. Had it in about 5 mins.

It's the Only place I shop for Cosmetics. They have a policy that NONE of the pics of Women in advertisements or in store displays are digitally modified or enhanced. I think that's a Powerful & Important policy.

Decent pharmacy, until they are out of specific pain medication for days. I thought pharmacies are supposed to have medications. Just a thought of mine, maybe they should fix their supply chain instead of playing the blame game. Just sayin...
