Unimpressive! The portions are small for the high prices. They add a tiny bit of candy or cookie pieces to the top of a “vortex” ( one of their signature items) then 3/4 of the rest is plain ice cream. The service is unfriendly and borderline rude. I would not recommend. Spent $20 on 3 very small items not even full that they claimed to be medium size and they just choose different cup sizes as they choose. A medium drink cup is considered an extra large cup for ice cream. Very confusing. The pricing alone has gone up more than 50%.

In the mood for ice cream while traveling through & saw this little shop was right off the interstate. Drove right up with no wait & was shocked at the generous portions for a small! Huge brownie chunks in our "Vortex" treats that were so yummy & the staff was very prompt & friendly. They have tables outside or drive-thru option. Definitely recommend & we will be sure to stop in anytime we're out that way!

Can you ever go wrong with ice cream? There no sugar added fat free is good. For people watching there sugar. Seasonal is good. Everything here is good.

I’ve been going to this place for years and it just isn’t what it used to be. Prices have skyrocketed and quality has plummeted. If I wanted the McDonald’s version of ice cream I would just go to Dairy Queen. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they actually got 1 out of 3 items in my order correct and that’s doing good for them these days. Hopefully it gets better. Don’t order a vortex unless you want a cup of ice cream with a sprinkle of candy. That’s even if you order it with “extra candy” which I’ve come to realize is just a way for them to add $.50 to your order without actually adding anything to the ice cream. Good luck!

I would love to give this place a five star rating. It was pretty close to that before this season . I have been there three times in the last 4-6 weeks...it's like a Greek tragedy. All three times the order was wrong. This time however, I was trapped in the drive through for 30 minutes....if I wanted to spend thirty minutes in a drive through I would have went to McDonalds across the street. The food is good (try the Chocolate Raspberry Signature Sundae, for sure), the staff REALLY needs better training.

Had a great experience at Chillers in Scottsburg. Taylor did a wonderful job with taking my order as well as Macy with making my order. Although did see a lady named Courtney who was sitting down giving rude looks. Did I do something wrong? Will not be coming back when she is working.

I love chillers and they love my dog! I wished they had longer hours but kids pretty much run the place, so I get it. Never had a problem coming here. Average pricing for a place like this. Everything I get is delish! Doggy loves a pup cup too!!

I purchased a Carmel shake with extra Carmel because previous times it tasted like vanilla. This one was exactly the same! Except they charged me more for it! Still taste like vanilla!!!

A great place to go to for your truly old fashioned American staples. Chili dogs, fries etc. All kinds of wonderful delicious ice cream! Banana splits and more! Service is fast and efficient. You eat al fresco. No indoor dining or bathroom. My son and I love to go there! Plenty of hotels etc.🌹

Ordered banana split with no chocolate with Xtra strawberry. What I received was an all chocolate banana split with a little cherry juice. I received this after repeating my order 3 times. I know there is a pandemic and short of help but does that mean we provide customers what they didn't order and no customer service.

Here lately their fries haven't tasted as good and on occasion have been burnt. However their milkshakes and things are much cheaper compared to that of DQ or Sonic

Amazing! Never disappoints! The only thing I would request is lids on the large sundaes, makes the drive home tricky. HahaBut seriously if you are in the area stop and get a vortex! Blows blizzards out of the water!

Bought 2 vortexes this evening and both had what appeared to be our extra toppings in them. After taking a few bites my wife and I soon learned that they do a very poor job of mixing their vortexes. $8 for mainly vanilla ice cream did not excite me tonight.

Chillers in Scottsburg was amazing! I had the banana split with their wonderful hand dipped, homemade ice cream - - 1 scoop strawberry, 1 scoop butter pecan, and 1 scoop cookies and cream. It literally could not have been better. My husband had a peanut butter cookie dough Vortex and he said it was the best he'd ever had--way better than his former favorite, the same flavor Blizzard at Dairy Queen. Chillers Scottsburg was an wesome experience! Go if you get a chance. We WILL be going back. Soon, I hope! Side note: Chillers in Scottsburg is way better than Chillers in Sellersburg, which is still very good. But given a choice, it's gonna be Chillers Scottsburg for us. 😁

Prices were decent. Ice cream cone was good, but only 4 stars for putting sliced cheese on chili cheese hot dogs. That's a new one to me!
