1st time being in there, it was clean and employees were friendly but seemed uneducated about the store and products. Went for chicken warmers and feed and sadly there was hardly anything in stock for chickens but feed. They had a lot of good stuff on clearance but the bad part was most of it would not ring up so after waiting 20 mins for someone to try to ring it up several times and to go check the shelves and others of the same still on the shelf clearly marked with a price, I was told we can’t sell this cause it won’t ring up… ummm ok!! You can’t just type in the price??? Seems odd but ok I guess. So I paid for my feed and left. Honestly I probably will not return to this store again now.

Was in there yesterday 2 times to buy a tiller 1st time told it was on discount but couldn't get a manager to respond to him to find out for sure. So went back later in day to check and the worker said they couldn't give me the 25% discount because it didn't have a sale tag on it when they said it was just on sale. But most of the tools around it all had sales tags on them. Not happy I was ready to buy.

Went to get feed for the animals. Never been to this store before, but I won't be back. The sections are not well-marked and the store had a disheveled look to it.No one there to ask if I needed assistance, and I had to wait several minutes at the only register they had open to be checked out.

Noone to help find or know the products information. Need help and to teach basic knowledge of products would help there sales enormously.

No help on floor, BUT the place rocks. Has everything needed just have to search. And they let dogs in and gave us a chance to talk to families

My choice when I need a specialty part that I am sure I can't find at the hardware store. Plus, it's always clean and well organized. They also took care of the craters in the parking lot so I don't have to dodge, dip dive, and dodge to a parking space. Good selection for things like bird seed and feed and typically has what I want on sale, it seems.

While it has a large selection of items, most were highly overpriced and there isn't an rhyme or reason when it comes to sections. There is no signage to direct you and the employees were not reaching out to see if we needed help and no one offered any assistance at all! Poor organization, poor customer service, very big disappointment on prices too! Would NOT recommend!

Nice selection of farm supplies. Like the clothing section. Live chicks when i was there. looked healthy and well cared for. Staff are friendly

I love this place. People are always so friendly and nice. Yeah some just is up there. But it's worth it when everything else is closed or out of what you need.

I like the variety of pet foods at Orscheln. The prices are average, I do shop online at times for the better price. I gave a three star rating because I bought dog food a few weeks ago that was outdated and took it back.

I give 3 stars only bc they are so expensive. They have alot of nice things, but you'd have to working on wall street to afford anything here...Always check around for items instead of jst buying them here...i paid $4 more for bedding when Walmart was cheaper, i paid $7 more for an animal water bottle when Walmart was cheaper, so jst shop around....The older staff is nice, the young ones should learn some kindness when working with the public.

Sometimes they have what you need, but their prices are way to high. There was a dog toy that was not priced, and I was going to get it for my small dog she would have loved it, the perfect small size for a 9 pound schnauzer puppy, I get to the checkout and it was like $14. So I went to Wal-Mart instead. The next day I went to pet smart and got WAY better deals.
