I visited this location on Tuesday and was pleased with the quality of the merchandise and with the attentiveness of the lady working. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back to stock up come spring. The birds undoubtedly prefer the better quality seed.

Great assortment of food and accessories for your backyard feeders. Very knowledgeable and passionate staff. I'm new at identifying birds and which birds eats what. The staff was helpful and didn't talk down to me.My daughter got me a membership for Father's Day. Foods a little pricey, but you get a discount as a member. It's also a higher quality blend. I'll certainly be back as I consider expanding my feeders.

I love this store! The owner Carol and her staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I have called several times with random bird questions and they always are eager to answer. I will only buy my bird feed products here. Keep up the great work! I love seeing the dogs in the store too!

The people here are very nice and informative. They told me about their membership plan and how it can save a ton of money. The owner also does classes on the weekend and I was invited to that also. The prices are steep but the merchandise here is top endalong with the bird seed and it is really worth the money because the birds do not waste as much seed and none of their food will grow in your yard. If you are in the hobby this is definitely the place to be. they also took my email to send me coupons and they also give me a welcome magazine to the bird watching and feeding hobby. they have all types of food all types of feeders all types of birdhouses and many other accessories. I really enjoyed my trip. 5 out of 5 stars

Great store! Nick, who helped me select my new bird feeders is very knowledgeable. He helped me select my new bird feeders and brought everything out to my car. There is always something new to look at in the store. Prices are right in line with other places. Highly recommend this store and Nick!

It's a one-stop shop for all of your bird needs. WBU has excellent high-quality bird food and bird feeders and has a lot of really cute gift ideas in the store. They host a number of really interesting bird classes and even have surprise naturalist guests from around Northwest Indiana. Their customer service is second to none. They will carry your items to your car for you and come out to your house and give you tips on how to set up your feeders. Carol and Destinee are both extremely knowledgeable about birds. You can ask them anything! They give great bird advice!

nothing better than shipping local!! the owners here and at their valpo location really know their birds. deffinitly worth a special trip to spoil our feathered friends. the wbu brand bird feeders are so economical and hold up in all types of weather. the ears of corn NEVER have bug problems. the membership fee pays for itself in no time and they always send good savings through email. absolutely no complaints with a high recommendation for all bird enthusiasts.
