My boy won't let anyone cut his nails to the point the vets techs want him sedated so he doesn't hurt himself on the table trying to flip off. Lydia had cut his nails when I first adopted him & we tried her again. I told her if she couldn't no worries. If she needed me to help hold my 75lb bully still, I would do that too. I just wanted to try and avoid the sedatives that the vets office prescribed. I pay for the wellness package there so it costs nothing but the groomers tip but I still don't want to have to sedate him. We will be back. She not only got him on the table without any assistance she got his nails short & with his long quick that's hard!

I took my 6 month old puppy in for her first nail trim at Ted's today. I cannot say enough good things. The groomer was so wonderful with her, and the service I received from multiple employees was cheerful and helpful.

Updated.:During covid-19. We called, ordered what we needed and they put in our trunk. Very easy to do......Nice local pet supply place. More than meets the eye. A must Stop and go in and see. Update: we were out of Thistle seed April 3rd, during this horrible covid-19 crisis. We called Ted's and arranged to have them put thistle in our trunk. They were so helpful. My husband loves his birds, so a happy husband makes for a happy house🏡

Will never take my dogs back their. The manager is rude, ignorant & needs customer service training. She is not a Vet to sit their and tell someone their dog needs to be sedated. My dogs have been going their for 2 yrs I've spent alot of money their. I havnt had an issue til this past week. The treatment my 2 dogs received wasn't good. They butchered my dogs hair. They didn't finish the grooming and charged me full price...

1st time here. The store was super cute and looks clean and organized. I went for grooming g for my dog. Each employee was very nice & helpful. The groomer was so nice and did a great job. Lucky is very happy! We will absolutely be back!

Big place w/large varieties of products for our animals. There r huge sections of products 4 dogs. The section 4 cats is maybe 1/4 of what it is 4 dogs. The staff were very helpful & were able 2 spend time talking w/us. They have groomers here. If u want 2 bathe your pet they have a room w/shampoo & conditioner, towels & dryers. Tubs r huge. There r loop holes in the tubs 2 tie your pet 2 so u can wash them w/out holding onto them. Tuesdays were buy one @ $10 get one free on the next Tuesday u come back.

I like this store. They offer free samples. I'm glad because my dog turned his nose from every one. So I'm glad I didn't have to spend money on them. Grooming is just, so so.But, the people are friendly and attentive.

I love this place because they have things that other pet s supply stores don't. It's a little more expensive than some places but not as expensive as others. And they carry the dog food that I like Yaste of the Wild.

Always a great experience at Ted's. The employees great us at the door, offer to help us while we're shopping, and offer to carry our bags of dog food to the car. When I shop with my children and without my husband, the employees don't even ask if I would like assistance to my vehicle, they just do it. Ted's has some of the best customer service in the area!

Love this place. Not really for cat or exotic animal supplies. Enormous selection for dogs. They carry ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and pigeons.

Took two squirmy Shih tzs's for a bath. Wonderful experience. Was finished in a half hour! They have two tubs, shampoo, towels, plenty of warm water. What a wonderful experience for the dogs and my partner. Oh, they also had warm air dryers. I WILL be back. Very reasonable cost.

Tried to make an appointment and they truly lied about their availability. Got on line and the date I wanted was available. The first time I took my dog to them, they chopped the hair so bad and I complained. Since then, I thought I would try again and they are truly horrible place to go for any grooming associated and the Manger herself is as rude and unprofessional as the groomers. Take heed! I am not the only one that has had bad experience with these people.

cut under my dogs neck while grooming her- she had to get 2 staples. i only gave 2 stars because they at least gave me a refund after they made me pay 50% for the grooming and asked if i would like to leave a tip.

With 3 dogs we are very picky. These folks love our pets and take good care of them when there for grooming. We drop off and pick up without our pets spending any time in a kennel. The store selection is the absolute best in the area with pet food, supplies, toys and a few birds and sometimes a rabbit or two.

Very helpful staff. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and a wonderful asset to our community. They are involved with local events and benefits, and they try to promote awareness of local events that support animal education and beyond. They also have a wonderful grooming department. ***Edited Review: I spoke to the manager, Lynn, about my experience. She refunded my money for the grooming services today and offered services in the future with a different groomer. While I am hesitant to give their grooming services another try, I must admit Lynn was incredibly kind, empathetic to my experience, and tried very hard to make it right. I will still purchase our pet's food & other items here. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of her customer focused response to my experience. Thank you, Lynn.Grooming services- My dogs look absolutely horrible. They barely look clean. My dog has a mole on his face that was clearly cut and was bleeding!! The groomer did not mention a thing to me about it when I picked him up. I only discovered it when I was looking at the hack hair cut up close. I informed the groomer I was disappointed with how one of my dogs looked. She took her back and tried to blend the choppy cut, but sadly she could not fix it. Incredibly disappointed with how they look. On top of that, there was a price increase that no one informed me of until I was paying for grooming services.

Great staff here, they care about customers and their pets. They have great deals on dog wash stations, nail trimming for the pups and a vet giving shots on a schedule. Much, much less money than scheduling a vet visit. Good selection on all things dog too.

Went in with my husband looking for bedding and a young girl did a great job helping us out, she even signed my husband up for coupons for our 5 dogs and 3 roosters! Will definitely be coming back! Great prices and a variety of supplies available!

This place is always great. Small local pet shop with pricing better than Petco for our dog food. Plus they have specials and are always helpful with getting things if they are out of stock or need to get it from the other store.

I get my dog groomed here. They do such a fantastic job. I rake my dog about once a week and he still looks better after a visit with their "furminator". He comes home all soft and fluffy and for about a week or 2, he doubles as a whole house air freshener👍

A nice one stop shop! Competitive prices compared to the other pet store in the area. Great sales and rewards program! Staff is super friendly and we love the $9.99 do it yourselves wash stations they have there. We will definitely be returning customers again!
