The have so many open options! Are super friendly and would be a wonderful place to work for or shop! They have grooming as well! Plus, if you're looking for a kitty, they have 4 cats that are available for adoption all super friendly. They also have unique birds ans parakeets and a lot of other animals.

The pet hospital or clinic there sucks. The employees are great. But they have a bulletin board with the names of the pets that have appointments that day. Once I counted 80 names. What turned me against Banfield is I called them because my cat hadn't eaten in a day and a half. They made an appointment for three days later and wouldn't look at him any sooner. I love my "kid" and that is unacceptable. I called corporate and they said 3 days was within their guidelines. If you add the days he hadn't eaten that would have been almost 5 days. I can't do that to a pet I love and care for. And yet they bring in 80 animals on some days. There are much better options--Crown Point Animal and I've heard Munster Animal Hospital is good too

They are a great group of employees. They have always been so helpful and friendly. One employee took us to 3 different areas of the store helping us find the perfect cat carrier. We come to this store every other week to look at kittens looking for homes and get pet food. Hard to believe Halloween toys are out in August. Time flies. 11-19. The litter box with the high sides corner or rectangle style. Another one has a cover. I use litter that 100% dust free. 2 pictured items had made our lives easier.

The store itself and its employees are great! Huge selection of food! I found the one type of food there that I couldn’t find anywhere else. And the toys and cute stuff are on par. Also. I’ve been happy with the section and selections for small mammals.I am not a fan of the groomers. I did not like the cut my dog received. It was just hacked off. The area where they groom the dogs was pretty bad. I didn’t want my dog walking through that.

I had just bought Rx cat food and my cat passed away. The dry food was opened and the case of wet food was missing a can. They gave me a 100% refund. They were kind and professional.

got a new kitty from here! everyone is very helpful and friendly, and they made the process super easy. it extends past the members of treasured friends rescue and on to the actual employees at petco. our cashier had a ton of patience with us and she was super sweet!

I had taken my little guy for grooming a few times, he's a sweetie and harmless. He was petrified every time he went there trying to get out the door and was acting traumatized after, it was awful! And they trimmed him different every time and it wasn't all that great! When I went in to get him one day, I saw the way the groomers there at the time treated these dogs, it wasn't nice at all, they pulled on them and had a bad attitude! So I thought maybe it was just my little one being nervous, nope! I've been taking him elsewhere and he's amazing there, he doesn't get stressed out and is fine afterwards and they do a fantastic job on him every time! Be careful here! Watch your Babies Closely!

The grooming center sucked they treated my family rudely they could not groom my dog then gave me Suggestions on places to go and we went to the different places they didn’t do what they said and I was very discouraged and upset. I would never go back to his grooming center again. Overall the store was clean but the groomer session is a no go

I went in with my lilly and she was super excited. I let her pick out her toy and she did. She also carried it up to the counter. It was nice and clean, well lit, prices were good, and the customer service was exceptional. I would recommend.

Poor customer service. I hate when places lock the doors before they close. I arrived in enough time to get the 2 items I needed which I can't just order online because they don't do refunds, only store exchanges. That's the last time I waste money shopping here and driving here.

I got my fur baby groomed here yesterday and she was very matted and had a lot of hair coming in and coming out she was a new dog I was so happy and I know she was as well. Her groomer was awesome and she explained everything to me and she took care of my baby I recommend this was my first time ever doing grooming here and I will be back
