I stopped in today 2/17/24 to get some windshield wiper blades. I went in through automotive and asked Walmart employee Ean to help me find the correct size, he not only helped me but the minute he rang up my purchase he ran outside in 19 degree weather and put them on my car, such a very nice young man I felt went over & above. Thank you Ean.

Our local walmart is the best! Very professional employees, and it's very clean. It's not cluttered either like other stores with items strewn about in every aisle. Makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. They don't mind helping you too. Just know they're working, and it can be an inconvenience to stop them at their task. The front desk can help you get or find anything you need. After the evening, they can be a little short-handed, so have patience and be kind.

Very convenient location. The employees are super lazy though. Went there one day after a storm had passed in order to get a curbside pickup. Well they say it wasn't safe for them to bring it outside. Even though it was no longer storming. So I went inside to get it. There were a half dozen workers at customer service ready to shut the store down and go home because it rained hard for 5 minutes. We weren't even under any warnings. So I go back to the pickup area as directed by the non workers at customer service. The lady had my stuff in her hands but would not give it to me, I had ID but she wanted me to get in my car and drive around to their door. So they could hand it out. Just kept saying something about water in the parking lot repeatedly. Of course they were all back there hoping the store was shut down too. They had their systems signed out and were ready to lock up, and dressed to go home. I messed up their program I suppose. And they figured if they ticked me off enough I would just give up. NOPE! Needless to say she had quite a bad day at work and I left with my stuff! All after giving me every excuse in the book as to why she couldn't do her job. Threatened to call the law because I refused to go without what I had paid for. But of course it was all posturing. it was all for not, because I left with my stuff and she left with a bad attitude AFTER finishing her shift.

Hey folks. You don't need to worry yourself about them hiring robots. That's all that works there now.Pros: Shopping on Amazon instead.Cons: Standing in the checkout line for 30 minutes because only 2 lines are open on a Saturday. (Trying to force customers to use the self checkout so they can claim theft.)Cashiers who thinks speed and efficiency are STDs.Floor staff who can't tell you where the front of the store is let alone anything else.

Big store.. They have a lot in this store. I have not been disappointed anytime I've been there.The employees were very friendly and all lanes were open so checking out was a breeze.Totally recommend this Wal-Mart.Happy shopping 😄

Was waiting in line at self checkout to pay. Clerk walks around us, even bumping into my husband. Looked like she was ringing up a purchase. No she shut down the only register on that end of the store. Immediately turns around and says " were you in line, I didn't see you standing there. " plenty of other places to shop. This one hires rude and lazy employees.

This Walmart is big, but the aisles are too narrow. I DIDNT like that at all, and it made me want to hurry up and get the heck out as fast as I could. Didn't like it, and won't go shop there again.

This store is always clean and organized. They also have cashiers on registers and not just self checkouts. I know others complain but by far this is the best walmart Ive ever shopped compared to all walmarts this one is in its own world.

Just don't. This Walmart has been tied to the proverbial tree for several years, but no one has seen fit to put it out of its misery. It is a shell of the store that it was when it first opened. An outcast of the Walmart family. Transform it into a 3D from the 1980s when department stores were department stores.

I shop here about every other week. I nearly always find something to buy, usually a cheap DVD or something else. I got my newest shoes here. It has a friendly staff. I have found some great deals.

This is by far the nicest walmart in the whole area (80 miles around) in my opinion. The staff take really good care of the customers and the entire warehouse is in good shape. Highly recommend.

We are in town camping from North West Indiana and ran to the Salem Walmart for supplies. We avoid our local store like the plague because it is horrifically dirty, unorganized, and bad customer service. However, we felt like we stepped into a different world in the Salem location! It was clean, organized, well stocked, and great prices... not to mention such kind helpful staff. By far, the best Walmart experience!
