There was a line to checkout that seemed excessive. One employee interrupted the other employee with a random, non-customer question. Employee was dressed in a manner that I don’t think fits with the image Walgreens wants.

What to know why the pharmacy opens at 9am or whatever time they want. But you can't get a script filled that's already on file until 2 to3 hours after they open. Why even open at.a certain time if you can't get what you need for 3 hours

Since Walgreens took over the Rite Aid, the store is much cleaner and more organized. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and honored my special requests without issues. Please note that Google wouldn't let me update for "special hours" or add more hours but the store is open daily 8am-9pm. The pharmacy is only open :Mon - Fri9am – 8pm*Sat9am – 6pm*Sun10am – 6pm**Pharmacy closed 1:30 - 2pm for meal break -- this is directly from Walgreens.com

They decided to charge us $8.99 a piece for 4 6-packs ($38) instead of just one price of $17.99 for a 24 pack case. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she got mad and hung up on me so I went to the store and she was again super rude and asked for someone else to come up front and assist me. After several minutes of me telling them they over charged my husband, they finally scanned the right bar code and agreed that they over charged us. Several minutes later and many failed attempts to return the beer and re-charge me they finally just gave me the difference. Horrible customer service and horrible management. I will definitely not be going back. No wonder your rating is a 2.9, should be a 0.

Were able to get our new trivalent COVID boosters by just walking in and asking. We had heard that we might have to make an appointment. The entire staff was extremely pleasant to work with.

Came in to pick up a Western Union. Your 2 evening associates Jewel and Lee W want to give a fifth degree because I can't read minds nor does it say anywhere on Western Unions website or Walgreens website anywhere that I have to know that normally they don't do western unions after a certain time. Ever since this became Walgreens both the store and pharmacy is not what it use to be. Someone mentioned that it's nice and clean now, yeah more than likely because people don't come here anymore.

It isn't the staff's fault for my review. They are all pleasant and professional. They are always very short staffed close at odd hours due to staffing and are so behind you are told a time to pick up your meds only to drive 30 minutes one way to be told you have to wait 30 more minutes....it is frustrating. I will be looking into changing pharmacies .

They should call this outfit Wrong Aid since the pharmacy area never seems to get stuff right or you can't get ahold of them by phone to talk to anyone. Then to get text messages and phone messages and then show up at the store and you have nothing available is quite irritating. Add in the slowness of getting your prescriptions filled and the pickup times are awful. The lady that works the counter with the 80s hair and big teeth reminds me of someone that should have been on Hee Haw

I had my RX's transfered here a while ago. Shelly and Amy (pharmacists) are phenomenal. They both are quick to get my meds ready. I have worked pharmacy for 4yrs. Yes, it's very stressful and busy. To the comments previously mentioned about this pharmacy stealing/ putting a hold on meds...I highly doubt that they were stolen for one. And for two; if both of these incidents mentioned were a C11 control, then these types of meds can be filled every 28 days, whether the prescribing MD okays it or not. State Law. And fyi....C11 meds get counted 4 times!!!

Had an issue with the pharmacy trying to put a hold on my wife's medicine. Even though the doctor told them to fill it that day by phone. Transferred it to CVS and they did great
