Went there to grab a 220 volt exstintion cord for a welder but no luck , ended up spending twice as much for welding cable and connectors. I needed the cable anyways , just wasn't expecting to spend a ton of money doing so.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Someone actually greets me when I enter and asks if I need any help finding stuff, which usually I do because I'm usually buying stuff for my mom's dog which I know nothing about. They have a wide variety of stuff including pet supplies and even baby clothes. They sell chicks and ducks too which I love to look at when I go in there.

WOW!!! Ordered some trees online, drove 45 minutes to the store from New Albany, and they did not have the trees I had ordered. I called customer service, and was called back by the district manager Ben. He brought me the 3 trees, after he drove to Hardinsburg, KY to get the correct trees. I have never experienced such great customer service from any company, he went way above and beyond to make sure I received what I had ordered. Thanks Ben, much appreciated!

Went in with my dogs to get the rabies vaccine with the pet vets. The sign was outside the store indicating it was going on. Got inside and no vet. They cancelled due to no vet available. If you want to utilize this service, call pet vet directly before you go to confirm they're there. We found out the hard way to do that. Would of been nice if TSC had posted this in the Washington County fb page or the paper announcing the vet was there to add to call them before going.

Wasn't very happy with the loyal customer discounts. No one wants a cowboy hat that's hanging from a clip that's already tore up. I've been buying retriever dog food 4 years in the blue bag and there was none. I am in tractor supply twice a week

I recently went to the Madison Store and was told by an associate that the feed for my mini horse was discontinued. Contacted the Salem (#1498) store through a mutual friend and Angie drove all the way to Madison with 2 bags of feed so my horse wouldn't go hungry. That is what I call exceptional customer service. Thank you.

Pretty much most anything that you would really need especially in a smaller town like Salem. Sometimes limited on selection since it serves a smaller market then say a Rural King. For the small town it has been a nice addition

I really like tractor supply but this one the employees are not friendly. The one in sellersburg is farther from me but worth the extra drive for the friendliness.
