No one is even available when there are animals in need of help. 3 days in a row I saw the same dog on the highway. Called each time. No one was available. Called the sheriff's department for help. I saw this poor starving dog again yesterday standing in the middle of st. Rd 135. I'm glad drivers are aware and haven't hit the dog yet.

They do the best they can with the resources they have. The people there care. It does require some hoops to jump through but then again there are so many bad pet owners I understand. I think if they posted more online and to the paper on the animals they had it would help more. Some animals have been there over a year and I think if some people knew it more would try to step up.

Dont ever send your pets here they give them to anyone even on the hold time. We are furious. And when we called to check thry said they were just fine. if i could give negative stars i would.

This place is a joke. I went there a few years ago to get my kids a kitten or cat that needed a home and they made you jump through obstacles to get a cat, yet they were just going to put it to sleep. I had to purchase a carrying case for the cat before getting it and walmart was completely sold out of them. Then they wanted to charge $80 for the cat after having to buy a carrying case that roughly run for $30-$60 when available. I had $200 on me and that was to get the cat shots and fixed if we were to get a cat. Like stop charging people an arm and a leg for cats that need homes! It's too much about the money and less about giving the animal a chance.
