This store is great. The donation attendants are very helpful and so are the workers on the main floor. Everyone is so kind and respectful. They will help you with anything you need. The donation attendants are not always at the door because they have break and lunch and it's not the job of the people inside to help you with your donations. So don't be upset if someone doesn't come running to you with a bin. You can set your things aside, in a box or bin and it will get arranged when they're back. The donation attendants have other requirements to be met inside the store so they aren't standing there waiting 24/7.

Stopped in there to donate an item at 8:30 p.m. There were four employeesright in front of me when I walked in the front door and would not even look at me I finally asked how do I donate something they said we're closed I said I thought you didn't close till 9:00 p.m. that's what it says the employee says very rudely we are sweeping up we're closed this was at 8:30 p.m. I turned around and walked out . I will never go back ever I will take my items to the dump before I donate anything in that place!

Store was clean and had a good variety of clothes, but no fitting rooms at all. They do not offer any way for you to try on any of the clothes, when I asked about it an employee said I could return any item that don’t fit within 14 days, which I was completely ok with until after I made my purchase and they told me they would only give a gift card for any returns I had. So they offer no way to see if the clothes fit and no way to get your money back if they don’t. I will not be shopping here again unless they change some of their policies.

Can find great deals. Senior days are helpful for the seniors. Product doesn't turn over very fast at this location. No dressing rooms for a store that sells a lot of clothes is ridiculous. The return policy they don't inform you is just store credit, not a cash refund even with the receipt. That's not right.EDIT: They no longer have the color of the day discount or the senior discount. The card they have is now pretty worthless. Prices are going up. I've repeatedly found items with dollar tree stickers on them that are marked $2.99 and up. That's a rip off. Clothes are higher. They pay nothing for the inventory. It's donated, so why are the prices so much higher?

The young staff was very pleasant and helpful. Whoever the old Hag was, she was very rude! Knowing a small child was needing too pee, yet the bathrooms were closed as of that second. Multiple other things. Horrible experience because of her... 🤬

Non profiting organization my A$$ this store has always over priced items even before inflation. About 70$ for 3 pairs of jeans all bc 2 pair were name brand... it's all brand named somehow. An I can't return it bc they only give in store credit. They just profited atleast 50$ for 2 pairs of jeans when it's a hand me down store. How is this place helpful to the community 🤔.. I won't even donate to this store because of this problem.

I am not impressed or happy with any Goodwill pricing. Not sure what happened but I can get most stuff new and pay a few dollars more. I am disappointed. I love goodwill but $49 for cowboy boots and $30 for a used scratched electric grill..come on Goodwill we can do better !

Decent Goodwill, usually very clean. I do wish they could move the checkout lines a bit faster, they are pretty slow to open another register if someone, for instance, has an entire shopping cart full... sometimes you stand and wait for 10 minutes just for one person to get checked out. Friendly employees though, the checkout thing is my only complaint.

I, like a lot of people are unhappy with the changes at Goodwill. But even though I've had to be more selective in my purchases, I have continued to shop my local Goodwill. That ends today, the rude employees have taken all of the joy out of shopping there. They have received my last penny.

For the most part, they have decent selections and prices. There are always a ton of books and clothes in every size, including pajamas and dress clothes. They sell purses, shoes, toys, kids clothes, movies, knick knacks, frames, dishes, etc. I like to go on the first Saturday of every month because the whole store goes on sale. They also have a punch card where you get a discount after spending so much money there. My only complaint would be some things are overpriced for a thrift store and some things are not the best quality or are missing parts so make sure to always open game boxes and check for pieces, etc.

This was my first visit to this particular store. Overall, it was a nice store as Goodwills go. Staff was friendly and selection wasn't bad. As with all Goodwill stores, selection changes regularly and while some items are a great deal, others not so much. It's up to the customer to go through and find the deals among the selection.

Prices have been made too high..seperates sheet sets and sell Each piece at a higher price.. can buy new set for about same price.. that is just an example.. bedspreads run $19.99 and up.. I very seldom buy from Goodwill stores anymore but before corporate got greedy I spent a lot of time and money at the stores.. I donated also but Not anymore because of price increase

This little store is neat and tidy, bit the staff is usually cold. I had a sweet young lady ring me up yesterday, but that's the exception at that one.

When you do not have much to support your family, you can usually find what you need. Only objection is the pricing on some clothing items. Pricing should be reconsidered since things are donated and the store gears to those in need.
