This store has severely gone downhill lately. It truly is not the staffing issues. It's the lack of training, lack of stores overall staffing needs, and lacking competitive pay scales for all levels. You get what you pay for. Invest in your employees and they will invest in your stores.

What's the deal with the manager there that resembles a chipmunk? This store is always dirty, overstocked and overstuffed. DG needs to build a new store somewhere else in the town and actually staff and stock it properly. They have some good deals and products but there is a lot to be left desired in this store.

The shelves are pretty empty here. Especially in the detergent aisle. Not many choices anymore. I dont know if this is due to the 2nd DG being added to our town or what? The cashier was very nice though!

Employees are friendly, most are knowledgeable. They seem to have a high turnover rate, and are rarely fully stocked but an overall pleasant experience

Staff friendly as can be but never anyone cleaning up. Store is honestly a fire hazard and trip hazard. Use to be the best looking one in 50 miles

The aisles are stacked with carts of things to stock. You can't get to stuff you need and can't get through some of the aisles. I feel this is a fire safety issue.

I love this Dollar General. It is never really packed and they are well stocked. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.
