I have been trying to give several chances but this is the last straw... I had 3 prescriptions to fill with no insurance hiccups, yet I have to wait in store for over 2 hours!!! They still can't get the online ordering system to work. I get notifications that I can do mail delivery, yet it won't work! Enough is enough. Definitely going to a different company!

Scripts never ready on time. Claimed my special needs son's insurance does not cover some of his meds. One med, that was compounded, was pushed 2-3 days back in its ready date behind people who just walked in. Why? Because they had to actually MAKE it and not simply press a button and out pop the pills. My son's condition and medical needa are no less impt simply bc they have to WORK to do it. Will NEVER go back there for pharmacy.
