I cannot praise Tri-County Vet enough for their incredible care of my family. We weren't patients there until a coyote attack happened & we couldn't afford the necessary amputation at Purdue. Purdue suggested we go to our regular vet, but they weren't able to care for our dog's injuries. Tri-County stepped in & stepped up beyond our hopes. Drs Michel & Fernung, and all the staff are amazing! From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses in the back, & Eden on the phone with me almost daily, everyone treats us like they've known & loved us for years. They treated Ducky as though he was their dog, loved him and cared for him wholeheartedly. I've been able to communicate via text my concerns and photographs of his progress when it wasn't necessary to go in. The comfort of knowing I can call and ask questions and every person there knows my dog and his care plan has been astounding. Not once have I felt rushed, not once was a concern brushed over. More than once, we thought we would lose my son's therapy dog, and each time, we were reassured with their competence and explanations of their care. Thank you for saving our Ducky! He would not have lived without you!

I can not say enough GREAT things about this wonderful vet clinic and the staff!! (5 stars is not enough) Everyone was so friendly!! I woke up to my little doggie having a swollen nose. Not being established with a vet yet I called everywhere in Kokomo to try to have her seen. Tri-County was busy BUT they took the time to talk to me, and got me an appoint the next morning! From my very first step into the office we were greeted with smiles and friendly faces and it continued until we left!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Tri-County and all of your wonderful staff!!!! We have found our furever vet!!! ❤️

Kahlani was a puppy mill mama dog that had never walked on grass, or seen the sunlight, and didn’t even know how to run. She crawled everywhere. She was born in a little cage in a barn and kept there to use for breeding for 5 years, til I got her. So she is very shy, doesn’t trust anyone, and is scared of everything. She needed stitches after a bad bite wound from another dog and they were soooo good with her! They were so friendly and understanding. I felt comfortable leaving her with them, and I don’t leave her anywhere. They took extra time to accommodate her shyness, and got her in within an hour of me calling. I just can’t thank them enough or brag on them enough for how welcoming and kind their whole staff was. Heck even the people in the waiting room were great to talk to! This office is amazing!

This has been my veterinary clinic of choice since 1980. Many pets have come and gone in that time. All were treated well here. When the time with us was over my "pet children" and my husband myself were treated respectfully. Their prices are competitive and the doctors are proficient and compassionate

Was able to get us in day of when we needed. Super nice and attentive. Gave our cat lots of treats and pets, she was so happy to be at the vet! The vet answered every question we had and every associate cared immensely for their patients. Love them! Best vet in the area!

Yesterday morning we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our 17 year old dog to sleep. We had tried our current vet first but they couldn’t fit us in for that day but we knew it wouldn’t be fair to make her wait until Monday. So we called tri-county and they took her even though she wasn’t their patient and right away. They were EXTREMELY patient and so compassionate. There was no rush and they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes to our sweet girl. The lady who helped us through it gave me a hug as we were about to leave. I would definitely recommend them and will be sending our other pup there. We are so grateful for all the love and care you showed our sweet Lacey girl.

I loved this place, sadly never will I return as they hire staff that enjoy the use of recreational drugs. I can no longer trust that my pets are being taken care of properly, as I’m not sure they will administer the correct medicine under the influence.

Tri county is fantastic! They did an excellent job of taking care of my kitty's abscess when all other vets in Kokomo were unavailable and not willing to squeeze her in. I appreciate Tri-County for taking care of her urgently. Will definitely go back.

This place is amazing! They took in my very sick elderly kitty when no one else could or would. Found out that he was diabetic and they gave me all the knowledge and tools to help him, but unfortunately he just wasn't responding to treatment and I couldn't see him suffer anymore, and it was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I know that he was met by his brother and sister to help him get across the rainbow Bridge. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants to know that their fur babies are going to get the best care possible with this Veterinary Hospital! Thank you to all of the Doctors, Technicians, and Assistants for all of your help, support, and caring with and for my Liam!

I was on a hunt today My dog sliced his leg up pretty bad and not even our normal vet could get him in for days. Tri-County got him in basically as soon as I could get him there. They got him sedated ad stitched up and did his nails since I had planned on doing them before he got injured. I am so thankful to Dr. Taylor and Alicia (at least I hope I remembered her name correctly) she sat with my Banzai while he came out of sedation. The whole staff though was really amazing. Thank you all though you all came through and saved me a long drive to Indy with my injured guy.

Called Tri-County to see if I could get my standard poodle in. He's been having some concerning issues and I was freaking out because he's my baby. The receptionist was super sweet. She spoke to the vet and they got him in. With COVID going on, we couldn't go in with him which made me even more nervous, but the staff was super sweet, accommodating, and professional. The vet offered suggestions and was so very kind. We'll be going back in a few weeks to check his progress, but I wanted to post because in spite of everything, it was such a positive experience.
