Buyer beware! I ordered a pair Candlestick stadium seats as advertised but was sent a product that did not even closely match what was advertised. I promptly contacted the company with no immediate response until I mentioned I was filing a claim. A representative got back to me immediately by text and said they would replace the seats. After a couple months, there was no action taken. I contacted the rep again and they assured me they would resolve the issue. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and went back and forth with the rep. Another few months and no response. Taking 9 months for any company is bad business, poor customer service and can be perceived as fraudulent. And yes, in hindsight, I should have filed a claim in that first 3 months. I have repeatedly requested a refund if the seats could be not be replaced to no avail. This company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau with all relevant documentation.

I ordered and received a pair of Milwaukee County Stadium seats. They arrived partially assembled, in great condition and were easy to complete the assembly. I loved that I received a call from them the day after delivery checking on the seats. They helped me with my install questions and I added the extended seat feet shown below. I love my sports corner of seating and have secured my seats with bike locks to a dog tether and the window well. They are a hit in the neighborhood!Thank-you!

Great experience from beginning to end. The hardware is top quality, heavy duty steel. The powder coat finish looks great and will definitely keep the feet looking new for many years to come. The feet have turned our stadium seats into useable and comfortable deck chairs. Definitely a great purchase.

I bought 4 pairs of lower bowl, dark blue seats from Atlanta Fulton County Stadium in 1996 when the stadium was demolished. They were $50/pair.My niece became engaged to a Braves fanatic so I decided to refurbish a pair as a wedding gift.I got the metal parts powder coated ($350).I soaked the plastic parts in a bathtub full of water with a gallon of vinegar added for several days. I first looked for someone to paint the plastic parts and learned that you don't paint plastic whose color goes all the way through, you clean it.Then I rubbed the plastic parts with lacquer thinner, then boiled linseed oil, and then mineral oil.Then I added feet I got from Stadium Seat Depot. They made the seats complete. They work great and they were very easy to put on the seats. With the feet on the seats a big guy can lean back in the seats with no problem.I also got bolts and spacers and two medallions showing the stadium name and the newlywed's names and wedding date from The Depot.Dan and Grace were easy and fun to work with. They know their stuff and obviously love running their business. They were very helpful.I attached a picture of the refurbished seats with my Seat Depot feet. I also attached a picture of another pair which is what the refurbished seats looked like.

My original Polo Ground seats were given utilitarian feet that made them usable and prederve the authentic look. These were over 100 years old and now are you used in my media room. I’ve been in contact (if you want to call it that) with Dan at Seat Seat Depot, inc., since January, so eight months, trying to get custom feet for a Palace of Auburn Hills seat. The first few months I was getting no answers and full voicemail. Finally I spoke with Dan and sent him photos of the seat so he could make a judgement on what would be best. He followed up and said he was on a large job until April and wouldn’t be able to do it until then. I happily said, that’s fine, thanks! Fast forward to April, again got in touch with Dan, re-sent the pictures, talked on the phone and had a plan to mail him a tracing of the feet, description and all my info. Finally felt like we were getting somewhere. Nope. Followed up at the end of April, May, June (got an answer saying he’d see if he could find the mail I sent in April followed by no response), July and now August with no communication, left on read. I understand this is a custom job, but eight months, little communication, little explanation and absolutely no product is insanity. Wanted to be a buyer, but unfortunately, this place won’t even allow you to be. I’d say go elsewhere but you’re so limited in this realm, I just hope you have a better experience than I’m having.

Stadium Seat Depot - fantastic products and great customer service. I ordered a set of seat feet for my Shea stadium seats. I went with the black steel. The product came and it included all the hardware. The rubber pads for the underside are a great touch. The install was easy thanks to the clear instructions.Now I can sit in my stadium seats and they look even better now.The first time I did business with Stadium seat depot. It did not go well. However, this company did a complete 180. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY ASAP AND LEAVE YOU HANGING AND NEVER SHIP YOUR ITEMS.I ordered 6 “IN STOCK, ON THE SHELF” seat brackets on 12/30, over 3 weeks went by, still no tracking number or any updates on my order! They guarantee 2-3 weeks arrival time for orders. They barely answer their phones and never return your calls, they kept promising, “call me tomorrow or call me later”, days would go by without a response. I asked for a refund on my order. It took them 10 days to process my refund. They have problems in their front office and shipping department! The whole process I spoke with 1 person, seems like only 1 person runs this business. I was told they were busy on a job and were catching up on back orders, so does that mean nobody else is running your business?DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I cannot begin to explain how helpful Grace was with helping me find the exact product I was looking for, she was exactly what people hope to experience when they call customer service.The product itself; for being dismantled near 20 years ago, is in great shape. There are some scratches on one of the seats, but that is to be expected with a plastic seat of this age.( no complaints) The option to get refurbished frames was a great choice. They look incredible, and do not take away from the vintage look that I wanted. I originally did not want the refurbished seat frames. Grace sent me pics of the non refurbished ones, and I instantly knew that I wanted the upgraded frames. She was extremely fast at getting back to me with all the questions I had regarding this purchase. As you know, these are not cheap, and she took all the uncertainty out of my decision. I ordered stadium seat support legs for my seats and they were perfect. Easy to assemble and look great. I'm sooo glad I ordered them. My friend was going to make me some but that never happened so I went through Stadium Seat Depot Inc and they work great. The seats are comfortable and the seats are very stable. They are awesome. I definitely recommend you purchase the support legs with your seats. You will not be disappointed. You have several option to choose from for the different seat designs. I am an avid sports memorabilia collector. In a random search for stadium seats, I came across Stadium Seat Depot. I found they had exactly what I was looking for. But.....after researching their store and products, I came across some very negative reviews. I actually hesitated to purchase from them. Nonetheless, after several weeks, I decided to give them a shot. Absolute perfect decision! Being from Wisconsin, I ordered some County Stadium seats! Love them! I have spoken several times over the phone with Grace and some others at Stadium Seat Depot. Wonderful, wonderful people! Do not hesitate to buy from this company! Would not recommend at all! Total mess from the start & not worth the price! Ruined the 1 Christmas present I had for my husband (due to the expensive price) because they offer shipping in an unmarked box but didn’t. Then didn’t seem to care & only offered a $20 plate that just falls off. A screw was broken, told me 3 different times they would send a replacement & didn’t. When I tried to contact multiple times they just kept telling me to call & to google the office # instead of giving it to me. Then as soon as I called gave me the cell to call instead! The rockers are a joke! They lean so far back you basically fall out. Won’t return messages about swapping them for the flat legs after they kept insisting we adjust them even though we’ve done what we can & they have no suggestions/instructions on adjusting them.

Grace from Stadium Seat Depot came through in a pinch. My wife and her family have been life long Cubs fans so I ordered a set of seats from Wrigley Field as a grad school gift for her. The seats were on their way and I figured I was just going to have to figure out a custom mounting solution on my own when I stumbled onto Stadium Seat Depots website. I was back and forth with Grace multiple times over a few days and she worked so hard to get me some sweet seat feet that worked perfectly for the seats. They looked fantastic assembled too. My wife was in tears when she lifted the sheet off if the seats. Thank you Grace and Stadium Seat Depot for rushing my order and getting the Seat feet to me in time for a once in a lifetime gift. We purchased 95 stadium seats from Stadium seat depot and are well pleased with our purchase. We opted to do the install ourself at our high school stadium in Good Hope AL. The seats was exactly as described and look amazing installed.Dan even called us during the installation to make sure everything was going well( it was). I have always wanted to purchase some old stadium chairs. My son told me about Stadium Seat Depot and I GTS’d it (goggle that s**t) and found some Anaheim Angels Seats. What was totally awesome, they accommodated my two favorite numbers for the seats. After they arrived, the instructions to assemble them was super easy. I took their recommendation and added the foot plates for better stability. I Recommend it if you are placing them on a tile floor!When company comes over, they comment on the seats and ask for peanuts and a cold one - LOL!Service: Chair construction & installation

If this was strictly a review of the product, I would give it four stars but as others have said, this company’s customer service was disappointing. Bottom line, it took me over two months to get my brackets. The first time I called, they said they lost my order, which I resubmitted. After that, every time I called asking about the status they promised to get the order out “ASAP” or “within the next day or two” and then nothing happened and then the cycle would start over. I get that this is a family business but they clearly have taken on more than they are capable of dealing with.

Do not buy anything from this company. The do NOT stand by their products. I was told I could return product for a full refund. Shipped the product back, at my cost. They acknowledged receiving product, plus I have tracking information confirming delivery and they refuse to issue a refund. First theyvpromised to credit my credit card and never did. Now they refuse to respond to letters sent certified mail, e-mails and texts.Never dealt with a bigger group of unethical of people who run this company.WARNING. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
