We have shopped at our Kroger store for over 20 yrs. The employees are very friendly and quick to help. I have always been greeted with a smile as I checkout. They are all wonderful people.

We went to do our weekly grocery shopping at 9 am. They open at 7 am. They had no registers open because the only cashier was on break after only two hours. The self checkouts were all open and filled.. several elderly had full shopping carts. You can only scan 1 item put in bag wait, then repeat. You can’t take all your stuff out of cart so when your bags are full you have no where to place them. You have to scan and wait for each item to register the weight. Very slow, then you have coupons and items not scanning so you have one poor clerk running to several self checkouts to help customers. The cashier is great trying to help us all. You could tell the stress was getting to her and she remained friendly and helpful. She couldn’t open a register as she had no til. If someone is on break why do you not have another clerk to take over. Either you put the cashiers back where they need to be or upgrade your self checkouts to handle a full shopping cart. Not everyone knows how to scan, bag, use their Kroger cards etc. I feel sorry for the poor cashier, she is trying to do her job but running back and forth trying to help us all. If she had a register we could have went through faster with less problems. Self check out are only helpful to under 20 items.

Kroger definitely rocks. Beat Wal-Mart on certain things, yet vice-versa I suppose. But Kroger is Americans main source. Hehe 😊

I got a 32 oz container of strawberries because they were listed as $2.47 and when I scanned them at self-checkout they rang up as $5.69. Turns out it was a digital coupon you needed to scan and I was having difficulty finding it. Katie was running self-checkout and she price matched the strawberries and helped me out! I appreciate her assistance and she's a a great asset to the Kroger of Rushville, IN team!

Nice little store that we occasionally visit, however, on this day during self-check, the person working with the half black half white hair was not only unfriendly, but dirty, as well. I needed to give them my coupons after scanning, and when they came over, their black clothes were COVERED in light colored animal hair. I’ve never seen anything like it! Disgusting. And this person didn’t grunt one single word at me, as I thanked them for their help. What is management thinking, by letting this lack of cleanliness work in that store?

Told a 4 hour wait on prescriptions. Went back at 730pm and they only filled half. Said they had to order the rest, will be filled tomorrow after 3pm. I DO NOT LIVE in the town of Rushville. What a huge waste of my time and gas. PATHETIC, making someone travel back and forth like that. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.

Always kind & friendly employees. Always eager to help in anyway they can. Love the fresh fruit. My daughter loves that they always have fresh cookies out for you to sample. Meat is always fresh. If it's out of stock they will do their best to see if they have it in the back an try an keep you happy.

Went in to the Kroger Deli to grab something for a quick lunch today. At 12:15pm there was only a few items left behind the counter?? The glass at the deli was so dirty I couldn’t make out what was behind it. I walked down to the lunch meat counter and the glass and counter were just as dirty. I lost interest pretty quickly and left.I’ve been to several Kroger Deli’s and have had great food for lunch or on the go. Not in this one.

Why even open if you can’t have normal hours I drove here thinking they were open until 11 like most places but 8pm? That is absolutely absurd I will not be using Kroger anymore in rush bills because I don’t get off work until they close now so I have to figure out when I’ll be able to shop working 7 days a week thanks

Make sure you check your fruit and vegetables because every time I go in the tomatoes have rot or fungus the veggies are wet I don't think they know what they're doing with produce

Haven't had too much of an issue with the workers inside the store, but I'm definitely not buying gas here anymore. I was a regular there but all the workers out there are extremely rude.

Was in there around 9:30 and had to use self checkout had 15 plus items and I wasnt the only one a woman had a full cart and had to use self checkout then waited 10 mins for cashier to come punch in a code so I use a coupon

Great pharmacy, great selection of items, Kroger items are competitively priced, good weekly sale items, very friendly staff to assist, speedy self check-outs, and very helpful in other services too! Overall, very good experience!

I always get confused when I go into this Kroger's because it is set up so differently than the one in our hometown. However, the staff is very courteous and quick to help a person out!
