Compared to other DQs, this establishment is clean and well maintained.Staff is busy but pleasant and helpful.Lots of fast food and dairy treats from which you may choose.Definitely kid friendly.Definitely wheelchair accessable.Plenty of free parking.

I've never felt more welcome at a dq the girl did an amazing job at greeting me and making me feel like I was in my hometown. Its connected to a gas station but you still get the small town restaurant friendly vibe. They do not serve breakfast at this location kinda of a downer but the burger i ordered was really tasty so until next time, peace out

I never leave reviews but this food was egregious. We ordered a 1/3 burger meal and a crunchy chicken salad. The burger bun was rock hard. Not like a day old, like 6 days old rock hard. The burger itself looked about 2 days old. The chicken in the salad tasted about 2 days old. We didn’t eat either for fear of food poisoning. They also forgot the dressing and both our drinks were completely flat. Absolutely none of this food should have been served. Literally never again getting food here. If that’s their food standard imagine what they’re kitchen/food storage looks like.

I swear, this place has thee BEST milkshakes on earth!! I literally make the drive here just to get me a shake!! The employees are always so welcoming too!! And very patient lol.. place is always clean as well.. they take care of their drink machines too. There's no gunk built up on the nozzles or anything.. and yes,, it's always clean over there too!! UPDATE: LAST VISIT WAS AWFUL!! THE FOOD WAS SO GROSS!!!!! LIKE IT HAD BEEN LEFT OUT FOR DAYS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ORDER IT AND GET HEATED UP AND SERVED!! IM JUST NOT SURE ABOUT THIS PLACE ANY MORE!!

I just moved to rushville and I thought it would be a great idea to go get ice cream since it was hot outside but when we walked in there, none of the workers had gloves on, their areas were a disaster, and a man kicked the ice cream and then proceeded to serve it to the customer.

Banana split blizzard. I ordered twice, and explained that the first one had no banana in it or anything else, was like all ice cream, the second time no banana, all ice cream little pineapple and one piece of a strawberry. I usually try a couple of times in case someone may have an "off" day. So......will not bother again. Was offered a free one. Not how I roll. No thanks.

I ordered a cake last Thurs to be picked up on Sat afternoon. I ordered the large 10" size and asked if they could make it all chocolate? I explained that we wanted it chocolate ice cream on the bottom, the caramel/cookie crunch center layer and then instead of white ice cream on top like normal, we wanted another layer of the chocolate ice cream. I asked if they could do that and if it cost any extra. The lady I was talking to on the phone said the manager was out and would call me back. I was talking to a doctor's office when the DQ manager returned my call but she left a message and said that it would be $26.99 (which is the regular price). So Sat. I went and picked up the cake at the drive thru because you can't go in. I specifically asked if it was all choc, and a different woman came to the window with the order slip and said, "That's what is says, all chocolate, but there's now way to check it." Well, I figured that since they wrote the order down correctly, they got it correct.Well guess what!?! We sing happy birthday and cut the cake and it's half chocolate/half white ice cream....I went and called them and the female I talked to on the phone, after I explained, asked me what I wanted them to do?? I replied, "I guess I want you to get your orders correct." and her reply was "ok" I waited for something else, "I'm sorry".....something.....Nothing......I just hung up!!

Ordered an ice cream cone, waited 5 minutes for car in front of me, got to window, People moving back and forth,one was at window looked at me then vanished. I waited 2 more minutes and no greetings. I drove off and called for the manager. He said they ran out of ice cream. Said no greetings at window no explanation there would be a delay. I find rude and will not go there again.

It was ok. Service fast but at the price of burgers quickly cooked, making them a little dry but better then McDonalds.Also wanted add that the ice cream is amazing!!

Today's experience is just the last time I will visit your restaurant. I asked for no mustard or pickles on a sandwich. And I assumed that was why I had to wait the extra 5 minutes in the drive thru. But, no, it had the things I requested to be left off.The last time I was at your Rushville restaurant I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that looked like it had been boiled and had a 2 x 2" piece of lettuce and a small tomato.The times previously I didn't receive any napkins or catsup or sauces. And no one every asks if you need these thing.
