This place has really went down hill. The staff is never friendly & always acts like it’s an inconvenience to help you. It’s become a very crowded & cluttered store. Boxes every were & in the way. The store looks awful. I’ll drive the extra minutes for better customer service & a cleaner store.

The store manager is wonderful, and does everything to keep the place running.That being said the company doesn't care to keep quality refrigerators so the food besides being cheap and bottom of the barrel is often dangerous to eat.Royalcenter deserves a proper frozen foods section and doubly so deserves a produce isle.

A bit over priced overall, but considering this is really your only option in this small town not too bad. The customer service is okay. Its overall pretty clean, some things are not priced on the shelf which can get annoying if you are paying attention to the cost of everything.

Slightly irritating today. Had a very long line at checkout of over a dozen people, & the other cashier and manager just ignored everyone and chatted away, rather than open another register. Not cool, not professional.

Its hard to find things in the store because there are products everywhere. They also are usually out of what I need or don't carry the goods I use. The staff is always friendly though!

Your small town dollar store. There are not a lot of options, but they do have the basics to get you through. Usually very friendly staff.
