Great people! Good store to go get your supplies. Some items are over-priced but you'll waste the gas and miles on your vehicle to go anywhere else. So it evens out I suppose. All in all it's a great store and the people are very helpful!

Higher prices but sometimes worth the savings in gas. Associates are always right there to ask if you need help. Sometimes, each time you go to another section even. Most times more than one will approach you. Be nice to just go in and browse but never get the chance with someone always wanting to shop for you.

I rented a few chairs for an event I was having. Bill was very helpful in making the reservation and also bringing the chairs out to load into our pickup. He also explained the return process clearly. Highly recommend.

Rented truck when mine broke down. Brought back truck all was well but wouldnt let me use bathroom after spending 500 bucks? Come on now. I dont even require purchase at my pub. AMAZON stops all the time to use. Sometimes they get sodas.

I won't return. I was a paying customer and asked if my 11 year old son could use the restroom. I was informed there was no public restroom. You can't be a public service store and not have restrooms for your customers. Very inconvenient. I will shop somewhere that does have public restrooms. My money is good at other places.

Great place to rent a trailer last minute as I needed to tow a car from Indiana to Minnesota. Very helpful employees helped me install the hitch and attach trailer to my truck.

One of the best hardware stores I have ever been in. I went there weekly for years and I never stumped them. They always had the stuff I needed or the answer I sought.They have the most awesome restrooms you could imagine!

Within reason We have always found what we needed close to home. Rather than have to drive to Lowell or further. My husband says "That's his store". Everyone has always been helpful especially when he sends me ! Thank you !

To Kristina: they dont sell prepared food, they dont offer sit down dining, they do not have to have a public restroom. Maybe you have to walk into an office by sensitive information only employees can see? Maybe the area isnt deemed safe for customers. Very childish of you to base a location off their facility availability. Why don't you review them for what they actually do and that's selling hardware and tools.
