The ice cream is very good! My favorite thing is the chicken strips and fries. The food is cooked as it's ordered, and I've never had cold food here (well, except the ice cream, obviously.) The chicken strips are always hot and juicy, and the fries are always hot and crispy. I have always had to give it a few minutes to cool before eating. I also really like the mozzerella sticks, strawberry shakes, and chicken rings.

I tried to order off the menu get something hot. I do not recommend that at all. The meat did not taste like meat. I took one bite into the rest away.

Got a hot dog and cheese sticks, but the hot dog is never hot in the middle.. I wish they would slice them down the middle and put them on the grill to cook them, they would be much better and hot in the center.The Hamburger and fries were good that my husband got. 😋

Ice cream but customer service not really, don’t work in the food industry If your gonna provide bad customer service. To the owner hire known high schoolers, the girl the other day was beyond rude and huffed when I wanted to add something to my order. Flat out told her to not act so thrilled. Might want to do an evaluation on your employees.

I don't know about stale ice cream, who ever said that don't know ice cream and that scoop burger is the best in the business. Fries 100% . Now we have more than pizza in Rockport ***** Good People!!

Rude customer service!!! The lady at the window handed me my drink, I took a drink and when she came back I told her “I think your Coke is” she said “nope it’s full” I said “well my drink is completely flat” her exact words were “well your not getting another one” then slammed the window! After we got home my son took a drink of his sprite and it was completely flat as well.. So we will take our flat drink and won’t be back!

My daughter and I stopped at Scoops today after attending a funeral. Scoops is just what we needed for a quick "pick me up". They have a very good pineapple -banana shake, and their prices are very reasonableWe will be returning! !!

There are very few options in town to eat at and this place is definitely decent quick food for the price. I work in Rockport so this is definitely a go to for a quick lunch ranging anywhere from fried green beans, burgers, bbq sandwiches, and their ice cream which they are known for!

My only complaint is that they aren't open on Saturdays. I would love to take my grandkids for ice cream when they visit on weekends. Other than that, great food and great customer service.

Local burger and shake restaurant with a decent menu selection and good prices. I'd give more stars, but their hours of operation are very limited - 10:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday.

I have to say, for a company that is small enough, that a person could easily miss it if they are not looking when coming into town, they produce some good quality food, shakes, and more, that'll almost guarantee you'll be paying attention from now on and you'll see it every time. #Easilyunseen #YouCantMissItQuality

The food is mediocre, sub-par at best, but their ice cream is absolutely to die for. Super cheap too for how good it is.
