We switched to Webb Pharmacy after dealing with a big box pharmacy. What a difference! It’s my first experience needing ongoing medicines and they have made it so easy! No more just being a number in a long line. They go way past just filling prescriptions, they really go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend their pharmacy!

I actually live across the street from a big box pharmacy, but I prefer to drive 30 minutes to get my meds at Webb's instead. They are so incredibly friendly. I've never ever had a bad experience with them. I've waited in their lobby before and they're equally friendly with everyone. I usually feel judged and shamed by my local pharmacy for getting my monthly medication refills, but never once have I been made to feel like that at Webb's. Whether I'm picking up an antibiotic for one of my kids, or picking up my own meds, it is the same top tier genuine customer service that you rarely get anymore, and it is so refreshing!

I would give this pharmacy 100 stars if I could!! I called them with an unusual request, and they went above and beyond for me. The pharmacist listened to my situation, helped contact the doctor and called me back. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Thank you! I will be a returning customer!

The small town way that Webb's has toward their customers is unbeatable. We had moved out of town and had another Pharmacy but we had to move back because No Other Pharmacy can compare to the way Webb's Pharmacy technician does their business. Awesome,helpful staff who will go beyond what other pharmacies did for us. We'll never leave Webb's. Thank you for bringing us into the small town experience that you give to all your customers.

I have been a customer for 26 years. I am a kidney transplant recipient so I use their services very often. Their customer service is topnotch. I moved here from a large city and they have given me big city service in a small town setting. My favorites!

We wanted to do business locally but things have not gone well. A prescription for a CPAP machine was sent to them by my DR on 12/9. On 12/10 I called them to see what the timing for receiving the machine would be . Left a message. Never received a called back. On 12/12 I called again. After over a 16 minute wait on hold the lady told me they were waiting on Insurance give it a couple of days. I explained we were leaving town soon and that I was willing to pay cash and seek reimbursement from Ins on my own. It is now 12/17. No feedback. I know things take time but a little PROACTIVE communications on Webbs part would really help. I called again two hours ago with no response.Visited the store today and my opinion of Webbs has improved. I think they are very busy. Commitments were made for Monday and we'll see how things go from there.
